Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich und sehr bemüht. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Es liegt mitten im Herzen der Altstadt und ist trotzdem nicht so laut wie auf der Hauptstraße…ist eine top Lage -

On dort paisiblement - la chambre est immense et le lit whaouu (tres très grand et très très confortable). - la baignoire à paillette :) et l'eau chaude. - un petit frigo, la télé avec YouTube. On recevait tous les jours 2 bouteilles d'eau - le service pour nettoyer son linge (pas cher et rapide) - le personnel surtout la dame de l'accueil, toujours souriante, serviable et tellement gentille. Elle avait toujours un mot agréable quand on se croisait. Je recommande cet hôtel, j'y ai passé environ 10 jours et c'était vraiment top. Rien, tout était parfait.

• Gregor (3/5): So schlimm, dass wir wechseln mussten. - Die Lage ist unschlagbar- super zentral und gleichzeitig in einer ruhigen Gasse Das Zimmer hat gemüffelt und sich unsauber angefühlt. Leider hat an dem Abend ein Fußballspiel stattgefunden und die kleine, eigentlich ruhige Gasse war sehr laut. Wir haben das Hotel noch in der gleichen Nacht gewechselt.

Good price, nice rooms. - Very impressed with the spacious room (Triple room w/ balcony), enough hot water to actually fill the bath tub!, wifi was good, and location was great - right in the middle of best of old town, but quiet enough that it was easy to get good rest and relax. Advertised balcony was more like a large sliding window with a handrail, not really an exterior balcony, but was still very nice huge window, and nice to have such a large double slider window for fresh air and day light.

We were only disappointed with a pillow case that had obviously been used on not changed, but we found a clean one in the closet. Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable.

• Siew (8/5): Overall this hotel room is fine - I arrived the hotel at 1:10pm to check in , after check in she told me the room is ready but check in time is 2pm you have to pay 100,000 more to go in the room now, that is my first time encounter this 😅so I just paid. Normally I went so many hotel they only say is ready you can go to yur room or the room is not ready can come back by 2pm. Fair for us , I think this service I can’t accept.

• NAOYA (8/5): - ２月の一人旅で、３泊お世話になりました。 旅の目的が「観光」「食事」なので、ホテルを選んだ基準もそれに準じています。私のように「寝るだけ」であれば、十分満足できるサービスでした。 泊まったのは６階の部屋、専用のバス トイレがありますが、部屋の外に別部屋としてありました。これについては予約後にホテルからその旨のメールがあり把握していましたが、できれば予約確定前に、部屋を選ぶ段階で分かるのがありがたいと思いました。なお、シャワーのみです。このフロアの客室は私が使ったこの１室のみてした。シャワー、トイレの度に部屋の外に出るというのは、少し面倒に感じました。 空港からホテルへの送迎サービス(450,000ドン/約2,500円)があり、ハノイ到着時に利用。指定の場所にて名前を書いた髪を持ったドライバーが立っていて、迷うことはありませんでした。支払いはホテル到着後にフロントにて、現金です。 チェックアウトは１２時、帰国が夜便だったので、フロントに頼んで荷物を預かってもらいました。 細い路地に面していて、分かりづらい場所にありますが、観光や食事には便利な場所です。空港とハノイ駅を結ぶ路線バスの停留所も近くにあります、

• Emilie (5/5): I have been better places - It was a good location, and we could walk almost everywhere within 1 Km. We were first asked witch room we would like to stay in, but when we answered they said we didn’t have a choice and had to stay on the top floor. This room didn’t have a bathroom inside, and we had to walk out to the hallway to go to the bathroom, which we were not able to lock if we were not there. The hallway also had I camera pointed directly to the bathroom and room, so you had to get properly dressed, and take the room card with you each time. Just a bit inconvenient. We asked the staff kindly to not clean our room, since we don’t want people entering without us there. They said okey, but the next day, they had been in our room without cleaning, just making the bed, without even changing the sheets… the second day they asked us randomly to pay our room, on the spot. And we weren’t leaving for 2 more days, just very strange since they didn’t mention anything when we checked in. They also take 3 percent credit card charge witch is not allowed to do in Vietnam.

Many buildings are such in Hanoi. Easy way to find > look for Starbucks and walk straight to the back entrance n the hotel is on that alley. Receptionists spook enough English. Not happy had to pay to replace for tiny blood stain towels because, according to staff, can not be clear n need replacement.! Unbelievable that can not be clear. Otherwise all ok

Muy room did not have windows so I could not hear anything at all from the street. The bathroom was clean. On my second night a felt a very uncomfortable cigarette smell. I am pretty sure ir came from outside de hotel because every time I left the hotel I saw an ashtray full of cigarette butts.

The little side street is small and relatively quiet, making it quite peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle from Hanoi. All of the staff where super helpful and they helped us getting an airport transfer and some cheaper simcards. Additionally, if you have any questions, they were always willing to help. We were able to leave our bags there during our last day as well. Bedrooms were nice and clean. Nothing

Excellent location right in the heart of the CBD, just a few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square and Ta Hien street. Lots of coffee shops and delicious restaurants around. Nice, clean and spacious room with good facilities at a reasonable price. Ms Tâm (Receptionist) is superb friendly, helpful with her professional customer service manner. Its location is a bit hard to find and taxi could not drop us at the door. We had to walk a bit more (100-150m) in an alley before found this hotel. However, it is still close to the main road.

The lady at the reception, Lily, did an exceptional job going above and beyond to help us with planning our travel. She was always very honest and could draw from her long-year experience as a tour guide herself. She was also very caring of my husband, who got sick on the flight and she tried her best ro help us. The location is great - in an ally in the center but still quiet enough for s good night's sleep.

• Ari (10/5): super - located in old quarter many cafes/restraurants/ bars around the hotel. room are super clean and staff are all so kind and helpful, had no problem in communication as well (yes, everyone speaks perfect English!) they can cordinate tours for you (Ha Long etc.) and taxi to airport which costed less than the price in Grab. allowed me to take shower before my late flight! definately would like to come back to Hanoi next time! none
• Olive (10/5): Superb - The staffs are very helpful and kind, the receptionist "named Lily" is superb, she can speak good English and did help me a lot. Would definitely recommend this hotel None
