- Julia (8/5): -
- Marjorie (9/5): Lovely stay, at this place. Clean, great location and walking distance to town. - We got clear instructions for key location, parking and inside were instructions for WIFI and other items. There were a few complimentary snacks, water bottles and even a pinball machine! Great location and walking distance to the Avon Theatre. Loved the skylight! The queen bed was comfortable but one side was against the wall. Difficult to get in and out of. Was that a plastic mattress cover under the sheet? Hmm
- john (10/5): - Very helpful host. Great communication and attention to our needs . Tastefully converted apartment from what looked like an old industrial block . Parking included. No issues
- Danielle (10/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): - Love the pinball machine! We were feeling nice and nostalgic. Unit has everything you need for a visit to Stratford.
- Burke (10/5): -
- Hector (10/5): - Great location. Nice to have a cafe in building.
- Kaitlin (10/5): - Super clean, fun(the popcorn + pinball machine), everything you could think of was provided. Very very minor but we first had to park somewhere else and then park by the building after we got our parking pass.
- SusanD123 (7/5): -
- DARRYL (10/5): - Had everything you could want and need. N/A
- Tracy (10/5): Cute little apartment with all the treats! - I loved its character-cozy, cute and funky (pin ball & popcorn machines) but also the host had thought of everything-all the information, all the tools you need and even some creamers in the fridge for the coffee.
The little washer/dryer came at the perfect time in our trip. Nothing. It was perfect for us.
- Gabrielle (10/5): Cozy gem in the heart of Stratford! - Proximity to Avon Theatre and perfectly located in Stratford tourist district. Impeccably clean and welcoming! Pinball machine, popcorn machine with corn to pop, chips, coffee, and tea. Gracious host who quickly answered all questions. Nothing to note.
- Crystal (10/5): -
- Rebekah (10/5): -
- Allan (9/5): Great place, great hosts - Location was great. Hosts were very helpful. Nothing
- Joan (10/5): Second stay at Glyn Rhosyn Loft. Will choose again! - Cozy spot close to everything.
- Tess (8/5): -
- Kerry (10/5): Perfect location and apartment for short break in Straford. - Perfect location and excellent facilities, every small detail had been thought of and check in was smooth and clearly communicated. Would highly recommend! Nothing negative at all to say!
- Don (7/5): Lucky to get this given the location - Good location. Clean and well appointed. Arrived on a Sunday and had a problem getting into the building since all the doors were locked. Bed was literally against the wall making it difficult to get into and out of. This also meant no bedside table or reading light on that side. No live television on the TV. Streaming only. Pinball machine and popcorn machine were wasted space for us. My wife is allergic to corn and we weren't interested in playing pinball. We were aware of the bed issue but decided to book the space anyway since the arrangement we made for our stay this year was unexpectedly cancelled by the renter and we scrambled to find a place after most options were already booked.
- Mary (8/5): - Location was good. Included parking was also good. The popcorn machine was a cute touch. Shower head was evidently a replacement of the original. It was too long so a lot of water ended up on the floor. When we arrived there was no way to enter the building from the vestibule. A resident let us in so that we could go to the lock box and get the key.
- Patricia (8/5): Convenient overnight in Stratford - Great location, clean and comfortable and very quiet. Facilities would have been perfect for a longer stay. Couldn't get the WiFi to work, but later learned that the plug for the WiFi box was not fully in the wall, too late for us to enjoy it. Something for host and guests to check if there are problems.
Tea supplied but no milk.

- Egden (10/5): Fantasic location! - Fantastic location, and great facilities. Really nice bathroom. We took advantages of the second bed, which was set up for us before we arrived which was a great convenience. Good little kitchen, and the added fun bits of the popcorn machine (with popcorn provided!) and pinball machine was great. Check in was fairly easy, though felt a bit like a scavenger hunt to start with! Great communication throughout, questions we had were always answered quickly. The shower is quite tall, just something to be aware of if you’re on the shorter side! The closet is quite low, so not ideal for hanging dresses, but we used the coat rack so this wasn’t a huge deal.
- Jeanette (9/5): - Excellent location. Never used the car during our stay. Everything within walking distance. Could come and go during the day and between performances at various theatres. Can’t think of anything. Really was that good.
- Shelagh (8/5): Very good -
- Leanne (10/5): Exceptional - Very clear instructions each step of the way. Popcorn machine and pinball machine were fun bonuses.
- Marjorie (8/5): Very good - Pinball machine was a plus. We didn't really spend any time there except to sleep and the bed was comfortable. Clean place. Very cute. There is no side table on both sides of the bed. Bedroom was tiny. I don't even think I would classify it as a room. I am too old to bump scoot off the end of the bed in the middle of the night. There is no counter space to put anything in the bathroom. Had to precariously balance my toiletries bag while getting ready. A nice wide shelf there would make a huge difference.
- Adrian (10/5): Easy & restful in a comfortably charming space. - The location, the cleanliness of the space, the attention & playfulness in the details. Nothing.
- Kerry (10/5): A thoroughly enjoyable stay! - The accommodation was pristine with many thoughtful touches provided by the hosts. The location was excellent. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Check in procedures were clearly explained and supported with visuals. We would be happy to return to this cosy loft.
- Katherine (10/5): Will definitely book again!! - Everything!! All the extras like the pinball machine, popcorn machine, water, coffee and tea, snacks! Also the hosts were incredibly responsive and quick! N/A
- Johanna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brenda (8/5): Very good -
- Reiko (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (10/5): Beautiful loft, excellent location. We had a great stay. - Great location. The hosts provided many "extras" to make the stay comfortable. The property was clean, and had everything we needed. I had received so many emails from booking.com I had a hard time finding the one with the lockbox pin.
- Janah (10/5): Excellent downtown stay - Great location, had everything we would need, super clean and easy check in.
- Melissa (9/5): Very accommodating staff and also good communications in a timely manner -
- Goldspink (10/5): Warm, cozy, perfect place for a weekend away. - It was clean, well equipped, beautifully furnished, cozy and loved the pinball and popcorn machine. Can’t think of anything we didn’t like.
- Julia (8/5): We had a great stay - Very comprehensive setup, comfortable, funky, included parking
- Jeffrey (10/5): exceptional lodging experience. No real issues. -
- Russell (9/5): Superb -

- Kevin (9/5): Our stay in Stratford at the Bradshaw was very enjoyable. We had everything we needed in the loft. The level of communic - The building and the loft were both very unique in appearance. Good location and very secure.
- William (10/5): Very happy with accommodations and host's instruction. -
- Andrew (10/5): Great stay at the loft! - It's a great space, with lots of amenities. It's nice having a full kitchen, and the popcorn and pinball machine are a fun touch.
The loft is a 5 minute walk to the Avon theater and central Stratford.
Communication from the hosts was very clear, and they responded to questions quickly.
The Brch and Wyn cafe and wine bar in the basement of the building is great as well
We will definitely book again!
- Sharon (10/5): excellent choice, close to downtown and all that Stratford has to offer. - we brought our own breakfast but the host had tea, coffee, cream and sugar on hand which was terrific, likewise bottle of water which was most welcome, coming off the road. nothing; i reularly stay in accomodations like this, it was great.
- Pires (4/5): For the price, should have stayed at a 3.5 star hotel. This is a loft=open concept. - No breakfast, location seemed sketchy. Wow you were really creative when taking the photos. The guy outside smoking weed and caughing while staring at us mad us feel safest. Hope he wasn't a key card decoy. If he was the acting was superb. The building was ugly, the shower leaked all over the bathroom. Sorry about your wet mats. However we are not going to mop your floors, reasoning we paid for our stay. Overall would "not" recommend.
- Fox (8/5): Very satisfied - Excellent location for town and Avon Theatre Wished there was a full length mirror.
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (10/5): Recommend to friends and family - Hosts were very helpful
- Michele (10/5): Amazing stay - Location was great and accommodation was clean and spacious. Everything we needed was provided including a fully functioning kitchen. Nothing we did not like
- Smurphs (9/5): Superb - Everything was great. I had some difficulty with the TV. A bit pricey but probably apropos for Stratford.
- Trisha (10/5): Wonderful experience! Excited to stay again the next time we're in town! - Everything was amazing! Great location, easy to find and close to all the shops and restaurants but far enough away it's quiet. Place was bright and inviting and beautifully decorated. Was very comfortable and clean. Very specific instructions to obtain access to the unit, including photos. The host was in contact to be sure all needs were met. It was perfect for my 3 kids and myself! Honestly, there is nothing. Everything was amazing.
- Moira (9/5): Superb -
- Lorette (9/5): Superb - beautiful apartment in walking distance from theater.
- Melissa (9/5): I would definately stay again. Great job with the decor and usage of space - The price was excellent and the environment was very clean and cozy Can’t say anything bad about this place
- Edward (1/5): total disaster & frustration when they did not give us the lock box code to check in. - They did not supply us the code to open the lock box so we could not check in.
It was a total disaster for my wife's 70th birthday celebration! Our checking time was between 4-5pm. I was supposed to receive the code for the lock box on the day of arrival. I did not receive the code and when at 5pm I called the local number, it was answered "this is the personal voice mail box for Leanne, occupational therapist".... I left a message, please call me with the lock box code. I gave her my cell phone number. I called 5 times between 5-5:30 with no answer. We left for our dinner reservation at 5:30. After dinner, I called her again at 7:15. Again no answer & no response with the lock box code.
This was my wife's 70 BD celebration & needless to say, this completely destroyed the situation! With no response to that phone & no code we decided to head home. At around 7:58 I received an email from from the location thru Booking.com with the lock box code. This is totally unacceptable!
I called Booking.com the next day explaining the situation & Tricia told me they will issue me a refund for the amount paid.
I'm waiting for this to show in my credit card and hope they will looking into this location as to why they do not answer their phones when there is nobody on site.
- Beth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peg (10/5): Clean and Comfortable - It was a compact, very clean, very well organized unit that worked very well for the two of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We could walk to the Avon theatre very easily. The other theatres were walkable but would have taken 30 - 40 min. to do so. In the building downstairs was a lovely coffee shop that we enjoyed too. Parking was free and right beside the building. We hope to go back.
- Paul (9/5): Superb -
- Judith (9/5): Terrific location with easy walk to downtown and theatres. Exceptionally clean and well laid out. -
- Melanie (10/5): Owners were very responsive and our stay was lovely - It was in a great location and very clean There was nothing I didn’t like
- Lise (9/5): Lovely apartment for a couple - The apartment was cute in a lovely building. Everything was very comfortable and I applaud the host for having a Murphy bed instead of the more common uncomfortable pull out couch…. The couch was very comfortable, as well as the bed. She took care of the details….. Lots of coffee with cream and sugar, cold water, gorgeous towels. Great place to stay for a night. I would stay again. We stayed here for a show at the festival theatre. The unit is about 20 minutes from the festival theatre, but a much shorter walk from the Avon theatre. The bedroom was very small, with the bed pushed up against one wall. Plus the apartment felt cluttered with the popcorn and pinball machines, and the various other games on the smooth surfaces.
- Sharnav (10/5): Amazing stay! Great value for money! - What an amazing experience! Beautiful loft - industrial architecture paired with beautiful retro themed furniture, and a couple of very interesting pieces - a real pop-corn machine, a vintage star wars pinball arcade game. The space is on the smaller side but extremely well utilized providing a cozy feel. Although the high ceiling and the huge skylight letting in abundance of natural lights makes it seem much bigger. Extremely clean and well organized. This was hands down one of our better stays this year beating several 3/4 star establishments. No body wash or body soap in the shower (possibly an oversight by the host/cleaner)
- Darien (5/5): Passable - Tissue box would be nice.
It’s advertised as a two bedroom apartment.
There is one VERY SMALL bedroom and a Murphy Bed in the living room
It was difficult to get out of bed since one side of the bed was against the wall. The person sleeping on that side had to shimmy off the be.
No night table on that side of the bed.
The small table on the other side with a lamp wasn’t close to the bed so unable to read.
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (9/5): Superb -
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good - Loved the high ceilings & reclaimed brick walls. Bed in bdrm. was very comfy but couldn't figure out how to set up cabinet bed? The key card malfunctioned on our departure day which was a little frustrating although the host & I worked through it collaboratively.
- Nicole (8/5): Great small space for a quick weekend trip. - Cute and comfortable property. All the amenities, within walking distance of everything I needed. Some of the decor was annoying to have to move around, particularly in the bathroom.
- Anthea (9/5): Lovely stay. Would choose this again. - An iron would be useful.
- Duane (8/5): Very good -
- Kate (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, nicely appointed. Host was very responsive. 25 minute walk to Festival Theater.
- Bob (10/5): Perfect for a trip to the theatre. - Location, price, amenities, unique furnishings like an old fashioned pop corn machine, a pinball machine, free parking. Nothing.
- Cindy (9/5): Superb -
- Aynsley (10/5): It was a fun, lovely stay in a great space! - The space was modern and clean. We loved all the little extra things like the pinball machine, the popcorn machine and the basket of goodies. All was great!
- Geraldine (9/5): We’re seniors and appreciated the very comfortable beds, love seat. Vaulted ceilings with a sky ligh - Brand new facility. Quiet. A well equipped loft apartment, sky light, in an old factory a 10 minute walk from the main drag. Third floor and elevator. Secure. Parking at the door. Grocery store nearby. Very comfy queen bed plus comfortable Murphy bed. Great selection of streaming channels. Note no cable channels. Property manager, Netti, was most helpful. Returning there again in September for more Festival plays. Not much. Maybe a bedside light for the Murphy bed. Maybe cable channels (but definitely not a dealbreaker.
- Denise (10/5): Wonderful place to stay for a few days and a few shows at Stratford. Fun vibe and very well appointe -
- Brian (9/5): Superb -
