Хозяева были очень гостеприимны, всегда на связи. Были рады провести здесь время, с удовольствием приедем еще, если окажемся в Армении еще раз.

• Dmitrii (10/5): - Это тот редкий случай, когда хочется поставить 12 баллов, но в наличии есть только 10. Прекрасно спланированный и построенный дом, с действительно тёплыми полами на всех этажах и огромными панорамными окнами с видами на дилижанские горы. В доме очень уютно, много отдельных зон, террас, качелей, мест для настольных игр и чтения. На кухне есть все, о чем только может подумать хозяйка) Хозяева очень милые и приветливые, всегда готовы помочь. Камин - особая гордость виллы. Нам повезло и в день заезда выпало много снега, и мы буквально попали в зимнюю сказку. Сидеть у камина с бокалом вина и созерцать сквозь портал во всю стену падающий снег после сауны и купания в горячей купели на улице - это одни из лучших впечатлений. Теплый гараж во время снегопад оказался очень кстати.

• Denis (10/5): - Мы отдыхали двумя семьями с детьми 8, 11, и 13 лет, и остались в полном восторге от виллы. Великолепные виды и уютное, продуманное оформление интерьера — именно то, что сразу привлекло наше внимание, и в реальности дом оказался даже лучше, чем на фото. В доме есть абсолютно всё для комфортного проживания и отдыха: стиральная и сушильная машины, посудомоечная машина, огромное количество посуды и приборов, настольные игры, мангал с шампурами и решётками, сауна, чан с подогревом, а летом — бассейн. Отдельно хочется отметить идеальную чистоту и внимание к деталям — чувствуется, что о гостях действительно заботятся. Хозяева очень внимательные, отзывчивые и всегда быстро отвечают на любые вопросы. Атмосфера в доме располагает к отдыху, сюда хочется возвращаться снова и снова. Мы остались полностью довольны отдыхом и с удовольствием приедем ещё, теперь летом.

• Alexei (10/5): A Resort for Yourself Only - The house was a pure magic, well decorated for Christmas, with all the facilities and views to the mountains. We spent 4 days in late December (2 adults and 3 kids). A private sauna was great after a cold day, moreover when you can jump straight into the pool. Dilijan offers also a lot of good restaurants, hikes, monasteries, zipline, deer feeding, and Christmas Market. Thank you to the hosts! You will need a car or use taxi to get around. We knew about that so no issue.

• Rafayel (10/5): Exceptional Views and Cozy Villa. - Five Stars – Exactly as Promised! It’s rare in Armenia to find a rental that delivers exactly what it advertises—but this villa in Dilijan does. Everything worked exactly as described: the AC units kept the rooms perfectly cool, the pool was heated and ready to enjoy, the property was spotless, and every promised accommodation was there. The hosts were not only friendly and welcoming but also hands-on—they personally came out to clean and maintain the entire property during our stay. That level of care is something you just don’t see often. If you’re looking for a place to relax with your family, where you can trust that what you see online is what you’ll get, this is it. Highly recommend. Five stars without hesitation.
• Yahya (10/5): ان كان لكم نية المكوث في ديليجان انسب مكان للعوائل - كل مافي المنتجع جميل ورائع من الاطلالة الداخلية مثل طاولة الطعام مع الإطلالة الخارجية والفناء الخارجي مثل المسبح وجلسة الخارجية ومكان خاص للشواء ولهم كاراج خاص للسيارة المنتجع عبارة عن ثلاث غرف نوم واحدة مع مكليف والبقية من غير مكيف ولكن الجوء بارد ومناسب ليلاً مع فتح النوافذ ومطبخ مع كل ملتزماته أما عن صاحبة المنتجع ليانا متعاونه لابعد الحدود لا شيء

Beautifully decorated and everything you could need was at the property. The hosts had dessert and ice cream waiting for us and we wish we had stayed there longer to enjoy the property. none - everything was great.

• Hovhannes (10/5): Exceptional - We booked villa for our family of 5. We’re amazed of how meticulously everything is designed there. Starting from a small handy hanger for the sponge in the kitchen sink, to large windows which we fully opened and enjoyed breathtaking views of mountains just in front of the villa. There was barbecue place prepared with a bag of charcoal, small fan, gas lighter - everything you need to make a tasty barbeque. At our arrival we’re welcomed with a fresh bouquet of lilac flowers and huge éclairs. Place is easy to reach by car, and is not far from the popular walking area, and still it is one of few places from where you have nice unobscured view at Dilijan’s picturesque hills and mountains behind them. We were by our car and it was nice that the place has a garage, so we were able to park our car safely inside the villa. Price may seem a bit high at first, but if you consider the fact that 6 people can sleep freely in this villa (it has 3 bedrooms) and that everything inside is more convenient than in some luxury hotels - kitchen, various teas, coffee, sugar, salt, species, tableware, glassware, 2 bathrooms, even a small very clean outside pool, you realize that this is a good deal. We’ll definitely return to this place again.

Excellent host. - the property was well equipped with good view the property owner is very very helpful and responsive we liked the property for the first time visitor its not easy to locate its not rightly placed in google map. we failed to reach the place following google map.

• Khaloud (10/5): This place is perfect for someone who wants to relax away from the noisy crowded city - I loved everything about this place. The views are breathtaking. Everything is absolutely great it felt like home away from home. They provided blankets, playstation games , board games, cooking essentials, coffee and wood for the fireplace. literally everything that you need is available. Also the host is very polite and cooperative. I got lost and went down a rough road however the host responded right away and sent someone to assist me and drive me there.

• Rohan (10/5): The house is extremely beautiful with so many ameneties and the best Hosts. - The property was very neat, clean and cozy with luxurious interiors and the ameneties they provided were exceeding the list mentioned by them. They had a Ps4, Board Games and so much more. I have booked many places but this was the best place I've been to. Even the hosts were so friendly and responsive throughout the stay. Highly recommend it. The house is even more beautiful in reality than in pictures and the location is great!!

The villa was even decorated for Christmas and had a huge christmas tree inside for us to enjoy!
