Was able to check in half an hour early due to early arrival very happy about! Kitchen is beautiful! Garden was lovely! Bathroom was clean, amendments there if needed but not necessary if you come with your own! Guests were okay you might hear a few conversations but that’s understandable as it’s a shared house as long as respect is given all is okay! Perfect for visiting if you want to explore London or o2 arena!! 10/10 :) Maybe for the smokers an ashtray in the garden as we didn’t want to leave cigarettes butts on the floor we had to use the front bin,

• Abdullah (3/5): Poor - Unfortunately, we didn't like much about it. Its location is a 15-minute walk from Leyton metro station, and that's its only plus. It's in the 3rd district, so that doesn't seem like a big plus. It was so ridiculous that we didn't have a key to our room that we were only able to lock our door on the last night of the two nights. The cleaning wasn't very good either. We were in room number 1 at the entrance and we could hear every sound. The bed and pillows weren't comfortable either. The room was extremely small.

It’s a place away from loud city noise The heater did not work. The shared bathroom could do with some upgrades . The location is poor. Very far away from train. You may need a taxi or uber to the location

• Artur (4/5): Disappointing - Quiet location, close to Leyton underground station. Overall the stay was a weird experience. My room was located on the ground floor just next to the stairs. Each step made by other guests in the corridor or stairs was loudly heard inside through the door. Each step made in the room or corridor above was also audible through the ceiling. There was no key to lock the room due to which I had to take all valuable items with me when being out. To emphasize the discomfort of this situation, during my 2 days stay the microwave oven was stolen from the kitchen by some other guests who stayed upstairs.

• Malina (8/5): Great stay for the weekend. I would recommend - I loved how clean and nice everything was. My room was great and the bed was super comfy. I recommend staying here if you are in the area. Of course you have to share other facilities like the kitchen and bathroom and it’s not close to a train station but other that it’s fine.

• Svetlana (4/5): Pleasant room,unpleasant surprises - I liked that the room was clean and the shower was spacious. The lock worked well once you got used to it. The shared space was generally fine, but the presence of the hosts made me feel uncomfortable since it wasn't mentioned beforehand. I didn’t like that the toilet was combined with the shower, making it difficult to access when someone was inside. There was only one power outlet far from the bed, and the bed linen felt damp. It was also uncomfortable not knowing that the hosts lived on-site.

• Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great. The property is in a residential area, a 20 min walk from the tube line on central line. Great news is Central line is open all night. Parked motorbike on road at weekend free - outside property. Owner would have let me park it on front drive if needed. I had a ground floor room which was large and the bed was very comfy for me - nice and firm. Large kitchen available with washing machine, toaster, cooker, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and cutlery. Bathroom was on 1st floor and equally large. Shower was massive and great. Bedside light would have been helpful

• Aidan (5/5): Passable - Well priced The rooms are fairly basic and the walls are super thin. When others are staying in the rooms nearby you can hear every noise which can disrupt your sleep. Can be quite a walk to the nearest tube, around 20 minutes. There is only free parking at the weekends or in the evenings.

• Sarah (7/5): You get what you pay for - Clean, easy check in , quiet location close amenities and public transport Main light didn't have a lampshade and there was only 1 plug socket so if you needed to charge your phone and say wanted to read your book before bed you had to do it in glaring bright light. I was in room 1 and woken up frequently by people using the bathroom. Sound really travels. There was a lady downstairs on the phone for an hour that sounded like she was outside my door.

Simple to understand check in instructions. That isn't a fault of the host, theres only one electrical outlet. So imagine trying to charge my phone. And tablet at the same time. While also needing to unplug the lamp. Maybe an extending cable might help.

The room had that strong smell of air freshener that made it hard for me to breathe the whole night because of my asthma. I struggled to sleep that night because the smell was overpowering.
