• Angie (10/5): - Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen. Ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit 4 Kindern. Eine perfekte Wohngegend mit verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gute Anbindung zum Zentrum von London. Habe nichts zu beanstanden.

• Drawz (1/5): Never again! - Location only The flat wasn't the one that I have rented through the booking.com listing, therefore instead of the beautiful property we've ended up in a very very filthy flat, smelly bathroom with a not working fan, leaking shower, mould all over the flat, old damaged furniture (they charge deposit in case of any damage), dangerous high level kitchen cupboard doors with one hinge only. All kitchen cupboards smell and are sticky. The kitchen tap is loose. Flickering light in the living room. Instead of the 2 double beds and one single, that we've paid for, there are only two small double ones and one of us has to sleep on the dirty couch. After we contacted the agent, they suddenly stopped answering, as did the so-called 24h service yesterday. We are here for the whole week and nothing has been resolved yet. We feel like we've been seriously cheated and overpaid for what we've got. We are awaiting contact from Booking.com I will share the results in one week..
• donna (4/5): - The layout of the property was lrobably the best thing about it and the beds were very comfortable The kitchen equipment needed to be replaced kettle and pans were discusting, no cooking trays and a microwave would of been good, there also seem to be a lot of bedding in wardrobes not sure if they were clean or dirty.

• Michael (8/5): Bequem und ruhig - Unser zuvor gebuchter Hoster hat uns wegen Überbuchung leider nicht reingelassen, deswegen mussten meine Tochter und ich ganz schnell etwas anderes in der Gegend finden. Und in einer Stunde nach der Buchung von Cosy Flat London sind wir bereits in der Wohnung gewesen! Das war eine echte Rettung und Erleichterung im letzten Moment! Vielen Dank dafür! Die Gegend ist schön, und die Wohnung ist gleich an der U-Bahn und der Busstation. Sehr bequeme Betten. Schöne Terrasse mit Tulpen und Katzen aus der Nachbarrschaft. In einem der Schlafzimmer war ein Schrank zu viel (insgesamt drei Schränke in einem Zimmer! :) ). Deswegen etwas wenig Platz. In der Küche könnte mehr Geschirr zur Verfügung stehen. Als wir den Ofen anmachen wollten, hat es nicht funktioniert, weil erst ein Schalter an der Wand angeschaltet werden sollte, was wir erst am nächsten Tag entdeckt haben. Am Tag zuvor haben wir den Hoster deswegen angeschrieben, aber keine Antwort bekommen und mussten ohne Pizza auskommen :).
• Nazanin (10/5): Wonderful - I recently stayed at this apartment for three nights with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. The space was lovely—clean, well-maintained, and very spacious, which made it perfect for all of us to relax comfortably. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into making the place enjoyable for guests. My family absolutely loved staying here, and we all agreed it made our trip even more special. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. N/A

• Marialuisa (4/5): - L' appartamento è molto spazioso, molto comodo per una famiglia di 5 come nel nostro caso. Ha 2 camere da letto con 2 bagni, e zona soggiorno con TV, cucina attrezzata e giardino esterno. Si trova a pochi minuti dalla metro e dai bus, ad almeno 30 Min dalle principali attrazioni. Il quartiere è molto fornito. L' appartamento che ci hanno dato NON era quello mostrato nelle fotografie della prenotazione. Seppur molto grande, non aveva abbastanza posti letto per 5. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato delle lenzuola pulite e abbiamo utilizzato il divano (non divano letto). Come segnalato all' host (che non ha mai risposto), nell' armadio della camera principale abbiamo trovato 6 sacchi di lenzuola e asciugamani umidi, e maleodoranti. La pulizia dell' appartamento rasenta la sufficienza. La cucina è attrezzata, ma mancano piatti e posate . È veramente un peccato, perché l' appartamento è veramente molto grande e organizzato bene, se solo fosse tenuto meglio.

• Anežka (1/5): Hrozne!!!Vyhnúť sa z ďaleka tomuto ubytovaniu - Jedine dobrá poloha Špina,prach- dosť pochybujem,že sa tam v posledných 5rokoch upratovalo, rozpadnuté dvierka na mrazničke, špinavé steny, na jednej izbe sa nedajú zatvoriť dvere ,v kúpelni sklo od vody a vodného kamena ,minimum pohárov, toaletný papier - necelá rolka a viac v ubytovaní nenájdete ,ak chcete na wc musíte si papier kúpiť za vlastné, rýchlovarná kanvica -nevidela nikdy odvápnenie a čistenie(tak zavápnená od vodného kamena,že sa ani sitko nedalo vybrať aby sme ju vyčistili) rolety ktoré sa nedali vytiahnuť hore,zábradlie na “poschodie” -sklo - odtrhnuté od steny a hýbalo sa v rámci bezpečnosti absolútne nevhodné, rozpadnuté kľučky na oknách,a ten koberec na hlavnom schodisku 🤢 no chodili sme len v topánkach lebo by sme sa pozvracali inak, a tie neuveriteľne mäkké vyležané postele otras -všetkých nás boleli z toho chrbáty ešte aj deti. Vrchol tohto hnusu bolo keď nám prestala nad ránom fungovať elektrina(a teda aj kúrenie,teplá voda) a napriek tomu,že majiteľ sám do správ napíše číslo kde je podľa jeho slov support 24/7 tak nám 3h neodpovedal a nevedeli sme sa mu ani dovolať aby riešil situáciu s elektrinou,nakoniec sme zistili,že majiteľ nezaplatil elektrinu a tak bol apartman odpojeny. Jeden velký otras to bol,cele toto ubytovanie. Nemám fotky všetkých nedostatkov lebo by som musela odfotiť celý byt na komplet. Jedine poloha bytu bola v relatívnej pohode

• Chloe (1/5): Awful, ignored by property owner - We have stayed here twice now the first time it was lovely really nice and clean etc the second time the beds were unmade looked as if someone else had been sleeping in them and just left it. There was dishes on the side the place was a mess and when I tried to contact the property we got completely ignored Dirty used bed sheets unmade bed. Dishes on the side etc

• Zahra (4/5): Excellent location; spacious flat; awful management. - The location is very good. 2 minutes walking to underground and ample amounts of groceries and restaurants nearby. Upon arrival we found the beds were not made, a pile of used towels in the bathtub and there was no microwave oven in the kitchen. The microwave was provided on the 4th day after multiple requests. The power was shutdown twice during our 2 weeks stay. The attic bedroom was very cold and we could not use it at all.

• Nathan (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! THE HOSTS ARE FRAUDSTERS - Nothing Where do I start! Do not stay in this property is all I can say. From the offset the host was rude and didn’t help me with any requests as they did not give us the amenities they listed. We had no hot water, WiFi or towels. We had travelled 4 hours so using the showers was a necessity. We checked in at 3pm and we had an event planned at 5pm after numerous attempts of asking the host to sort the hot water and towels they said they would bring some towels and sort the hot water at the same time 5 hours they took to arrive at the property they came at 10pm!!! We were late for our event we had to leave the hotel and go find towels at the shops and come back and take freezing cold showers. The event we paid thousands of pounds for we are all heartbreaking as we were two hours late due to this. However this isn’t the worst part. After leaving the property I have spent two whole days contacting the host. At first they were apologetic and said they would offer me a 50% refund but only if I left a 10/10 review first. At this point alarm bells were ringing so I stated I would wait for the refund to at least compensate for ruining one of the best nights of my life that I had waiting years to attend and trusted they would have the basic amenities!! After asking them to refund me first they began to ignore me so I took it back to booking.com and now they are denying it all they have even gone to extent of deleting all WhatsApp messages they sent me! Also now compulsively lying stating that all amenities were given but they admitted that they wernt!! I could have got over the wifi and towels as we brought them anyway but the freezing cold water was just a basic!! Please do not stay hear the hosts are liars and can’t even accept when they have messed up!!
• Rachel Bernstein (7/5): Not bad! - There were many good things. Separate rooms for us and the kids, a full kitchen, a washing machine, and a smart TV. The location is amazing! I liked that it also had a bathtub and was nearly fully accessible to the living room area. Checking in and out was super easy. There is also a lot of common space and large bedrooms. This would be perfect for a long term stay. There is only a very tiny drying rack which makes washing clothes hard. It took forever to dry. Instead of an AC there are two fans, and it's pretty hot at times. They also took a while to bring us our baby cot so we had to delay putting our baby to sleep. The apartment has a weird loft bed that's hard for kids to climb up or to climb up with kids. The windows also don't have bars or screens and leaving them open leaves a risk that kids can climb out. The street is also very noisy. The beds were small for a couple and not very comfortable.
• Loïc (4/5): Ne vaut pas son prix. Juste idéal sur la localisation. - Logement situé à proximité d'une station de métro, idéal pour se déplacer partout dans Londres. Une place de parking appréciable. Logement propre dans l'ensemble. La literie était correcte. Demande de lit bébé non respecté, le premier jour surpris de ne pas le voir nous le réclamons, suite soi-disant à un problème il devait être livré le lendemain, finalement après l'avoir réclamé x fois, nous ne l'avons jamais eu (excuse sur excuse) sur 4 jours. Nous avons été obligés de faire dormir notre bébé dans sa poussette. Sur l'annonce il est précisé également un micro onde (utile pour un bébé) qui finalement n'était pas prévu dans l'équipement (aucune justification sur ce point) Aucun contact pour s'excuser et trouver une solution (à fait le mort la veille du dernier jour) Manque de divers équipements utiles pour la cuisine comme une passoire. Visiblement le service "nettoyage" n'a jamais eu l'idée de passer un coup sous les lits... Bref, pour le prix que nous avons payé ça ne vaut pas le coup. Visiblement à la vue des autres commentaires, certains ont probablement eu plus de chances que nous. Nous ne reviendrons pas. Porte papier toilette cassé ainsi que la brosse des toilettes. D Certains coussins de décoration du lit étaient "collant"

• Ricardo (1/5): If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The WORST accommodation experience we’ve ever had. - Nothing. From the beginning, everything was a disappointment. Right before check-in, we were informed that we had to move to another apartment because the toilet seat was broken. We accepted the change, trusting the new place would be in good condition. But no — the toilet seat was broken again, showing complete neglect. There was only ONE towel in the entire apartment, even though the booking was clearly for two people. We contacted them via WhatsApp and received this message: “Sorry, the apartment you are staying is not managed by me. I can contact the manager to bring towels to you tomorrow morning.” They promised to solve it — and no one ever came. No towels. No follow-up. We were completely ignored. It didn’t stop there: • The room had no curtains, so no privacy or comfort. • The noise from the street was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. • The area felt unsafe. We did not feel secure at all during our stay. We felt abandoned, disrespected, and completely let down as guests. Absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone and believe the host and management should be held accountable. Booking.com, please investigate and take action on this listing.
• Lev (9/5): Superb - Perfect place for families. Entire house, with two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Little far from the city but in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and the underground is 200 m away. The host is nice and responsive, and flexible enough to store our luggage for a couple of hours beyond check-out time. The Wifi did not work, and despite attempts, it was not fixed for the two days of our stay. The beds are little short for people above 185 cm. The kitchen was basically empty upon arrival, so make sure to bring your own tea bags.

• Bethan (7/5): Great location, decent flat. - The flat was an excellent location for getting into central London, whilst having decent links to major roads out of the city. The flat was modern, clean, and comfortable. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to park our car at the flat and grab the tube into the centre in the morning, way ahead of check-in time. The bedrooms were very spacious and there was plenty of storage for any luggage/clothing guests might bring for a longer stay. The flat is advertised as being able to accommodate six people, and it can - as long as it's the right mix of six. In our case, we were a family of four, plus one aunt and one mother in law. The bedroom arrangement was one double bedroom with a cot and a second double bedroom with a bed in a loft. The sofa does not convert to a bed. There were also no spare duvets, blankets, or pillows, and no curtains on the windows, just roman blinds, which did not keep out the daylight... so take an eye mask if you need a lie in. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, with one saucepan, one frying pan, two drinking glasses, two champagne flutes, and four mugs. The cooking utensils consisted of one flat spatula/turner. If you want to eat together, no. The dining table has two chairs, and the sofa is a three-seater. I have no doubt this could be easily sorted by the time anyone else looks to book. This would not stop me booking here again for an overnight stay.

• Sarah (10/5): Excellent base to explore London - Excellent location. Clean and really comfy. Fantastic parking. Apartment was quiet, warm and so well situated for tubes and ammenities. Excellent communication throughout, so helpful. Would highly recommend - we will certainly be returning.
• Yonatan (9/5): Superb - Location, spacious, flat set up, heating - in general very welcoming and comfortable No table and chairs in kitchen so ate on couch, no hooks anywhere to hang coats so coats took up half the couch, no bathroom scales to lend to check suitcase weight - I travel a lot, every place I've stayed has one to lend.
• John (6/5): Bad experience - Near to tube station Poor communication with the host. They never responded to my messages on Booking.com. We weren’t sure if we could enter the apartment until the day of our arrival in London when the host finally sent the instructions. Even though I had asked several days in advance about how to get the keys, no one replied. When I asked for the WiFi, they said I would receive the details later, but I never did. The living room looks different from the pictures. The keys were left exposed before check-in, not in a secure place. The kitchen was poorly equipped and lacked essential items.
• Giannopoulos (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is no more than five minutes from northern line of metro which connects you everywhere! Also next to the house is the bus stop with many routes and most important the bus from Luton airport drop you there.! The apartment was new and cosy with two big rooms and a nice living room with big TV! It was quite place and very good neighbourhood. Despite the house is on the road it's not lound at all! We didn't spend that much time home! Also very close to the house was everything you may need! From supermarket 24/7 food places of every kind! We enjoyed our stay! Everything was perfect!
• Anna (6/5): Overall ok for the value, but would not return - It has a dishwasher, washing machine and it’s very warm 1. Located around 1h from all the major attractions. The closest one would be a zoo 30 min away on public transport. 2. Nothing like a picture- there are no colorful wallpapers as on a picture, just very work out white walls. 3.No dining table 4. Not a minus for us as we climb with toddlers but there are very very steep and unsafe steps that you cannot really close away from kids, loft bed is very steep way out of the main bedroom as well. The neighborhood is not the nicest either, it’s a big street, very walkable and close to stores and underground but doesn’t look too safe.

The location was perfect—close to central London yet peaceful enough to relax. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process seamless and providing great local tips. The space was clean, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything about the stay was wonderful—no complaints at all!

The host is also very responsive to our request. We will book again. Nothing. Maybe it would be better to have a dining table and more chairs.

Good sized accommodation and well laid out. As described Cosy. Washing machine and dish washer an advantage. Nice comfy beds. Good shower. The apartment was warm and had a good outlook. Checkout at 11.00am is a good. Would definitely book again. Only a minor criticism- limited amount of cutlery and utensils. But a minor issue. Although listed there was no microwave.

• Tahrik (4/5): Shrug - That property's layout I stayed in a flat that was not the one advertised and I wasn't told this would be the case before arriving. No microwave, TV or Ironing facilities as mentioned in the post. The tap in the toilet was loose as well.
