• Caroline (9/5): Lovely airy apartment in ideal location - Very good quiet location just off Corso Umberto I, from where the centro storico, port, metro (Duomo) and main rail station were all easily accessible. Lovely bright spacious stylish apartment with all the facilities we required. Comfortable beds, generous supply of basic breakfast provisions. Elevator access was an added bonus, particularly as we had two small children with us. Host Annalisa was very helpful, and gave us some excellent tips on sightseeing and recommended restaurants. One of chest of drawers in bedroom needed repairing (drawers were wobbly), but otherwise everything was perfect
• richard (9/5): This was a great place to stay in Naples. A sanctuary amongst the hustle and bustle of the city. - The location, close to the train station and to restaurants and bars. Although a busy area, the apartment was quiet and felt very safe. Annalisa was a great host and gave us very good recommendations for eating out. It was nice to have some basic essentials left for our arrival. Only one minor issue was that the light from the bathroom shone into the 2nd bedroom, which could disturb the occupant at night. An easy fix would resolve this.
• P W V (10/5): An outstanding apartment and service. - An outstanding service and a lovely apartment. Very clean, tidy and it had all we needed. Annalisa was wonderful to deal with and gave us a gracious welcome. We were provided with several extras including many coffee pods, water and juices. The bedrooms provided an excellent sleep factor on firm beds with excellent blackout shutters and air con. The pillows were bit firm for me and Annalisa went and bought 2 softer pillows. A wonderful gesture. There is a mid sized supermarket 3 minutes away. Just about the best all round stay on booking.com we have ever had. There was not anything negative at all.

• Eilert (9/5): Ein wunderbarer Ort um Neapel und Umland zu erkunden! - Die Lage war perfekt. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Endstation der Citcumvesuvia Bahnlinie. Mitten in der historischen Altstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Appartement liegt im 3. Stock eines alten Hauses. Mit 2 Minibalkonen. Uriger Fahrstuhl, sonst nur italienische Familien im Haus. Riesige Holzeingangstür mit kleiner eingearbeiteter Tür zum Öffnen. Das ganze Ambiente echt toll. Die Vermieterin Annalisa ist super nett und zuverlässig. Hat alles perfekt geklappt! Sie hat uns auch ein Taxi für die Rückfahrt zum Flughafen gebucht. Zwischen Badezimmer und dem einen Schlafzimmer ist oben in der Wand ein Fenster aus Glasbausteinen. Wenn Licht im Bad brennt, sieht man das im Schlafzimmer.

Il tutto viene completato dalla cortesia e disponibilità di Annalisa, l’host, che ci ha fatto trovare il frigo pieno del necessario per la colazione. • Lilit (10/5): - Spotless and very comfortable apartment in a safe building with security. The apartment is spacious and easily accommodated six people without feeling crowded. Annalisa was a wonderful hostess — incredibly warm, caring, and attentive. She made us feel truly welcome from the start! The apartment was fully equipped with all amenities, including coffee, tea, breakfast items, and water, which was a lovely touch. We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples!

• Janna (10/5): Safe, quiet and comfortable in a busy city - Everything was clean, safe and quiet. We were provided everything to make sure we were comfortable from extra bedding to food and bottled water and even coins for the elevator. Annalisa explained everything clearly and was very welcoming including advice and suggestions to visit. Not much, Naples is a busy city, but this apartment felt quiet and secure.

• Ishmex (10/5): - Good location, quite large, spacious apartment, well-maintained, and well-equipped. It has everything that could be needed for a comfortable stay in Naples. Coffee and tea, marmalade and toast are complimentary. Communication with the host was excellent. When we accidentally switched off the boiler, thus remained without hot water and asked for help, the answer and the solution came almost instantly. I highly recommend!

We stayed a week and didn't have anything to complain at the end of the stay. The hostess is very helpful and even provided us with information on what to do in the area.

• Farzad (9/5): Nice stay and recommended - The property was spacious, near centrale, fully renovated inside, could be kept always cold even in August. Late check-in was possible and also late check-out. Metro and bus stops less than 10 minutes on foot. Small supermarkets nearby. The landlady is really nice and helpful and guided us where to visit. There are minor things that could make the rating 10: 1. AC in living room (although if you let all doors open, this room also gets cold) 2. The neighborhood is not really nice and clean 3. 10 cents needs to be paid each time for the lift and although some coins were provided by the landlady, we sometimes ran out of it.

A special mention to Annalisa, the owner, who was exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist and share great tips. We immediately felt at home. Highly recommended!

Spacious apartment, very elegant and clean. Good air-conditioning which was very important in July with 35 C heat. Our host Annalisa was very helpful, kind and responsive. The best host! Air conditioning was well appreciated in both bedrooms given the high temperatures outside. Comfortable beds, complete kitchen and even a Nespresso machine with plenty of capsules. Annalisa was super helpful and even left several items to have breakfast and bottles of water. The communication with Annalisa was super smooth. The neighborhood is not terrible but is not great either

It’s ideally located between the main train stations (and the busstation with frequent busses to the airport) and the old town. All within 15 minutes reach.
• Jacquelien (9/5): Absolutely great - We loved the location although it was in a busy part of the older city center, with fresh food market shops, the quiteness of our appartment was amazing and made our stay very comfortable. We could easily walk to the metro and train to go to Pompei and Herculaneum, as well to other parts of the city. Our host did everything to make our stay a succes. Credits for her !

• Lena (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts are adorable, the apartment is very big, with two huge bedrooms, the beds are comfy, the hosts left us some drinks and snacks. As for the geographical situation, the flat is situated in just 5 minutes from the famous pizzeria "Da Michele", 10 minutes on foot from historical center and 10 minutes from the train station.We loved everything!

Most likely we will return on our next visit to Naples.

Apartment was very clean, spacious and with some nice touches. e.g. Expresso machine/Coffee, Toast/Jam. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again. Annalisa was very responsive both before and during our stay, she sent us lots of great recommendations and helped us with travel arrangements. The listing says it has a washing machine but there wasn't one.

The apartment manager Annalisa was very helpful - she contacted us via WhatsApp the day before check in and met us on the day to let us in and show explain things. She answered any questions during our stay which was appreciated.

Close to Main Street & metro Duomo-station. Lovely touches the fridge stocked with essential items. Bread/jams/juices/water. Shower gel & hair wash in bathroom. Plenty of towels & toilet rolls for our 6 nights stay. Annalisa was amazing as host waiting for us to arrive after plane delayed & taxi drop off confusion. During my stay I unfortunately fell & hurt my ankle. Annalisa was exceptional with her help in advice for medical centres/hospitals to obtain X-ray of my ankle. She was on call for me & organised my transport to & from A&E OTC hospital. Even though it was very late into the night she was there for me-above & beyond & I felt well cared for by host. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Nothing we did not like.x
