• Hussein (1/5): Very bad hotel experience - Rude & aggressive stuff -Not recommended at all - Nothing Very bad hotel experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was disappointing — the entrance of the building was dirty and in poor condition. The elevator was unsafe and not suitable for human use. At the reception, the staff member (Seif) was extremely rude and disrespectful when I asked to pay by card. He told me card payments were not accepted, and when I suggested paying via Instapay transfer, he demanded an extra amount under the excuse of “withdrawal fees” — which I refused. Additionally, the taxes shown on Booking.com were inaccurate, and the actual amount charged at the hotel was higher. And for the room: • There were no towels at all • No kettle • The balcony wouldn’t close, and the window was broken and wouldn’t shut properly • The noise levels at night were extremely high Honestly, the staff they hire are damaging the reputation of the place. They don’t treat guests properly or respectfully, and many reviews on Booking.com mention their rude and unprofessional behavior. This was a very bad experience, and I absolutely do not recommend this hotel

• sadık47 (3/5): - Sadece konum olarak merkezi , 3 sınıf hostel olarak değerlendirilebilir. Çalışanları kesinlikle problemli , aşırı paragöz , wifi berbat ötesi , 5.nci katta elektirik gidince ortada kalıyorsun , ki orası mısır her an herşey olabiliyor.

• Farag (5/5): - لاسف انا لم اقم في ذلك الفندق وذلك لان بعد وصولي الي الفندق ابلغوني انة غير متاح غرف للحجز الخاص بي ولكن قاموا بارسالي الي فندق تابع ليهم ودفعت اكتر قليلا عن المبلغ المتفق علية من قبل بوكينج ولكن الموقع ممتاز فهو وسط البلد والسعر كان مقبول جدا وكل العاملين بالفندق سواء الا انتقلنا علية او هذا الفندق متعاونين للغاية الفندف قديم مع عدم وجود تهوية والفرش مش نظيف والحيطان تحتاج لتجديد المكان قديم

There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. - The stuff is very friendly and helpful, however the rooms are small and not as clean as they should be. There is no Wi-Fi in the room and the internet is unstable as well (might be general issue in the city).
• Omer (1/5): Tut euch den gefallen und zahlt mehr für einen bessren Aufenthalt. - Absolut nichts. Es war eine absolute Katastrophe. Nachdem wir von einem Ort zum nächsten geschickt wurden und schließlich durch drei verschiedene Gebäude laufen mussten, die jeweils etwa 100 Meter voneinander entfernt waren, kamen wir endlich an. Doch der Zustand der Unterkunft war erschreckend: feuchte Wände, Haare und Schmutz überall auf dem Boden, und ein völlig instabiles Bett. Die Bettwäsche war so unhygienisch, dass ich einen Ausschlag bekam. Eigentlich hatten wir für zehn Tage gebucht, aber am nächsten Morgen haben wir sofort ausgecheckt.

• Mohammed (4/5): l'emplacement de l'hôtel est magnifique, mais la connexion wifi est très faible pour certain chambre - l'emplacement de l'hôtel est magnifique, La connexion Wi-Fi était extrêmement faible, ce qui a rendu son utilisation difficile. Les draps et les oreillers étaient sales, ce qui est inacceptable pour un hébergement. Aucun linge de toilette ni produits de douche n'étaient fournis dans la salle de bain, ce qui a causé un réel désagrément. Le nettoyage de la chambre est quasiment absent, n'étant effectué qu'une seule fois en dix nuits, ce qui est très insuffisant.

• Hassan (8/5): يستحق التجربة رغم الملاحظات. - سهولة الشيك إن سهولة الشيك أوت هدوء المكان نسبة الأمان عالية و هذا مهم جدا تواجد الموظفين 24 ساعة ويشكرون على هذا موقع الفندق قريب من كل شيء وسهل الوصول إليه الانترنت جيد جدًا التكييف ممتاز أخذ للضرايب 25٪ بينما موضح بالبوكنج 15٪ فقط. نظافة الأسرة والأغطية والمخدات (تحتاج استبدال) الأصنصير مخيف وغير آمن خصوصًا للأطفال. الماء ضعيف و خصوصا الشاور مساحة الغرف صغيرة (خارج عن الارادة)

• Mohammed (3/5): - الموظف يدق علي عشان اطلع قبل الساعة 3 عشان عنده حجز، ازعجني وانا برا الفندق، عشان ارجع اشيل اغراضي او ادفع اجار ليله وفالاخر قال عنده شخص حاجز ووو وطلع شنطتي فالاستقبال عنده، جيت اخذ الشنطه لقيت الغرفه اللي كنت ساكن فيها انا مفتوحه وزميله في استقبال الفندق نايم فيها... 😄 تعامل قمة فالسوء، واسعار مرتفعه بالنسبة للخرابه اللي سكنت فيها.

• Mirghani (3/5): I don’t recommend it - Good location No Safety , poor cleanliness and not nice treatment. It was not a hotel, it’s a motel in an old building with just few rooms (7-9) in the fifth floor with an old left without a door
