Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Quick check in and response time when contacted. Proper stay
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Overall condition was fine. Except the quilt was dirty and there was a big moldy area. Even worse, I contacted the customer service, they did nothing except telling me "thank you for the information", not even apologize.
- Jackie (2/5): - So the property was fine but the Simply Comfort property management company was awful. I will never use them again. I was suspicious about paying a damage deposit through PayPal so I asked Expedia to verify that it was okay, which Expedia did. Then after this damage deposit was processed, I got 6 suspicious PayPal charges for small amounts. Then they didn't process my damage deposit refund until Expedia called them. So, it was a huge debacle of having to cancel my card due to suspicious activity after using a Paypal link to pay for the damage deposit. Never again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Very ok. Nice enough room with good accessibility to the city. Washer and dryer in unit is a nice touch. Despite their insistence on making sure I knew check in procedure, that dropped the ball and I stood outside for an hour waiting for someone to let me in. As an added negative there was a nice colony of ants living in the bathroom with a few stragglers found in the kitchen. Overall very meh experience. If it works in your budget and you don’t mind the mild incompetence of the management then this place will be fine.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location, good condition. a few details with the condition of the towels in the bathroom and in the kitchen and just one fork in the kitchen. The billing was confusing since we booked it over the phone with expidia and they mentioned the rate of 73$ and the full amount for the 4 nights but never mentioned 60$ property fee and the difference between the rates from $73 up to $80 depending on the day. Those billing details were disappointing. We have might payed any way but not been clear from the beginning was not cool.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - First time in Toronto and Simply Comfort added extra to my stay. Needless to say it was AMAZING! I really enjoyed everything about my stay here except for the parking situation. It was quite a walk from the property so I ended up parking at a closer lot that was a block down. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Location was great, the condo had an infestation of little red ants.
- On (10/5): Honey-moon retreat at the heart of Toronto - Great bachelor unit at the lakefront of Toronto. View, comfort, amenities.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was ok but the sheets and towels were still being washed in the machine from the previous stay so we only had one towel.
- Randi (8/5): Clean and convenient - Space was fairly small but suitable for our needs. Place was clean. One elevator was not working but otherwise building was in good shape. Location near the water and Billy Bishop airport.
- Stacey (10/5): - Great stay clean and comfortable couch was the only thing not comfortable for stay and the only other issue was the last min check in time that was changed from the original booking other then that stay was great was in walking distance to the Budweiser stage witch was perfect as we wore attending a concert
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very nice place. Parking was not ideal, but matched the listed description.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was so nice having the transit system right out the front door! It made touring and enjoying Toronto quite effortless.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Beds were super comfy. Had access to everything you could possibly need. Would recommend.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This property is an excellent place to stay if you are attending conferences at the Beanfield/Enercare centre. It’s just a 10 minute walk away. The property is also beautifully furnished, makes you feel right at home.
