• Simon (2/5): Can’t really recommend this - Good location, cheap price This is not a hotel but a hostel, also there were numerous guests who didn’t get a bed cause there were no available beds even tho they payed the price. We weren’t told the code to get in until 4 hours after we had arrived so that was pretty annoying.

• veronika (3/5): jednoducho otrasné, ak by to bolo na slovensku bez tejto platformy, šlo by to na obchodnú inšpekciu - nepáčilo sa nič , musela som ja na diaľku kontaktovať až booking podporu aby môjmu otcovi poslali kódy na ubytovanie, ktoré nechodili vôbec, ani v čase keď sme už mali byť dávno ubytovaní. Nakoniec prišla správa z bookingu, že sa im nepodarilo tiež kontaktovať ubytovateľa a poskytli náhradu na výber. Vzápätí ale do pár minút prišli kódy na pôvodné ubytovanie. Nazvala by som to organizačný bordel. všetko sa nepáčilo. Totálne zavádzajúci popis izby - keď čítate bystrejšie, všimnete si to, no môj 69 ročný otec zameraný na cenu si toto nevšimol - spálňa oddelené postele ? na foto popis oddelené k zjavne spojenej posteli. Súkromná kúpeľna v popise ? - dole nižším písmom ,,spoločná kúpeľna na chodbe,,

• Martha (1/5): Ich verzichtete auf einen Aufenthalt dort und behalf mir anders - Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich nicht um ein Zimmer, sondern um Schlafboxen in einem Keller, was mit der Beschreibung kleines Zweibettzimmer in keiner Weise übereinstimmt. Ich habe dort letztendlich nicht übernachtet.

• Gabriele (1/5): Very bad, thankfully it was only 1 night - Nothing. TERRIBLE. Google gives you the wrong location. We get lost at 23PM at night looking for information. No chat responses, completely bad customer service. Before our check in, there was no one sending us the door code, so we almost ended up sleeping in the streets. It’s located underground, no air, no fan, THE CAPSULE HAS NO LOCKER, so we slept very unsafe. A place for 2 WITH ONLY 1 BLANKET, washing machines working the whole night very noise. Capsule for 2 people, with only 1 charger. Only good thing in this place was a very kinda clean lady we met, tretead us very kindly, and gave us more information than the staffs it self. Very Very Bad!

Ve bu şifre değişikliğinden haberim yoktu ev/işletme sahibi beni bilgilendirmemişti. Uygulamadan yazdım, telefondan aradım, mail attım, whatsapp'tan yazdım ve döbüş çok geç oldu. Bu süre boyunca kar yağışlı viyana soğunun altında dikilmek zorunda kaldım. Onun dışında odadan zaten çok bi beklentiniz olmasın kutuda yaşıyosunuz. En azından eşyalarımızı güvenli bir şekilde muhafaza edebileceğimiz bir yer olsaydı bari. Kilitli dolapı geçtim, kendi kilidini takabileceğin bir dolap bile yok. Dümdüz kapalı dolap, isteten açabiliyor. Yataklar da aynı şekilde, sürgülü kitlenmeyen kapıları var. Önermem. airbnbden bile biraz erken rezercasyon yapıp daha uyguna bi yer bulabilirsiniz

• Sesha Sai Baba (3/5): It's not a twin room but a cabin for two which I feel is too small!!! - Nothing as such except for water from the sinks. I'd give it a good 8/10. It was advertised to be a twin room and then it's just a cabin for two people. I was travelling with a female friend and we both were uncomfortable sharing a single bed. There were no separate sheets and there's only 1 towel provided. How can two people share a single towel, even if they are related. The worst experience in this trip would be with this hotel (shed with a few cabins to be honest).

We had reserved it for the same dates, and understandably he didn’t leave the room. In short, we were scammed and ended up on the street. Hiç bir seyi begenmedik. Hostele gittigimizde odada baska bir adam kalıyordu onunla aynı tarihte biz de rezerve etmişiz adam haklı olarak cıkmadı odadan ve kısacası dolandırıldık ve sokakta kaldık.

• Cano (1/5): - No funcionaba la calefacción, no funcionaba la red wi fi, las paredes del baño estaban llenas de moho, los estantes para guardar maletas no tenían ningún tipo de seguridad (ni para poner candado). Al escribir estos reclamos al moderador no respondió en ningún momento para dar solución. Un poco más personal, las personas hospedadas durante nuestra estadía no eran respetuosos durante las horas de descanso. Y también dejaron la puerta del alojamiento a medio cerrar lo que podía dar acceso a cualquier persona.

• 257 (1/5): Nedoporučujeme - Nic absolutrně strašné Bohužel jsme museli opustit ubytování. Při našem příjezdu do ubytování ve Vídni jsme bohužel zjistili, že skutečný stav vůbec neodpovídal fotografiím z inzerátu. Inzeruje se jako pokoj místo toho je to jen nezamykatelná kóje. Povlečení bylo špinavé a našli jsme v posteli cizí vlasy a chlupy. V koupelně byla černá plíseň a chyběly zámky na úložných prostorách. Navíc tam byli vši, což bylo nepříjemné překvapení. Celkově podmínky byly nedostatečné a neodpovídaly inzerátu.

Io e la mia amica siamo state fortunate che abbiamo trovato l'ostello vuoto, quindi eravamo solo noi. I letti a cabina sono abbastanza spaziosi. Nell'annuncio c'era scritto stanze, invece sono cabin beds (niente contro, ma avrei gradito onestà e chiarezza). Personale inesistente e si vedeva che non venissero a pulire da un po' perché i cestini del bagno erano pieni. Nessuna possibilità di tenere al sicuro le proprie cose perché gli armadietti non hanno la serratura. La luce automatica è fastidiosa perché si spegne subito e si accende a caso durante la notte.

The space did not match the photos shown on the listing, and the overall conditions were completely misrepresented. Because the accommodation was unusable and not as advertised, we were forced to find a different place to stay at the last minute. This resulted in significantly higher costs, which we would not have had to pay if the property had been accurately described.

Букинг не способствует разрешению вопроса - Я не проживала здесь по причине обмана, так как это капсулы, а не двухместный номер как было заявлено в описании. Фотографии намеренно сделаны таким образом, чтобы непонятно было, что это за жилище и какие условия. Я требовала возврат средств, так как я вынуждена была в тот же день искать другое жилье. Но владельцы считают, что никакой проблемы нет и они не должны возвращать полную стоимость за намеренный обман потребителей. Также я обращалась в поддержку букинг, но они так же предпочитают не отвечать, таким образом поддерживая мошенников в незаконных заработках на обмане посетителей. Еще раз обращаюсь к владельцам и букингу: верните мне деньги, которые были уплачены за бронирование, которым я не воспользовалась из-за обмана компании
