A broken lift .bad service from the agent.totally ignored our request to fix lift

• Willem (10/5): What a view!! - Oh that view!!The view alone is worth more than what I paid for. In a midweek (Mo-Fr) the price was very accceptable but from the description it was not entirely clear to me whether the appartment had a balcony with sea view. Fortunately it did and the view was simply breathtaking. Also the apartment itself was fine and clean. 2 comfortable bathrooms and good - but not underground - place for the car. In my view price/performance was very high. Key pickup in the old town is not easy if you arrive by car. I had to use a parking garage just to pick up the keys. The apartment is a little hard to find amongst the many skyscrapers despite the extensive description they gave. The interior is a bit dated. I did not care though because I mostly sat on the sea view balcony
• Edith (5/5): Good location, uncomfortable sleep - We liked the location. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. We had no hot water for arriving at 5pm check in. We had not got water until the boiler got changed later in the day
