Limpieza,equipamiento,tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para la estancia,la ubicación genial, aparcamiento privado,tranquilad absoluta. • Adlung (8/5): - Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war super Schlosssystem funktionierte nicht immer. Alarmanlage ging mitten in der Nacht los. Man fühlte sich sehr eingesperrt.

• Luigi (9/5): Esperienza da ricordare e ripetere - La zona silenziosa, i comfort a disposizione e tutto l’ambiente sia interno che esterno. La tranquillità e la pulizia. L’allarme che quando eravamo nell’abitazione anche se disinserito ogni tanto si allarmava 🤷🏻‍♂️. Forse sbagliavamo qualcosa noi.

Highly recommended. - These are wonderful apartments, thoughtfully arranged by Erasmus and his family with genuine love and care for their guests. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, and throughout the house there are lovely decorative touches that give the apartments a special charm and character. The place is clean, cosy, modern, and feels very homely — quiet, peaceful, and truly comfortable. Erasmus kindly found the time to meet us at the entrance, hand over the keys, and give us a short briefing. Although everything was clearly explained in the leaflet sent the day before check-in — with every detail carefully considered — I didn’t read it attentively enough and had to bother him when there were internet issues caused by the provider. Erasmus was always available and quickly resolved the problem with the provider, so we only had to use mobile internet for a couple of hours. We highly recommend these apartments and will definitely come back again. The New Year and Christmas greetings we received after our stay, as well as the poinsettia flower on the table in the courtyard, were especially touching. Thank you very much for the warm welcome, dear Erasmus! We wish you and your family prosperity and continued success No drawbacks
• Maria Bernholdt (10/5): - Lovely bungalow incl. community pool area in quiet surroundings. We travelled with 2 kids aged 4 and 5, and it was perfect for us. All necessary amenities available at the house. Excellent communication with the hosts re. check-in and check-out. Would definitely book again.

• Bojana (9/5): Superb - Great holiday appartment with everything you need. There is a private pool in front of the door, a guaranteed parking space for a car. Which you need to go around, since the place is on a hill - quite a long walk to the beach. The beds for the kids were not prepared, we had to do it ourselves (but the bedding was in the appartment).
