Beds are really comfortable but bath plug was broken, only 1 water per guest providedand windows in bar were filthy. Breakfast was decent apart from the coffee. Staff cannot be faulted - they are really lovely and are the best thing about the hotel.

The room has an amazing view and the bed and linen were very comfortable. Nice outdoor pool considering the small space. The check-in was a little slow, but nothing major.

Alles sehr schön gemacht und freundlich. Frühstück in der Lounge war reichhaltig. Pool mit Cabanas war auch sehr angenehm. Die Lage am Oacific Place ist sehr ideal. 3 weitere Hotels grad nebenan mit vielen Restaurants. Darunter ist die Shopping Mall mit weitern Restaurants und vielen high Class Geschäften. Zunehmend hat es Menschen dort, die in zerlumpten Kleidern herumlaufen. Sieht man aber auch schon in Flughäfen in der Business Lounge. Schade...

I requested Eggs Benedict, yolks soft and extra Hallandaise sauce and that's wht I got. All fruit and food was fresh! 2. Room was excellent and I especially LOVED the soft robes. 3. We took a cab everywhere but it seemed we were close to the places we wanted to go 4. The hotel was bathed in flowers and beautiful Bill was difficult to understand. As an example, I had 2 different rates for my Hotel Room. That was confusing and annoying. There was a transport fee which I had no idea what that was for.

The staff at the Reception desk, breakfast room and housekeeping were impressive: I have to mention Vicky, who took good care of me every morning when having breakfast, and Jenny, who kept my room 5112, neat and tidy.I enjoyed my sleep every night, without hearing any noise from outside or other rooms ! They should open up bar area to extend breakfast tables and serving area. Breakfast selection for halal food was not to expected standard. Felt like it was just hashed together last minute rather than well planned menu. Noodles were hard and lacking in taste. Dimsum was good though. Bread toaster is not working well all 3 days we were there - they should change it to the usual one that works like a conveyor instead. Too crowded at egg station. Needs to be adjusted to have more space for that or have two cooks attend to it.

• Gaby (9/5): A very good combination of price, location and service. - Fast check-in and fast check out. The breakfast was good and diverse. The 6 Lifts were very efficient. The breakfast area could get congested at certain times. Of course it is not possible to physically enlarge the current breakfast area.

The bed was very comfortable and the view was stunning. Despite the old decorations, their quality remains very good. However, some minor problems like shower base drain, lighting and the like occurred. They were fixed effectively after they were reported.

Location is perfect, close to the central business district. Comfortable bed and pillows. Just think to enhance the facilities to the guests, to provide fresh fruits in the guests rooms on daily basis. The light buttons are hidden at the side of small table next to the bed.

Отделка номеров устарела , во многих раньше курили и хотя сейчас это номер для некурящих , запах въелся в ковер и мебель ! Включатели света часто барахлили .

• Dennis (10/5): Just a great 3 day stay.we were able to easily get to all the sights in Hong Kong - The hotel was a short walk to Victoria Peak tram, and Hong Kong Park, as well as downtown. Perfect area for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel had several restaurants and breakfast buffet was wonderful! Nothing to report
