• Benno (5/5): Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof - Gut war der Telefonkontakt beim einchecken, ohne wäre es schwierig geworden, die Wohnung zu finden. Gut war die Nähe zum Bahnhof, weil wir früh los mussten. Gut war die Küche, in der wir uns ein kleines Frühstück bereiten konnten. Gut war, dass alles sauber war. Die Fotos lügen nicht, die Wohnung ist tatsächlich sehr, sehr einfach eingerichttet, Möbel noch unter IKEA-Niveau, das Innendesign fantasielos und sehr basic. Wir sind auf die hohe Bewertung reingefallen, die auch aktiv nach Checkout per WhatsApp von der Vermieterin eingefordert wurde. Wir können uns aber beim besten Willen nicht anschließen. Ich bin überzeugt, dass man zum gleichen Preis auch in der Nähe des Bahnhofs etwas deutlich Netteres bekommt. Sorry.

• Andrea (10/5): Szuper szállás!!! - A szállás abszolút központi elhelyezkedése. A tisztaság, felszereltség, szoba mérete, kényelmes ágy! Az ablak a Garibaldi térre nyílik. :-) Szerettük!!! A szállásadót nem tudtuk elérni fél órán át az érkezésünkkor. De azután minden rendben ment. :-)

• TraianM (10/5): - The location is good, close to the train station. It's a 20 minute walk to the center, but it wasn't a problem for us. The room was big and clean. Although the guy at the reception was very friendly, he doesn't speak English. For breakfast, there is a kitchen that you can access all day and where you can find coffee, tea, but also basic food and fruit. Everything was good.
• Damet (10/5): - Emplacement idéal . , bien situé pour visiter Naples à pied . Mais aussi tout près de la gare pour accéder aux trains et visiter Herculanum, Pompéi. Également 2 lignes de métro à proximité. L'appartement où on partage la cuisine ( 3 chambres je crois) est calme malgré la proximité de la gare. Je dis " 3 chambres je crois" car nous n'avons même pas rencontré les autres résidents, à peine perçu une présence dans l'appartement. L' hôte est très disponible et réactive à toutes demandes. Je recommande absolument. Rien . Tout était bien . Il n'était pas noté sur le site qu'il fallait partager la cuisine pour le petit déjeuner et cela m'a contrariée dans un premier temps. Mais si chacun reste discret et silencieux cela ne pose pas de problème.

• Allison (4/5): Do NOT book; find another option! - The location is convenient to the train and metro station. There are several restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and markets around. The breakfast selection is decent: individually packaged bread, yogurt, cereal, and coffee. There is a community fridge and dual burner for use. It is complicated to find the hostel. You must enter the main door, then a side entrance within the garden, then take a flight of stairs to the elevator (which is EXTREMELY sketchy), and then arrive to the hostel. There are several codes and keys to keep track of. When we arrived, the staff was not there. In fact I do not believe they were there during our entire stay, except to clean our room during the day. I had to call several times because the codes were not working, and they would not buzz us in. The shower is limited on hot water (expectedly), the floors and bathrooms were grimy, and there were not enough outlets for our group, despite booking for 4 individuals.

The elevator is very small but interesting to operate to come and go for our daily trips. Having access to the kitchen area with the various items was helpful for our stay The step Up-Down in the room was a bit challenging even though there is a night light on it. The street noise of the local sirens but that's what you get being so close to a major terminal

Breakfast was a help yourself in a common kitchen, which worked well The trouble was, that the hotel was entirely unattended, the host was not present. Contact was only by phone or WhatsApp, which made trying to get access late at night and checking in harder than it should be. The lady (owner?) tried very hard and was very helpful, her English was quite good, but it was difficult with anything urgent or complicated. The bathroom stank of sewer, not the hotels fault I'm sure as it was on the 4th floor of an old building, but it was really unpleasant. I didn't really want to use the bathroom as a result.

• Adam (10/5): Polecamy - Świetna lokalizacja, idealne na zwiedzanie Neapolu jak i potraktowanie jej jako baza wypadowa. Świetny kontakt z Panią Barbarą. Przylecieliśmy o 24:00. Check-in był bezproblemowy, wszystkie informacje dostaliśmy jak i numer telefonu do kontaktu. Gorąco polecam.

Recht modern gut funktional ausgestattet. Hafen für Passagierschiffe und Zentrum auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Etwas aufwendiger Zugang mit in Summe 4 Codes und Schlüsseln.

• Federico (10/5): Excelente Habitación en Nápoles - Super Recomendable - Todo fue perfecto, tal cual estaba en la descripción de la reserva. La atención de Salvatore fue muy buena y agradable. El cuarto estaba en perfecto estado y era muy cómodo para 2 personas (yo viajé solo pero vale aclarar que si era en pareja, estaba muy bien). Es una muy buena opción si llegan en Tren ya que está a 3min de la estación y desde ahí se puede hacer todo caminando, subte o colectivo. Es un 5to piso, en el cual hay que subir 1 piso por escalera y luego hay un pequeño ascensor. Eso ayudó a subir el equipaje pero no es lo óptimo.

Proprio a due passi dall uscita della stazione quindi l ideale per chi deve solo pernottare una notte di passaggio, ma anche per chi vuole stare qualche giorno ed essere comodo per visitare il centro. Salvatore gentilissimo in tutto. Ideale la cucina in comune e la colazione con orario flessibile, potendola fare anche molto presto essendo tutto fai da te, per noi è stata l ideale. Frigo pieno di frutta fresca, succhi, uova yogurt burro e latte. Mi sento di consigliarlo assolutamente 👍🏻

El anfitrion estaba muy reactivo y disponible para todo. El cuarto es amplio y como y con una linda vista sobre la plaza. Pudimos dejar las maletas todo el dia despues del check-in con un coste adicional de 5€ por maleta. Nada.

• Nyc (10/5): Exceptional - My stay at this bed-and-breakfast in Naples was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk from the main train station—which made getting in and out incredibly convenient. Check-in was completely stress-free, even though I arrived around 11:30 p.m. The owner was a true delight. She waited for me late into the evening, greeted me with warmth and kindness, and made me feel instantly at home. The room was spotless—super clean, including the bathroom—and the entire place felt quiet, private, and peaceful. Despite being so close to the station, it was absolutely serene inside, which made for a perfect night’s rest. The neighborhood also felt very safe, even at night, and I was pleasantly surprised to find plenty of restaurants open late. I even got to enjoy a fantastic pizza after arriving. Highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Naples—especially if you value convenience, cleanliness, safety, and a truly welcoming host.
• Keith (10/5): Exceptional - I had a great stay here! I had just arrived in Italy after a 15-hour flight, feeling exhausted and overheated, but this place made everything easier. The host was super responsive and friendly — easy to reach on WhatsApp and quick to reply. They even let us check in early, which was a huge help. The location is really convenient, just a short walk from the main train station. The room had a nice view and was clean and comfortable. One thing that really stood out: the air conditioning worked perfectly — strong and cold, which isn’t always the case in Italy (not all hotels have proper AC!). Overall, a smooth and comfortable stay. Would definitely book again next time I’m in Napoli.

Number provided by the property to check in was not answered. Eventually got hold of someone using number on booking.com website in order to gain access to the room.
• Debankana (10/5): Good. - The location was perfect and very nice. Huge windows and free breakfast. The owner was a little offbeat. She refused talking to us while we were standing outside the apartment building waiting to enter and couldn’t figure out the lock systems, later she spied on us through the camera and cruelly asked us not to use the kitchen in the apartment at night (which we didn’t know). Apart from her, the stay was okay.

The location is perfect cause it’s about 5-minute walk from Napoli Centrale and i - The place is clean and comfy There’s like a vinegar scent when I entered the room but maybe that was the cleaning agent used and I know it cleans effectively so I just used a room spray that I had at that time.

• Asia (9/5): Great location, great host - Location was perfect. Located in Piazza Garibaldi, right next to Napoli Centrale station. So many food options in the piazza. Breakfast available 24 hrs in the kitchen. Host is accommodating and was able to hold our bags for the day after check out. If you open the room window and shutter, you get a beautiful view of the city, especially the piazza. You have to go up about 10 steps before the elevator. At least you only have to carry your suitcase for about 10 steps and not the entire 4 floors. I don't understand this design all throughout Italy, a few steps and then an elevator.

• Roger (9/5): Superb - Excellent location if you are using Naples as a base to visit nearby places due to proximity to the station. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating for check in based on train arrival time. Just make sure to communicate since someone is not there 24/7.

There is an elevator if you do not want to walk up the stairs. Getting in/finding the building was very easy. Location right next to the train station in a bustling area. Location in a bustling area right next to the train station-so there was noise.

It would have been better to have received more detailed instructions on how to find the actual address/ door to the building and that I didn't receive instructions on what to do if there was no one to let me in when I arrived. But once I managed to get in touch with someone, she was great.

Comfortable room, good bathroom - feels spacious and has a desk which I like. There’s even eggs and bacon in the fridge! Host happy to store our luggage for the morning - we paid €40 the day before at the station! Nothing.
• Louisa (10/5): Lovely host. Perfect stay. - Very close to napoli centrale station. Convenient location when you’re only staying in Naples for 1-2 nights. The room was clean with all the amenities you needed. Breakfast was 24/7 with a small buffet arrangement of breads, spreads, eggs, bacon, yoghurt in the kitchen next door. Everything was perfect.
