• Aliona (8/5): Remember - what you pay, this what you get - Great to stay couple nights! Do not expect 5* hotel for low price. Remember - what you pay, this what you get. Prices were understandable and the staff were soo nice to us. The bad reviews is only because it's a city hotel and not a beach side ultra deluxe one, some people are just too greedy for their money, you can't expect to pay less than 100-150 euros and get full service like it's a whole resort. Rooms have everything you need to stay, warm (we were in March) and quiet. Breakfast is good as well. Can be more clean. (Floor feels sticky)

• Leon (1/5): Poorly maintained hotel with unacceptable service! - Unfortunately, my experience at Hotel Royal Ezel was very disappointing and fell far below any acceptable accommodation standards. The hotel facilities are outdated, poorly maintained, and visibly worn. After inspecting seven different rooms, it became clear that all were in similarly poor condition: damaged or non-functioning equipment (lighting, bathroom fittings, toilet), an empty minibar, and an overall neglected appearance. The Wi-Fi connection for the TV does not work, making it impossible to watch any streaming services. Breakfast was extremely unsatisfactory. If you arrive even slightly later, there is simply no food left, which reflects very poor organization and a lack of basic hospitality standards. Cats move freely throughout the hotel, including indoor areas, which is not appropriate for a hotel environment and further contributes to the overall sense of poor hygiene and management. Additionally, hotel staff were emptying ashtrays by throwing cigarette waste over the balconies, which is completely inappropriate and certainly not a view any guest should be exposed to. Immediate payment is required at check-in. In over 15 years of traveling, this is the only hotel where full payment was demanded upon arrival, which felt unusual and unprofessional. When requesting to speak with management or senior staff, no responsible person was ever available on-site. Overall, the hotel does not justify its price, its advertised services, or its rating. I would not recommend this property.

Мы опоздали из-за задержки рейса, сотрудник дождался нас и несмотря на глубокую ночь, был приветлив и радушен, спасибо ему за это! Завтрак как приятное дополнение. Душевая кабинка маленькая. Шумит кондиционер на соседнем здании, с открытым окном спать будет дискомфортно.

• Monica (2/5): I cannot recommend this location to anyone. - The price was ok for 3 night. I made the reservation for me and my daughter and when I arrived at the reception I announced that I wanted another room with 2 beds because my husband was coming the next day. I paid extra for my husband, but I didn't get different room. The two of us and my daughter had to sleep in the same bed. I asked for extra blanket and water and i received just because i asked. Cleaning is 1% out of 100 and the pillows i couldn't use because when i took the cover out was yellow. The bathroom was very dirty. They wasn't offered anything when he arrived. I will never come back in that place.

• DELFINA (4/5): - Las instalaciones son muy antiguas. La habitación muy poco arreglada y sin mantenimiento. El baño estaba roto y le avisamos a recepción, pero no nos hicieron caso. El agua de la ducha salía templada, casi fría. Sobre el wifi, la contraseña que ponen era incorrecta, tuvimos que usar una red abierta e iba muy mal, muy lento y se desconectaba. Perdimos el desayuno por hacer check-out pronto (7 am) y nos dieron solo un café de máquina. Se escucha el ruido de las demás habitaciones. En general, no lo recomendaría.

• Igor (2/5): Избегать - Персонал На стойке убеждали оплатить еще раз, т.к. время было позднее хотелось в душь и есть то оплатил и оказалось, что цена выше, чем по букингу. В номере грязно и плесень, кондишка вирищит так, что спать невозможно... тв не рабртает, слышно как храпят и чихают за стенкой. На завтраке ни кофе ни хлеба ни воды.... куча намазывалок, которых некуда намазать. Зато есть 1 яйцо и чай ))))

Duvarlar ses yalıtımı konusunda başarısız, ilaveten kahvaltı hergün aynı menü sabit bir tabak, yetersiz ve çok kaliteli içeriklere sahip olmadığını söyleyebilirim.

Ama gece giriş yaptığımız için fark etmediğim ama sabah balkona çıkınca şok olduğum bir oteldi. Balkonumuzun önünde bir tente vardı hemen onun üzerinden bakıyorduk . Tentenin üzeri leş gibiydi. Bebek bezleri / havlular / kakalı tuvalet kağıtları ve aklınıza gelecek her türlü çöp ordan atılmış ve balkan manzaramız buydu . Otelinize yakışmayan bir görüntüydü. Hiç bir çalışanın yada yöneticinin orayı görmeme şansı yok malesef . fotoğraf bile çekmek istemedim hatırlamamak için.

• BAYRAM (10/5): Genel olarak güzel - İşletmede çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, bu da konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hâle getirdi. Otel genel olarak temiz ve bakımlıydı. Yataklar biraz eskiydi; telleri rahatsız edici olabiliyordu, bence yenilenmesi konfor açısından faydalı olur. Bunun dışında tüm hizmetlerden memnun kaldık ve genel olarak güzel bir deneyim yaşadık.
