Il rapporto qualità-prezzo, a mio avviso, non è adeguato. Particolarmente deludenti l’ospitalità e l’accoglienza, aspetti che per me fanno davvero la differenza. • Julia (6/5): Okay - The apartment had some positive aspects such as a parking spot in the garage, overall acceptable cleanliness, a good location, and smooth communication with the host. However, there were several drawbacks. A lampshade in the bedroom was missing, the toilet seat was loose, and although a coffee machine was listed, there wasn’t one. The sofa was dirty (the fabric could be washed), and the curtains were also stained. Overall, the apartment felt poorly equipped and considering the high price, the value for money was disappointing. A few small touches, such as tea, coffee, or a bottle of water in the fridge, would have made the stay feel more welcoming. Compared to other apartments in big cities in Italy, this one felt quite overpriced.
• Drina Maria (10/5): - Lokacija, blizu Firence a opet daleko od gradske gužve, blizina tramvajske stanice 5 min šetnjom, klima uređaj u dnevnom boravku i sobi spas s obzirom da je bilo 40 stupnjeva vani,udoban veliki krevet. U blizini ima trgovina, restoran pumpa. Ima osigurano parking mjesto u garaži. Mi smo boravili 2 dana i nismo koristili auto tako da parking dobro dođe Nema nikakve krpe u kuhinji, niti ubrusa. Sve osnovno šta vam treba uzmite sa sobom ako mislite nekakav doručak ili večeru spremati , sol šećer. Nema apart za kavu. S obzirom na omjer cijene i dobivenog mogli su se malo više potruditi.

• Zaiful (9/5): Nice place to stay in Florence - The apartment is good size for 2 people. Have everything we needed. The elevator is very good for our luggage. There is private parking for the apartment. A little bit difficult to find the apartment and the entrance. The location is a bit far from Florence oldtown but we know that its fine with us.
