• Noor (3/5): Despite the courteous & well-behaved staff, I would prefer not to stay there. - Breakfast was pretty much the same as it had been on the first day. The hotel was located in a highly crowded neighborhood, just on the edge of a major highway. During my time at the hotel, the elevator was mostly turned off. The stairway was utilized by guests. I booked a Superior Double Room, but no way I could call it a Superior Double Room. If that was a superior double room, then what could be the executive twin room or standard double room? The hotel is very close to the highway, so I enjoyed 24 hours of royalty-free sound effects.

• Gaming (1/5): Please Contact the hotel with a phone number found on the internet to confirm your stay... - The hotel was clean and the manager was decent The private host did not contact the hotel but confirmed us that it was booked...so there was a mishandling..the day before our University entrance exam wasting 4 hours from 6 am to 10 am...atleast the private host provided us with another hotel...but it shouldn't have caused in the first place

• Panda (1/5): This is not a hotel, they offer you a prostitute cabin for staying at 3000 taka - Nothing they run the hotel through local broker, and not provided the room at the listed rate which I booked on Booking.com, they simply denied to check in. • Chy (5/5): Passable - the environment was pretty quite,. but according there facilities 3 k rent is much more i think. and breakfast is poor...its only 3 piece of bread, 1 piece of banana,boiled egg....i dnt think its good combination.. thank you.

Don’t book anything from this place . - Nothing Poor customer service, booked from booking and when we went there , they said no booking has been made or confirmed! Showed booking confirmation and pin , still they said nothing available! All of sudden someone left and they offered that place without even cleaning! Do not book anything from this place .

• Nadima (5/5): Ok for short stay. - The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The toilet was clean too. Location was very convenient. The facilities are very limited and one of their window was broken. On description they mentioned the room had city view, but on the other side there was another connected building.

• Khaza (1/5): Bad - Very bad condition, lift is not working, after booking through booking.com they called and asked for 500 Tk in advance by bkash, after going to receiption to check in they asked to show husband wife's marriage certificate, only voter ID card is not enough, then I wanted advance deposited  money then  they told they would send it to my bkash a/c but till now  Haven't got it yet.
• Sarker (5/5): Passable - Clean room, washroom good. Supply water is not for 24 hrs, they don't have generator.
