• Margit (7/5): - Minu peamiseid majutuskohti juba kolmas aasta. Minu toimetuste jaoks asukoht suurepärane, pood allkorrusel. Väikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel Kesk tänaval tasuta parkimine. Diivanvoodil on näha, et hakkab väsima..
• Markus-Roland (10/5): Jäin rahule. Täname - Kõik oli puhas ja korras keeruline oli leida seida õiget ust aga lõpp kokkuvõteks, me leidsime läbi telefoni teel, besteldes.
• Undervits (8/5): - Kõik on ideaalne v.a. diivan ja mõned köögitarvikud. Kõva diivan, mis on magamiseks väga kõva ja hakkab kahjuks seljale. Sobib ainult istumiseks. Köögitarvikud vajaks välja vahetamist. Pann on ära kraabitud ning pannilabidas ja lõikelaud, mis on plastikust rikuvad toidu ära lahtiste plastikosade tõttu.

• Riina (9/5): Mugav, hubane, puhas, mõnus. Sissesaamine oli sujuv. Tuleks veel. - Mugav, soe, puhas. Isegi kohv ja tee olid olemas, samuti põhiasjad toiduvalmistamiseks. Lisaboonusena kommikauss laual. Väga hea, et oli ka kattemadrats diivanil magamiseks. Rimi toidupood alumiselnkorrusel oli ka hea leid.

• ksoomelt (9/5): Nice modern stay for one. - Good location and a great apartment for one person. Clean, modern and comfortable. Everything was ok.
• Aser (8/5): Kompaktne tuba, kus kõik vajalik olemas. Sobib lühiajaliseks peatumiseks. - Välisuksest sai sisse koodiga, toa võti oli postkastis. Tuba oli väike, kuid sellest piisas. Isegi kohvi sai keeta ja vajadusel süüa teha. Kuna voodit ei olnud, siis oli diivan mõeldud ka magamiseks. Diival polnud just magamiseks kõige mugavam. Pakutut Wifit ei saanud kasutada, sest levi oli väga halb. Ei saanud kasutada ka omaenda mobiilisisest internetti.

• Triin (9/5): Väga praktiline ja hubane kõigi mugavustega majutus Karlova linnaosas - Väga hea asukoht, et pääseda kiiresti kesklinna, bussijaama, rongijaama ja mujale. Asukoht on ka hea selle tõttu, et asub Tartu hubaseimas piirkonnas Karlovas. Seal lähedal on kõik vajalik - kohvikud, baarid, pood jne. Hea lihtne üles leida. Juhendid ning selgitused arusaadavad ja selged (ei ole mitmetimõistmist). Väga mugav ja kiire oli uksekoodiga sissepääs välisuksest. Seejärel sain kätte võtme apartmendi jaoks. Väga meeldiv oli see, et sissepääsu kohta eelteave tuli õigeaegselt (ei liiga vara ega ka liiga hilja). Apartment ise on täielikult sisustatud kõige vajalikuga. Väga puhas ja korras. Eks ole igal kohal oma head ja vead - nii hea asukoha miinuseks on see, et tänaval käib elu, ka öösel. Eriti suvise perioodi ning nädalavahetuse puhul on see ilmselt tavaline.
• Marju (9/5): Mugav ja turvaline koht linna südames - Super asukohaga, väike ja väga mugav tuba. Kõik vajalik oli olemas.

• Anne-Marie (10/5): - Asukoht oli suurepärane, eriti veel kuna väike pood oli kohe samas majas. Kogu korter oli puhas, naabrid ei teinud lärmi. Teler veidi viperdas, aga see oli nii väike asi, et see kindlasti ei muutnud minu peatumist halvemaks. Külastaksin ka teine kord.

• 宭鎬 (10/5): Best accomodation experience! - Nice little apartment in a quiet area. You get everything you need as a solo traveler. The room is super new and clean. Will stay here again!

• Keryn (10/5): Eva was a great host and made sure that I head everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Totally recommend for a short - Clean and tidy. Close to supermarket and Restaurants. Quiet and comfortable, close to the city centre. Value for money. No washing machine
• Maria (10/5): One of my favourite studios in Tartu - I've stayed in a number of small apartments in Tartu due to my studies and this is one of my favourites so far. Clean, beautiful, comfortable, compact but big enough. The location is great. The building seems quiet, I didn't hear any noise. There's a window that opens to the wall of a neighbouring house not too far away--thank you modern city architecture. The good thing is that nobody can see inside even with curtains open! There is a bowl of sweets on the table; I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing; I probably ate too many. The couch-bed is comfortable and practical in a small space. I couldn't ask for more. The water is hard in the area and this means that the shower head and kitchen tap need to be decalcified probably a bit more often. The buildup makes water spray in every wrong direction.

• Jensth (10/5): Lovely apartment close to the city - Good location. Walkable from the city centre. Or you take a Bolt scooter as I did. Brand-new building and furnishings. Good kitchen equipment, coffee and cooking oil. Quiet neighbourhood. Very responsive hosts that I did not meet due to seamless self-checkin. Mid-size supermarket in the building, open until 10 pm. Private pocket park outside where you can smoke while having a coffee. You have to make the sofa bed every day which was rather comfy though.

• Sulev (9/5): Good place to stay for a short visit in Tartu. - The location, cleanliness, small grocery store on the ground floor of the building, privacy, ... Everything was OK. There is nothing said in the introduction about the parking. It came out that there is no free parking for the guests and no free parking other than on the street. I was not careful enough to find out in the room where the towels were. Discovered late.
• Riine (9/5): Nice and cosy small apartment near the city centre - It was a cosy small apartment in a short walking distance from the city centre. Perfect apartment for a short stay. Nearby in the nabourhood are also small cafes/places for breakfast. In the kitchen is also basic equipment, which was convenient. There is a sofa-bed, which isn't the most comfy one, but there is a cover mattress which helps a bit. But it was ok for a 2-night stay.
