• M (10/5): Incredible location, spacious, well appointed with all of the essentials and more! - The apartment was very well located but on a quiet street away from the busyness of Rome. Rosa is a fantastic host and had the apartment very welll appointed with wine, snacks, candies and more. She even gave us a parting gift in celebration of our upcoming anniversary that we were going to spend elsewhere. Rosa is the queen of hospitality! There isn’t really anything we didn’t like. Maybe having a washing machine for laundry would be nice but not required. The place was excellent.

• Vladimir (10/5): - Excellent location in the center, close to everything. The apartment is large, comfortable, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Most importantly, Rosa, the host, is simply amazing — we received a very warm welcome with a plate of fruit, cookies, and wine. She sat with us and explained everything. You can truly see that she cares about her guests. Highly recommended!
• Eva (10/5): The most beautiful place and the best host! - You simply must stay here! The owner, Rosa, a retired English teacher, is the loveliest host you could find. She told us everything we needed to know about Rome, gave us notes on what to see and where to eat out, and she left the fridge full of snacks, water and wine for us (all complimentary!) and gave us a bottle of Limoncino (as it was both our birthday). The apartment, which is located on the 3rd floor of an XVI century apartment building in the centre of Rome, is beautiful and spacious and very clean. The bed is big and comfortable. The bathroom and shower are very spacious. The kitchen has everything you may need (including spices, olive oil, etc). Walking distance to both Vatican and Colosseum and other important places. There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely book this place again if we come back to Rome. Thank you, Rosa! We loved everything

The apartment is perfect in every way. Super clean, comfy bed and air con was just right. Loads of helpful information from Rosa of where to eat & what to see. Her welcome foods were fabulous. We would definitely stay again (this will not be our last trip to Rome! Too much to see!) We would highly recommend. Nothing. Perfect.

Lots of gorgeous restaurants nearby and just a few minutes to the Palazzo Navona so it was very central. Our host - Rosa - was adorable and took great care of us. Bed was very comfortable and we felt it was excellent value for money. If there had been a washing machine in the apartment that would have been a welcome bonus.
• Roberto (9/5): One of the best places I have stayed in Rome - Rosa was a very nice and super friendly lady that helped us with check in , she bought water , wine , snacks for us and we really appreciated all her care and love , good location , very easy to get to Novana , Vatican , st Angelo castle , pantheon all walking distance away and lots of great restaurants around and a market less than 5 mins walking Downstairs was a bit dated , TV a bit small , I appreciate when there is international channels with cable in the TV and do appreciate when there is Netflix set up already for u to use when traveling , kitchen can definitely need remodel and a washing machine would have been perfect if there was one

However at night the noise from the restaurant below can be difficult. On Saturday night they were partying until 1:00am. Nothing Rosa can do about it. Just part of the ambience.
• Natalya (10/5): Exceptional - Our host Rosa was wonderful - she met us at the property for check-in, gave us some great recommendations for food and activities. She lives right next door and was always available by text to answer any questions. Rosa is a retired English teacher so communication was very easy. She loves this property and her attention to little details is awesome. For example, she put rain punchos, shoe horn, water/milk/sweets for the kids in the fridge, etc. The beds were comfortable (downstairs sofa bed easily fits 2 adults). The charming little balcony is a bonus. Would definitely recommend this priperty and would stay here again. Location is superb, on a quaint charming street and the entrance leads you through a courtyard. We loved everything! The soundproofing is definitely not great but as expected with old buildings.

• Michael (10/5): Perfect, book this place for Rosa alone. The location is a bonus. - Rosa met us just outside the apartment with a very warm greeting. Once upstairs she showed us into the apartment and gave a small tour. We then sat down to discuss our plans for the weekend. Rosa helped us with all our transport needs, which bus to get and how long it would take us to reach our destinations. She also advised on locations we didn't even think about visiting. Rosa also has a very helpful guide within the apartment of her favourite food locations and which ones deliver, this also includes lovely messages left by other guests. We went to the Colosseum on our last day and Rosa was kind enough to keep our bags within her apartment until we finished our tour. Taxis and small shuttle buses can get right up to the apartment door, which is helpful if your staying a bit longer. My partner also received a gift once she left. At Rosa's request my partner walked around with the gift on her backpack, until she reached the airport. I would recommend staying here for Rosa herself alone nevermind the location of the apartment too. The apartment is in a great location, we walked everywhere and only had to take transport to the concert, which was at the stadium, oh and the airport. We had such a wonderful time here and can't wait to visit again, maybe for a little bit longer next time. Nothing, you should stay here!

Comfortably warm in the winter. Very good location, close to all major tourist attractions. Good neighborhood, feeling safe all around. Lift in the building. Nice balcony to have a glass of wine. Great, warm and very helpful host. Thank you Rosa! Not the quietest neighborhood, but it is still better than you can expect from being right in the city center. From the 3rd floor perspective it is not disturbing.
• Kapo (10/5): Highly recommended apartment with best host ever - The property is located on a quiet street 5 mins walk from Piazza Navona, all within walking distances from all the attractions. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed including all the kitchen amenities for a home cooked meal. The host Rosa made exceptional efforts to make our stay memorable by giving instructions to various sites before the usual tourist spots, recommending good restaurants, extra wines, fruits, cookies and finally a box of valentine chocolates. Best host ever and we highly recommend this apartment! Nothing.

And it appeared that the place the host gave to us was paid and for our luggage and the hours we want to leave the suitcases we should pay around 50 Euros. After that we resolved the issue and even we succeeded to check in earlier. The host is very friendly and helpful. None

The location is perfect, it’s quiet but close to restaurants and walking distance to all the sights. Rosa was so kind to our 2 boys, and went out her way to recommend what to see and where to eat. She even gave me gifts for my birthday. Rosa, thank you so much for having us, we will be back and we will recommend your place to friends and family.

The owners are just amazing people I wish I could have spent more time meeting with the mom Rosa but we were too busy . She left us bottles of wine , 6 pillows , breakfast cakes, tarelli. Everything was beyond perfect. Piazza Navona is right there and lots of resto to choose from. Go eat at Big Bear . I will be going and staying at this place everyone I go to Rome . Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Great host with full support before and after arrival. Surprising gifts; water, fruits, biscuits, local wine, nespresso coffee and more. Well thought household items (towels, slippers, shampoo etc). Air conditioning supports entire apartment. Would be super happy to come back.

Giovanni the host makes sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, right down to the little details like complimentary bottles of wine, fruit, water etc. The property is right in the middle of all the highlights - only a 3 min walk from Piazza Navonna. It is very clean, has good air con and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and recommend to others.
