• raquel (9/5): Confortable - Depto cómodo, bien ubicado, limpio con terraza muy linda Cerca de todo , con muchos lugares para comprar comida Las almohadas y en la cocina no había ni sal, ni saquitos de té o café,aceite,etc. Había una cafetera de cápsulas pero no estaban las cápsulas y para pocos días no podes andar comprando

• Gerard (8/5): Good apartment, excellent balcony. - Good location, walkable to old town etc. Outside space, excellent balcony. Secure access. Owner met us at apartment to show how entry works. No condiments (salt, pepper, etc). TV button a bit temperamental.

• Alex77 (2/5): - El lugar estaba limpio y tenía buena ubicación para hacer turismo, pero no era tranquilo El principal problema fue el ruido constante y la muy baja insonorización: se escuchaban claramente a los vecinos de al lado, especialmente fuerte el sonido del piano, así como otros ruidos externos, principalmente por la tarde y por la noche. Viajábamos con un bebé, lo que hizo que la situación fuera especialmente difícil. Los propietarios mostraron comprensión, sin embargo no se tomaron medidas reales para resolver el problema. Propusimos una salida anticipada, pero no se ofreció reembolso, ni se propusieron alternativas de reubicación. Con un coste de alojamiento superior a 1.000 €, el nivel de confort resultó inaceptable. Por este motivo otorgo la puntuación mínima y no recomiendo este alojamiento.

• Maryam (9/5): Clean, comfortable apartment in great Gros location with balcony and washing machine - Clean, comfortable, well stocked apartment in wonderful location in the center of the Gros neighborhood. Building is on the older side but unit is quite modern. Nice balcony with chairs, table and sunshade. Washing machine is perfect for longer stays. Always Easy team is delightful, very responsive and communicates well in English, Spanish and French. They also stored our bags in their Gros office when we arrived early before the apartment was ready. Would stay again! Bed is overall comfortable but rather bouncy; when I moved it kept waking up my partner. Hot water heater is small for two people (50L). No air conditioning but they do have fans and shades.
• Aimé (8/5): Une location que je recommande, malgré quelques petits accrocs (que je ne signalerais pas si les prix n'étaient pas - Bonne location, grande terrasse, décoration sobre. Hôtes sympathiques et très réactifs. Manque de vaisselle (seulement 1 verre à vin), ventilateur extrêmement poussièreux qui ne donne pas envie de l'utiliser. Appareil (bouillote) défectueuse qui a fait sauter les plombs (mais le staff est intervenu le soir même)

• Heinrich (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very helpful. They were always available when we needed them. The accommodation cost in San Sebastian is quite high, and even this accommodation which ended up being a 20 minute walk from old town was still quite expensive. This isn't anything bad about this accommodation specifically, but just a note to make when planning your trip.
• Noelle (8/5): Authentic, comfortable stay in the Gros area of San Sebastian. - Great location, plenty of space for two people for a short stay and lovely balcony to sit out and soak up the local atmosphere. It was great to have access to Netflix also. A minor thing related to the overall building rather than this property - there is a slightly musty smell when you enter the building and lift. The sound proofing between apartments isn’t great.

Bed was comfortable, shower great, kitchen well equipped, TV good and I loved the balcony. The apartment is in a great location, away from the bustling crowds and very secure. It would have been nice to have the towels changed.
• Natc2019 (9/5): The unit is well located in Gros, it's beautifully renovated and has everything you need - Carquizano unit 5A was well renovated and fitted out. The modern decor is lovely and it has a balcony. It is in an excellent location in Gros to walk to many good restaurants and Zurriola surf beach. La Concha is accessed via a lovely esplanade walk around the headland or across Zurriolako bridge. There are 2 parking stations with daily rates an easy walk to the apartment if you are driving. We had a problem with the electronic entry to the building and had to request a std key from the host

• Glorea (8/5): Very good - We liked the location, and the flat was fine,has everything, well situation. approximately good. The flat in a building with not easy accessibility door. the owner sent us an application to open the outdoors,which never worked. And when we reached the flat, we funded a traditional key in side, no nobody told us before that they can handle us a normal key !! instead of waiting half an hour trying with unwarking application,until one of the neighbors open for us by chance.
• Michele (8/5): Very good - We loved the location close to the beach, tonnes of great food and drink options and a really easy and enjoyable walk to the old town. The apartment was clean and tidy. The balcony is brilliant particularly with such a large sun shade. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were super hard so we didn't sleep particularly well during our stay. There was also no bed linen for the travel cot or towels left for our baby.

• Karis (9/5): Lovely apartment with a great outdoor terrace. Perfect location - Amazing location in Gros. We ordered Gros to the old town, cool vibe to it and great restaurants. Team at always easy we’re very responsive to any questions / needs We came in august so quite hot so need doors open but can be quite noisy outside. However we asked for a fan and the team delivered one that day which made a big difference!
