• Ismael (9/5): Finde genial con amigos - Muy grande limpio y cómodo, sitio para meter el coche Un poquito a desmano, 15 minutos caminando al centro y a la playa, pero bien.

• Blanca (7/5): Limpieza escasa - Ubicación La limpieza de las instalaciones y sobretodo de la cocina . No había nada de papel de cocina . No tenían toalla en los baños para poder secarte las manos. Poco papel higiénico para 6 personas .

• Beatriz (4/5): Un desastre... Falta mantenimiento y atención. - Los aguacates que caían del terreno del vecino y que la casa en si es amplia, con un poco de dedicación podrían sacar más provecho.. También está bastante cerca del centro de Laredo y playa, a un paseíto andando pero no se hace largo. Muchas cosas. Según llegamos no funcionaba la el telefonillo que daba acceso al terreno de la casa, tuvimos que saltar la valla para acceder al cajetin con contraseña con las llaves. El portón del coche tampoco funcionaba (es lo único que solucionó la empresa de todas las quejas trasladadas durante la estancia) y tuvimos que forzarlo manualmente para meter uno de los coches, fuera había poco hueco para varios coches. Al acceder, la segunda copia de las llaves no estaba donde indicaban y el mando de la tele no existía. La mampara de la ducha estaba rota y se descolgaba cada vez que accedias. La cocina bastante sucia, encima de la campana bichos muertos. Estuvimos una noche sin agua caliente porque la caldera dio un fallo y no contestaron hasta el día siguiente. En general falta mucho mantenimiento en la vivienda (parte de estas quejas han sido trasladadas ya por anteriores inquilinos y siguen sin solución) y la atención al inquilino bastante defectuosa. El precio es muy excesivo para lo que te encuentras al llegar. El jardín (que tanto anuncian en el título) no tiene ningún tipo de mantenimiento (hierva alta) ni mesa ni sillas para usar la barbacoa, una pena.
• Sandra (5/5): - Amplitud y tranquilidad apartamento. Tal y como aparece en las fotos No hay wifi, no mando TV. Lo peor, llamé solicitando ayuda y nunca más atendieron o respondieron. Llegas allí recoges llaves en cajetín y no te atiende nadie, sencillamente no contestan. La limpieza es superficial, tuvimos pasar escoba por techos llenos de restos de bichos. Una pena pues podria ser un buen alojamiento, pero el servicio de atención y la resolución de dificultades es nula. Simplemente no te responden ni te atienden. Una vergüenza la verdad.
• Guillermo (5/5): Aceptable pero podría haber sido mucho mejor - La ubicación es muy buena. Tiene aparcamiento. El piso es grande. Limpieza deficiente. Varias cosas averiadas. Poco menaje en la cocina. Muchos mosquitos. Necesita una limpieza a fondo.
• Néstor (3/5): No es el mejor sitio. - Que podía guardar mi vehículo en un recinto cerrado. Procedo a enumerar todos los inconvenientes o aspectos que no estaban a la altura de un apartamento vacacional: el techo y paredes del salón y parte del pasillo estaban llenos de mosquitos y bichos muertos pegados, la terraza tenía unas telas de araña (con arañas) bastante grandes, la cocina estaba poco limpia (al tacto se notaba la grasa en los muebles, en la encimera, en los cubiertos y utensilios de la misma, así como cierta suciedad en algún electrodoméstico, como el tostador; tanto es así que tuvimos que fregar a mano todo lo que necesitábamos antes de utilizarlo), los baños tenían tornillos por las paredes y algo de suciedad un poco asquerosa (como en la escobilla, por ejemplo). También debo apuntar que el olor al llegar era bastante desagradable (tuvimos que ventilar la casa). Una pena intentar pasar un fin de semana agradable en familia y encontrarse con esto.

• Silviu (4/5): Disappointing - It's a good place to live but unfortunately it is badly managed. Freezer full of ice - never managed or defrosted. We had a hard time to actually defrost it and make it work properly! The cleanliness is far from ok, so this place is fine for 1 night but definitely not for more. I live in Spain for many years and I know how a hotel should be, so don't even dare to reply! Fix this place!

Avoid at All Costs – Unhygienic, Damp, and Zero Accountability Our stay at Apartamentos Privados con Jardín y Barbacoa Compartida en Laredo from May 19th to 23rd was by far the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had — both physically and mentally. From the start, the communication was appalling. Despite reaching out numerous times, we only received instructions on how to access the apartment 20 minutes before arrival, leaving us stressed and uncertain during our entire travel day. Once inside, the condition of the apartment was shocking and completely unacceptable: • Visible mould in multiple rooms, including sleeping areas, made the space feel hazardous. • The entire apartment was damp, including the beds. Our clothes and towels became musty, and the air inside was foul. • The fridge was filthy, matching the overall neglect of the property. • Basic cleanliness was ignored — floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and furnishings were clearly not cleaned before our arrival. After staying in such poor conditions for five nights, I left feeling unwell, likely due to the mould and dampness. This was not just disappointing — it was a health risk. We raised a formal complaint and requested a refund, providing photo evidence of the issues. The host refused to take any accountability and flat-out denied even a partial refund. This complete disregard for guest welfare and basic hospitality standards is appalling. Do yourself a favor: avoid this property entirely. It’s not worth the risk to your health, comfort, or peace of mind
• Francois (7/5): Shame with a little more effort it could be a very nice place, cleaning not brilliant and everything is damp. - plenty of room, calm, except for the saturday night when the people upstairs had a party. Parking secure. Lemon tree. Bed pretty comfortable. Near to shops. Very humid, did not smell nice and pillows need double covers, smelt bad.
• Peter (3/5): In spite of the issues with the apartment Laredo was an excellent location - It was very clean. Good location and safe parking. Great shower and comfortable beds. The dishwasher and oven didn’t work and we had zero response from the property owners. We only realized the oven wasn’t working when trying to cook pizzas that had to be thrown away. The outside area was overgrown and we were unable to access the advertised barbecue. No hairdryer. No bath mat that made for stepping onto a tiled floor quite dangerous. No kettle and a very poor and small coffee machine - not suitable for the size of the property. No obvious smoke or CO2 detectors.
