Ruziana (8/5): good stay - the room as in the photos. clean. facilities are clean too. there is a massage parlour right on the property. they say 1 double and 1 single but actually meant floor mattress. the area is abit far from the city.

Rahman (3/5): Poor - Location This is the worst stay at unit A32-02 -Cockroaches on floor upon arrival -Unit still open for booking even though dining table was found broken with sharp edge and expose kids to injury and bleeding -bed linen found with traces of watermark/oilmark -Body shampoo not been topup
Rahael (4/5): Terrible and do not recommend for the price paid! - So disappointed the moment we walked into the place, finding damaged further (broken table & sofa) which are safety hazards. The response received was so unsatisfactory and not acceptable. The bathroom had sewage smell. Stained towels. No toiletries provided in the bathroom (basically empty bottles - not even bothered to refill). The bathroom floor mat was soaking wet from the time we entered. The reply I got was “Hi, because of our cleaner just done cleaning, the mat will be abit wet ya 🙌🏻” Never heard of such a terrible excuse . Beds were dusty. No extra bin bags provided so when the bin was full had to go down and get extra bin bags. Poorly maintained unit. Poor responses from the person in charge. Looked different from the photos shown.
Photography (10/5): Awesome! - We had an amazing time at tallest concept theme suite. Everything was smooth and the whole place made us stay comfortable and it was located in a prime location where we can reach to all the places easily. The convenience stores located within the premises were super convenient. Check-in and check out process was smooth as well and the property owners are always reachable at any time of the day. The suite was same as the pictures. If you are looking for a place to stay with the family, I highly recommend this place. Nothing

The most thing that made me angry was they gave us the wrong keys!! Its cant open the door,and we have to waited almost 2 hour for the staff to come over.oh my god! How is it possible that the keys are wrong or cant open the door! Totally screwed up our mood that day. We are tired and they ask to wait for another 2hour. I hope they can change the keys and hopefully this wont happen to anyone else .
