However, despite several follow-up calls over the past few days, the refund has not yet been processed. I would advise fellow travelers, especially those traveling with family and children, to exercise caution when booking with this property. I was disappointed with my experience at this property. I had booked my stay nearly 60 days in advance, but after making the payment, I received no instructions or communication from the property. Even when I sent an email, there was no response. Unfortunately, my refund has not been processed, which has caused me significant inconvenience. I would advise travelers to be cautious when booking here, especially if you are planning a smooth and stress-free vacation in Malaysia.

On the very day to check in doesn’t even bother to look at all enquires made. Luckily Customer Service managed to refund payment made even thoight will take 7-12 business days. Was looking forward to stay at the place to celebrate New Year with my wife and kids. Great job ruining that!!! Luckily I actually lived in KL, not a thousand km/miles away. Wasted my time and energy driving up to the unit, and then I didn't know where to go because the host was not responding, and no information was provided during the booking. It's a scam that the host will meet you at the apartment. I reported them to Booking.com, who helped to resolve the issues, and my refunds will be processed in 14 working days. I also reported Booking.com for allowing such a property to be listed on their site, where more people fall victim to this scamming host. Because of this unresponsive and unethical host, I have to look for other accommodations.
If you value your time, go stay somewhere else. Staying at this property is not worth your stress.

1. Check-in ; I was informed in the email to call
a person when I reach the property , check in supposed to be at 3 pm , I called him at 5 pm he never picked the call , (I had bad experience with my previous booking it was cancelled by property without any information, then I was asked by the booking.com agent to book this property, ) I kept on calling him until 6:30 or so . Still no response, I had to call the booking.com to file a complaint, the first agent put me on hold and talked to property agent and told me to go to security at the gate , by then it was 7+ pm. The security at the front gate told me , this property should not allow short term stay , I was totally upset at that moment , because it was total bad experience for me with first property now with this property also. I called the booking.com again and told I need a place to stay now . I am away from my home country and standing on the road from 3 pm , luckily I was with me friend ( imagine if I was kids and toddler , it would have been a nightmare) . The booking.com agent again put me on hold and reached the property agent. All the calls I made incurred roaming charges , booking.com never understood any of my pain points , they just gave text book reply . Then the property agent called me at 8 pm , all the while I was standing on the road. I missed my appointment which i planned that evening.
When I asked the property agent why this delay . He coolly said “ booking. Com never gave your number, I just got your number” then I asked what about the contact details provided in the booking email , he said “ I don’t know this number , you need to ask booking.com” . I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DONT USE BOOKING.COM”.
Then about room internet, it was not working, I reported to property agent , he least bothered to take any responsibility. Except location , I could not like anything about property, please DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM they are useless.

I texted property owner long ago on Booking.com but to no avail even until the day of checking in. I had to scold them to reply to me to get check in info/instructions. The cleanliness ? It was disgusting. The pillows were yellowish, filled with hair, chair and sofa were covered with mould? The bathroom of master bedroom was always choked. Just note that you have to walk slope when entering and exiting apartment See photos. The owner used a car to bring in when checking in and out when checking out of your luggages. Have to do it through the carpark. Freaking Troublesome!!! Never will I stay here again.

- the building does not allow short term rentals so they sneak you in in a car to avoid paying a penalty
- the floor smelled like sweat a lot
- there were sticky hangers in the closet and unwashed pans in the cabinets

They are not clean at all, I can even see the footprints of the previous people who stayed there on the bed sheet. When I asked the host for changing the bed sheets and cleaning the room, he told me to wait for the room service to clean everything but until the end, they didn’t clean anything. So disappointing!
They don’t allow short stay activities there in the building, so you have to stay there illegally, check-in and check-out at the parking because if you bring your luggages to the lobby, you will be busted. You also have to give them a deposit of 200 ringgits.
And one more weird thing happening when I arrived there is that the security guy asked me to send him the booking information, the photo of my luggage and the access badge. He said it is for my safety but the host told me not to send anything to anyone. So weird and not comfortable because it made me feel not safe to stay there.
- Pei (2/5): Last minute cancellation - Booked to stay for one night on 31.01.2024. Whatapps the given number from booking.com but no reply. At 13.12pm received a voice message via whatapps from a different number informing my booking was cancelled due to access card problem. Luckily I stayed within one hour drive from the apartment. Then I kept asking him for the refund but no reply unit I emailed the host. The host is kind enough to advise me that refund has been processed. And within 7 days I have received the refund.
- Yvonne (3/5): Disappointed - Nothing that I like Check-in: I had to wait 45 minutes to get the access cards for check-in. During that time, several staff members attended to me, which left me confused and wondering if this booking was a scam.
Parking: I paid RM20 for multi-level parking. I initially wanted to park in the basement as it was cheaper at RM15, but the staff advised me to use the multi-level parking instead, saying the basement parking was quite far. This was untrue, they just wanted to charge more.
Refund of the Deposit: They promised to refund the deposit within 24 hours after checkout, but I had to keep following up with texts to finally get it back (after 48 hours).
The Property: There was an unpleasant odor.
The in-house facilities were poor, with issues such as poor ironing board, poor hair dryer, and a broken toilet seat.

I had a terrible experience at this accommodation in Kuala Lumpur. First and foremost, it is clear that this place operates without proper management. There was no reception to assist us upon arrival, which made check-in a nightmare.
The room was filthy, and it was evident that cleanliness is not a priority here. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. A group of men managing the property seemed frustrated when we brought our luggage to the lobby, even though we were just following the check-in process.
Additionally, I suspect this hotel is operating illegally. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. Save yourself the trouble and look for a reputable hotel instead. This place is not worth your time or money! Everything

Super bad communication, no response and very slow response
We having connection issues with the TV and no one giving us proper information to solve it.
The bathroom very sticky and also towel smells awful, seems never washed properly. Only 1 side of twin tower that's helps this place. The rest really sorry...not pleasant at all
Bed sheet also seems never replaced with the clean one.

The back of the chair fell off when I put my bag on it, it could have been me and I would have hurt myself, falling back!
The tiny ironing board which was stained and kept collapsing, which is another hazard with a hot iron!
The iron was rusty and it stained my dress!
Saw cockroaches.
Just 2 towels. No floor towel.
No tea towels, tissues, washing detergent etc. Everything, you need to buy yourself.
The air-conditioner was dripping water, wetting the floor and making dripping sound, so I couldn't sleep.
The flat looked nothing like the pictures advertised (unit 2 level 26 C blk). There was only 1 small picture on the wall too.
Check in was strange, had to wait at 7/11 across the road, your bag is put in car and you are driven to a level in the carpark. It was a secretive check in, no luggage allowed in the foyer.
Property owner is hard to get hold of. Only time I got a reply from him was on the day of check-in. No other replies to my messages. Worst of all, no apologies, no acknowledgement of my complaints. No refunds at all.
I was so uncomfortable that I asked to check out the very next day.
I paid for 4 nights for approx AUD $170 per night. Only stayed one night.
I would not have checked out the next day and wasted my money if the apartment was decent. It was not decent and a hazard to occupants!
Very disappointed! I feel like the property owner had no care at all for their customers. See my photos!
- Maleesa (1/5): bad experience totally - nothing. this property should be banned from all platforms. misleading and the building actually doesn’t allow short stay and we have to tiptoe around and felt very sketchy. probably read other reviews from google and tripadvisor but everything bad you can think of, this property has it all. the towel was so smelly i don’t even dare to use it, rather use my clothes to dry up myself. felt like they use the towel to clean the floor then tossed in the dryer. all were so so dirty. kitchen was not functional only fridge, which also dirty. there’s used tissue behind bedside table on the floor. don’t come
- Farooq (1/5): Biggest disaster , stay away - Nothing Upon arrival we were told that the room we booked isn't available and the alternate place offered was absolutely pathetic, very dirty sheets and towels with hair and stains in them , very poor service
- Nurazwani (6/5): Pleasant - Location is vibrant. Easy access to KLCC I booked for 2 bedroom but get fair condition of 3 bedroom. The host still not refund the deposit and now has exceeded 24 hrs

- Lee (3/5): Not recommend - Location is good. Facilities are poorly maintained. Water heater not working, aircon leaked.

Room design is ok
The frontline person is not bad.
Air con is good, very cold. Not recommended. RUN.
-The toilet. Ur toilet STINK. How come a private toilet can smell exactly the same as public toilet? The public toilet even smells better.
-The bedsheet and floor mat very dusty. My skin is itchy at the night.
-I dunno extension can be part of decoration, because it’s completely useless. And the trash bag only provided one. Not like i only stay for one night. I dunno u call it eco-friendly or what. And i don’t see any spoon and dish wash liquid was finish.
- The shower holder is broken. The combination of broken shower and smelly toilet is frustrating.
- The TV cant play video, i dunno what to say lah… How can a TV is not able to play video if u call it a TV?

- Xin (9/5): Superb - Great central location and amazing views very comfortable clean and tidy good place size of bedroom… great location for getting to all attractions
