• Darren (1/5): As above never stay here was awful and made us really ill.. we had to leave and find another condition - We arrived and could not stay at the property las the aircon was bad and made us both really unwell within 30 mins we had to leave and find alternative accommodation we were ill all day. It was terrible and we tried to contact the owner no answer on phone or email . Don’t stay here ever !
• Olena (1/5): Scammers! Throw! - I booked an apartment in advance, the hotel confirmed the reservation and debited the money from the card. But when we arrived to check in, it turned out that the apartment was already OCCUPIED!!! The owner of the apartment did not answer calls and messages. After calling the Booking support service, a message appeared in the booking status that we would not be accommodated. No alternative housing, no refund!!!!

• Kevin (3/5): - The locations.. nice room but… We arrived at the property one hour before check-in and asked if we could at least leave our luggage. We were told no, because the cleaning staff hadn’t finished yet. However, at that moment, there was no cleaning staff around—already a bad start. Once we entered, the room was extremely dirty: sand all over the floor, sheets were dirty, and there was no TV, only the antenna cable—what did they expect, that I’d bring a TV from home? The bathroom was filthy, and the toilet barely flushed. To go number two, we had to go to the beach! Assistance during the week was nonexistent. There were only 2 towels for 2 people for the entire week. The air conditioner, when turned on, made a “Brrrrr” noise every 15 minutes, so we had to keep it off at night to sleep. I asked the owner to fix it on the first day, but then he never responded again. And on top of that, the air conditioner was dirty.
• Górska (3/5): - Klucze czekały w skrytce, kod dostałam równo o 15.00. Kontakt z wlascicielami sprawny. Mieszkanie ładnie urządzone. Bardzo małe ale dla jednej osoby ok. OGROMNY minus za smród stęchlizny. Mianowicie podczas brania prysznica woda leci na futrynę od drzwi, na której już jest grzyb. O zgrozo. Dlaczego wlaściciele nie wymienią na aluminiową futryne? Śmierdzi w całym mieszkaniu. Nie da się tego wywietrzyć mimo ze okno miałam otwarte 24/7. Ciężko spędzać czas w mieszkaniu. Ostatniego dnia mojego pobytu cieszyłam się że opuszczam te mieszkanie. NIE POLECAM. Dodatkowo jest pralka co mnie przyciągnęło ale nie ma ani suszarki ani wyznaczonego miejsca na pranie (a przynajmniej ja nie zostałam o tym poinformowana). Na minus brak też soli w kuchni, co uważam już za standard wynajmując mieszkanie z kuchnią. Klimatyzacja działa, jednak wydaje głośne odgłosy które wybudzały mnie nad ranem. Podsumowując NIE POLECAM.
• Nicole (3/5): UNA VERGÜENZA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Era bonito, bien decorado y todo muy mono. Para 2 personas está bien. Pero el lavabo olía a humedad, poca intimidad para ir al lavabo. La madera llena de moho y de ahí viene el olor. Y no traga bien el vater, se queda como atascado. Todo vuelve a subir cuando tiras de la cadena y da un poco de asco. Cama cómoda, armarios amplios y altos, además de que había dos. La cocina muy bien equipada, eso sí no había ni aceite, ni papel de cocina, ni servilletas, ni detergente. La organización es HORRIBLE. Lo llevan todo desde Hungría así que si tienes algún problema o necesitas algo, ya te las puedes apañar solo y buscarte la vida porque como no te contesten al teléfono… Empezando con que le escribí unas semanas antes al alojamiento para quedar a una hora para hacer el check in, en el anuncio pone a las 15h y cuando se lo digo me dice que el check in es a partir de las 16. Le digo que lo que aparece en el anuncio es a las 15, y entonces me da la razón, pero me intentó mentir. Y me dice que sí que a partir de las 15h pero que cuando acabase la señora de la limpieza me lo haría saber. Un día antes o dos le pregunto qué tipo de alojamiento es el nuestro porque hay de tres tipos. Nadie me contestó. El día que llegábamos al alojamiento, antes que fuesen las 15h les escribí para comentarles que estábamos llegando a Castelldefels. Nadie me contestó, cosa que me parece vergonzosa que para eso están, para gestionar los alojamientos y reservas. Y encima me dijo que me avisaría cuando acabase la de la limpieza, pues eran las 15 y nadie me había dicho nada. La puerta de fuera siempre está abierta así que pasamos. Justo nos encontramos a la señora de la limpieza, que por cierto, muy amable y nos intentó ayudar. Pasaban los minutos y nadie aparecía, nadie nos enviaba ningún mensaje ni nos decía nada. Yo intentando contactar con el alojamiento por mensaje y por llamada. Nadie me cogía el teléfono ni me decían nada. La chica de la limpieza me explicó que el nuestro fue el primero que limpió por lo que ya estaba preparado desde hacía rato. Nosotras estábamos esperando a alguien o algún mensaje para hacer el check in, pero nada. Pues de ve que es auto check in, es decir, lo tienes que hacer tú mismo. Esto no lo pone ni en el anuncio, ni te lo dicen ellos, ni te lo explican antes ni nada, te tienes que buscar tú la vida.

• Marharyta (1/5): I don’t recommend this garbage dump to anyone - When we arrived we didn’t get instructions on how to get into the apartment for half an hour, no one was replying to us. When we finally got a PIN and a key we were shocked to see that the apartment was completely different from what we were supposed to get. Instead of The mini we got Just for two. The minute we got inside everything went wrong, the bathroom door fell on the bed, almost hitting our friend, then a shelf in the bathroom fell down too. When we tried to flush the toilet we couldn’t find a button, later turned out it was hidden behind a wooden box, god knows why. Not to mention other things like lack of a trash can, moldy smell in the room etc. We couldn’t stay overnight because the experience was so much worse than what we expected.
• Nicolas (1/5): Pire logement de vacances de ma vie - Le logement réservé pour 3 adultes est non conforme : un lit double et un canapé non convertible trop petit pour un adulte, ce qui a contraint la 3ᵉ personne à partir. Plus grave encore, après une fuite d’eau initiale, nous avons subi des remontées d’excréments dans les toilettes, la douche et jusqu’au salon, rendant le logement insalubre et dangereux pour la santé. La propriétaire reste injoignable même Booking.com n’arrive pas à la joindre alors qu’elle répondait bien à nos message au début. On a été contraint de dormir dans nôtre voiture à 1 h du matin car aucun hôtel disponible. C’est les pires vacances que l’on a vécu. Sans aucune réponse de la propriétaire ou de Booking. On déconseille fortement ce logement car en cas de soucis vous serez seul. Nous demandons un remboursement intégral sans aucune réponse à ce jour ni de la propriétaire et de Booking.com
• Anna (5/5): Didn’t meet my expectations - Like in the pictures, comfortable bed, air conditioning and kitchen It’s not directly at the beach, there is a street between and you can’t see the sea from the apartment. It’s in a normal building with other apartments (no hotel!) at the ground floor. It’s not on google maps and there is no sign or reception. I wasn’t sure if I was right when I arrived. It was ok but the price is absolutely too high.
