• Rainer (8/5): Top Lage zu gutem Preis, nachts ziemlich laut - Beste Lage in midtown, Frühstücksmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte in drei Minuten zu Fuß, Subway auch in der Nähe Leichter Check-in am 24/7 Schalter der Rezeption Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für diese Lage in New York Wir waren zu fünft dort. Wenn jeder seinen Koffer aufmacht wird es schon etwas eng auf dem Boden, aber man hält sich auch nur zum Schlafen dort auf. Dazu muss man allerdings wissen, dass der Straßenlärm in der Wohnung sehr gut zu hören ist. Auch andere Geräusche aus dem Haus haben uns nachts gestört, Ohropax haben dann geholfen. Wir waren Ende März dort und es war nachts sehr kalt im Zimmer. Zusätzliche elektrische Heizkörper sind aber vorhanden. Wir haben uns nur nicht getraut, diese im Schlaf laufen zu lassen.
• Trish (10/5): Faultless location, authentic NY feel and excellent for families. Highly recommend - Location was excellent. Beautifully bright and spacious alternative to a hotel stay. As mentioned by other guests there is a very large unpleasant smell in the hallway outside the apartment. It’s a mixed use building so I understand it’s outside of the hosts control and it doesn’t look impact the apartment itself

• Dan (8/5): - The location is excellent, the check in process was easy, they stored our luggage for free, the housekeeper was absolutely lovely and so nice and respectful. The mattresses were not comfortable this is my only fault
• JOSEP ORIOL (9/5): - Fantástica ubicación, a 10 minutos andando de Times Square. Con restaurantes cerca, a 2 minutos de Macy's i H&M. La cocina bien equipada, cómodo para una familia. Vistas exteriores El primer día el colchón era viejo y se notaban los muelles, pero al día siguiente lo encontramos cambiado por uno mucho más cómodo, sin tener que avisar a nadie. Nos vaciaron las basuras ese día, pero durante el resto de la semana no lo volvieron a hacer, había un cuarto de basuras para poder hacerlo tú mismo.
• Mathilde (9/5): Incroyable ! - Le logement était fidèle aux photos et la communication avec l’hôte était vraiment facile, nous avons vraiment apprécié son hospitalité et sa disponibilité. Le logement était parfait pour 5 copines, la cuisine était un réel plus pour les petits déjeuners et quelques dîners. Encore merci ! Rien, tout était très bien.

• Tamara (8/5): Recomendable en el corazón de Manhattan - La ubicación ideal, tamaño justo para los 6 La cama era de muelles y estaba fatal debería cambiarla, y la calefacción no la entendíamos un día nos asamos y otro pasamos frío. Debería tener un cartel informativo d cómo funciona.
• celine (9/5): Magnifique séjour dans manhattan - Logement conforme aux photos , bien placé dans manhattan, literie confortable, bien équipé pour quelques repas sur place , communication aisée avec l hôte qui est très arrangeante . Le logement est bruyant la nuit et la salle de bain un peu rustique .

• Ysé (9/5): Incroyable - L’emplacement est idéal, transports à proximité, Time square à 15 min à pied. L’appartement est très mimi typiquement américain. Il est équipé, propre, les lits sont confortables, on y dort bien malgré le bruit de la vie New Yorkaise. Les housekeeper sont disponibles sur place et en permanence par message. Je ne peux que recommander, n’hésitez pas!

• ahmet (10/5): Appartement avec emplacement exceptionnel. - L'emplacement est exceptionnel, en plein centre de New-York. L'hôte est très perceptif , il répond très rapidement aux questions. Nous étions une famille de 5 personnes et n'avons eu aucun problème à séjourner dans cet appartement. Il y a pas mal de petits magasins pour faire ses courses pour manger au matin ou au soir. Il y a moyen aussi de manger dehors. La chambre est composée notamment d'une petite cuisine avec les matériels basiques, une douche et l'air conditionné qui est très important. Pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ, il y a moyen de discuter avec l'hôte et si nécessaire, d'au moins laisser les bagages à leur réception gratuitement. L'insonorisation par rapport aux voisins et surtout par rapport à la rue, même si c'est au 5ième étage. Mais malgré tout, pour sa localisation, l'appartement vaut bien 10/10. Si nécessaire, utilisez des boules-quies.

Stockage des bagages gratuit après le check out Bruyant mais vu que l'emplacement est central… Toilettes dans la salle de bain (à 6 c'est moins pratique) mais nous le savions.

• Ezequiel (4/5): Disappointing - We spent 10 days staying in their apartment and truly had a great time! Very good location! My negative review is due to the fact that we made a purchase through Amazon to be delivered to the building’s front desk. No one ever gave us any answers and the package was lost! After we had already left New York, they reached out to tell me they actually did have the package. I asked them to send it to my sister-in-law’s house (she lives in the U.S.), and it’s now been two months and she still hasn’t received anything! They told us they had returned the package and were going to send it again, but that never happened. So, in summary, what I want to tell future guests is: do not use that address for any deliveries! It’s better to use a locker or the address of a trusted friend or family member
• Diego (10/5): Great location, amazing host and excellent value - Amazing host, that’s always a win for me, super kind, flexible and helpful. Even offered to keep our luggage after checkout. Location is the best part, right in the middle of everything you wanna visit in manhattan. Beds are a little sturdier that we as family are used to, but not a deal breaker, we still enjoyed the stay and got some good rest. Great value for the price.

• Jenny (10/5): Wonderful place. Clean, central, and the hosts were brillinat! - Communication with the host was great. We used What's App and I let them know whilst we were en-route that we might be a little early. This was no problem and they said to just message them when we got there and someone would meet us. They were also happy to store our bags for us on the last day, after we checked out of the room, but before we had finished exploring.
