• CHU-WEN (8/5): - 旅館地點離地鐵站很近。此外老闆還蠻熱心的，但是英文能力待加強。我們碰到的問題他雖然很樂意解決，但有時候似乎力有未逮。不過還是很感謝他願意將儲物間空出來，讓我們將行李儲放2週後再來取件。這點特別值得推薦 冷氣效能不太好，有時會滴水，飲水機補水效率待加強。
• Ghulam Sakhi (1/5): Awful, never again. - Nothing, there was no WiFi and water supply. Staff couldn’t speak Turkish or English. Everything. The property was not clean and the electrical cable was all around open and broken. Not safe for families.

• Qaiser (1/5): Worse stay during whole trip - Nothing was there to be like The location was really bad. No lift in the hotel and room is at 4th Floor. Dangerous round stairs with no space. Very hard for kids to use stairs. Very difficult to carry luggage
• Sobir (8/5): Very good - Everything was perfect. Employee Zian was the best of the best I even liked the people, living around. It also was very near to Taksim square and Istiklal street
• Natalia (8/5): Good vibe, good location, comfy beds. - First off all: this is not one room, this is entire appartement so we have more privacy and place that We tought we will have. Place was nice, and calm, totally silente during the evening. They have offert to us place on the first floor (instead of 4) as we were with kids and that was great, much easier to acces for us! Beds was very comfortable and there was a lof of them so our family of 6 could sleep with comfort. Stuff was friendly and responsive when we needed to (for example: we were missing hot water one day and they cam immediatly to fix it). Both: Ac and heating was working well. I like localication, close to metro station, there are restaurants and family shops all around. Cleanes sometimes was great (bathroom was percfetly clean) and sometimes not at all - fridge was very dirty, forks had some food on it etc. I really dislike the smell of cigarettes that people in reception was smoking, it was enetering to our flat when the doors was open.
• Abdul (1/5): Do not stay there even if it's for free. - The Receptionist was an amazing person despite no English skills, he helped us alot. Horrible place, I did inform the host that we are travelling with family and this was reflected on our booking. We were given 4 floor with broken beds, worst pillows you could imagine, broken tiles on the floor. We were moved to a different apartment, which was on the 1st floor after complaining, the bed was broken there too and old blankets under to support it. The toilet had no ventilations thus the whole apartment stink. Since booking.com was not working while we were in Turkey, we were left with no choice to stay additional 2 nights due to plan change. The lady, Maria offered to pay them 1300 Turkish Lira for each night, which I agreed. By the time I went to pay, the owner came and demanded 2000 Turkish Lira, we finally agreed to pay 3600 for 2 additional nights. I also spoke with him that we are travelling and on return would like to stay for an extra night and the owner happyliy agreed. We travelled and came back to stay the night as agreed and a new Iranian Manager came and demanded to pay him 3500 Turkish Lira, and this was by midnight. I had kids but I felt that this is extortion and I will never let him take advantage of my kids and decided that I will even pay 5000 Turkish Lira but not a single penny to him and left the room. This Iranian guy did not have the decency to say that I have children, and it's unfair to ask for doublethe price at this time of the night, and we already have an agreement in place. The Host was a horrible person thus we left on the spot since I had a rental car, all family sat in the car and we got another hotel nearby.
• Elena (3/5): A pretty cheap accommodation with friendly staff but not clean for sure. - There was hot water and the heat was good for the cold weather we were met with upon our arrival in the country. The staff were pretty friendly and approachable,they let us check in earlier. They also cleaned the room, after we asked them. Upon our arrival The room was dirty, full of hair on the bedsheets and bathroom. There was a pair of underwear in the bathroom cabinet, from other guests of course. The duvet had dried and stained blood on it and we didn’t notice until the second day because it was on the underside of it. Location-wise, it is just a block away from taksim square, however the street is pretty run-down (we didn’t have any problems, though, regarding our safety)

• Ignacio (8/5): Comfortable stay not far away from many of the main touristic attractions. - The property was great for our group of 12. Had no problem accommodating us and solving any problem that might’ve come up. The staff were nice and helpful. The location might not seem the best, but it’s just a few minutes walk away from Taksim square. Cleanliness wasn’t the best but not bad in general.

• Wasif (4/5): It was cheap, but there should be lift installed there with luggage it was very difficult to go up and down. - It was cheap No stairs and our apartment was on fourth floor.

• Alvin (1/5): We did not stay and we were supposed to be refunded but booking.com did not return our payment. - The place is so scary and no elevator to go up to the 3rd floor where we will be staying. The stair is so stiff and dark too. I have 2 disabled kids and going up to the stairs is very challenging and dangerous. I asked for a refund and the host agreed for it to return our fee due to this reason. For this we look for another place to stay for a duration of our stay that was one week as we booked. The host asked me to call the booking.com for the refund because they already approved that they will return or refund our fee. Booking.com should refund us but until now, there’s no refund received yet. The stair is so high up to 3rd floor. No elevator and the place to go up is so dark. There is no parking for our car and the road is so narrow tgat is very difficult for us to maneuver our car going up to the property.
• Muñoz (10/5): Very nice I would do it again. - very comfortable, its perfect. no elevator but to sy something bad because it has only 4 floors.
• Danica (7/5): Helpful staff. - The staff are very helpful specially kemul and Firuze. They help us with everything even with our food and they offer us a room change too. The location is in the stiff hills, narrow roads and unpleasant neighbourhood (check it on google maps first) The building has a narrow and circular stairs which is difficult access for heavy luggages.
• Iurie (5/5): Just for short stay - Five minutes walking to Taksim Square. 100 metres walking up the hill to main bulevard. Nice personell, helping us when needed. Adviced for 1-2 nights. Stayed there during New Year, very good location for night life. A lot of busses at 5 minutes walking distance going to the Old Istanbul. We had the appartment at last floor. Sometimes the heating was stopped. Insulation and windows are quite bad, you may feel the wind entering near the windows. We become ill due to this. There is a smoking/mold persistent smell. Nothing for cooking/eating. No refrigerator. Stairs are very narrow and steep circular, not suitable for old people. No parking on the street. Odd neighbourhood, but was safe even at 3 AM in the night. Keep in mind that the area is on a hill, so you should climb 1 minute to the main bulevard.

• Mashhood (5/5): ------------ - Supportive staff. Even provided late checkout. Smoking smell in the room curtains, Even some one smoke on stairs will come inside the apartment, small and congested stairs.
• Abbas (1/5): I don’t advise anybody to book this bad place. The name is stolen and it is not like the photo - Nothing I couldn’t stay even the first night. I left and booked in another hotel and they refute to refund my money. There was no lift. It is very bad and actually inappropriate for living. The location of the hotel is very bad and it is like in a valley. The entrance is very narrow and the stairs is very dangerous. It is not an actual stairs. It is a round steps around a pipe like is a shop. It is very dangerous especially to carry the bags or if you have a child. The gas smell fills the flat and when you asked for help they answer you it is your problem. The receptionist lady, Maria tells you we didn’t sat there is a lift and you have to carry your bags alone to the room. It is the worse place and no wonder that there is not body lives booked there. It’s too bad to describe it. Shame on booking to have this hotel in their list.
• Keivan (9/5): Superb - The staff are very polite and helpful. I had a problem with my previous hotel and they helped me. They also speak several languages ​​which helps a lot. A hundred meters of steep slope for commuting

The location was very good, close to Taksim squire and Isitklal street. The ventilation could be better. Electric fan in the bathroom could be useful for managing the smell from the toilet use.

• Kalipso (10/5): Favorite place Taksim!! - This has been my favorite place that I have stayed in my three week trip here in Istanbul. The location is the best! The receptionists are so incredibly kind and helpful 😍🫶🏽 The rooms are gorgeous spacious and clean!! Everything was perfect, thank you 🙏🏽 No microwave

The rooms were very clean, the location was good, 4 minutes to Taksim Square, the rooms are as you see in the photo, there are many useful items in the room. Whenever I come to Istanbul, I will choose this place first. I am very pleased, thank you for everything
