It should be noted that, after 8:00 PM, any malfunctions of the home automation system (for example: lack of internet connection, failures of the electronic opening device, or other technical impediments) cannot be repaired immediately and will not be attributable to our responsibility.
Therefore, if the guest is unable to access the facility, even following any intervention by the staff, the reservation may be considered a no-show, without the right to a refund.
After 11:00 PM, in-person intervention is not guaranteed.

- Angela (9/5): This was a great place to stay for a couple of nights and I would come back and recommend to friends - It was exactly like the pictures: bright, clean and comfortable. Not far from Napoli Centrale lots of food options. The air conditioning was fantastic for my friends who like to sleep cold. A very small bath in the ensuite with handheld shower and the overhead shower in the main bathroom didn’t work.

- Madina (5/5): Disappointed , will never stop at this apartment. - Service support on phone and Whatsap. Elevator does not work and apartment is on the fifth floor, apartment was dirty (I have videos), the chairs were sooo old as if they were brought from trash, apartment is smelly.
- Foukani (1/5): Regret - The apartment was moldy and the main room smells like a rat is dead there , the bed covers were dirty and there’s hair everywhere in the beds . the cleaning ladies came and put some air fresheners and went so the smell came back the same day , we couldn’t stay there no more we changed the apartment . The smell and the mold and moldy smell everywhere . Dirty covers . Very bad experience

- Allison (7/5): Good - The apartment was walking distance from the train station . A wonderful little provedore over the road selling the most amazing cheese wine, meats, and bread . This is NOT a 3 bedroom apartment as advertised. It has 2 bedrooms and a single bed in the common area. We chose this apartment, for 3 bedrooms for 5 people Our 5th person had to sleep in the common room , there were only 4 chairs at the table and no lounge as that was her bed. The shower was approx 2.5 feet square ( 76.2cm ) the smallest shower ever built. The ensuite bathroom only has a bath so all 5 of us used one tiny shower. There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher tabs or detergent. We couldn't wipe the dishes as no tea towels. I did contact the proprietor with this but did not get a response. There was no kettle so we boiled water in a saucepan. A cupboard in the kitchen smelt so bad we couldn't open it. Also reported to proprietor. Overall, I was disappointed with this stay. Although close to the train station, I would advise getting a cab and going to a nicer part of town. We walked past many homeless people , beggars and stepoed over syringes , rubbish, and dog poo ++ when ever we walked anywhere.. .

Hand Wash liquid was not available in both the wash - Cleanliness Hot water supply, Lift is too small, every time to use lift you have to pay for the lift, You need to dump garbage after you check out else they will charge you etc etc.
