• Xingyuan (6/5): Great location, but it’s difficult to sleep without earplugs - Great location Very noisy at night. Even with all windows closed, street noise from passing vehicles is clearly audible. The dishwasher is completely non-functional and does not power on.
• Carli (8/5): Felt unsafe with the lift access situation. Not female friendly. - Good location, comfortable spec. The lift opens directly into the apartment so that is the front door. Twice, random guests have been able to access our apartment. Guests have been confused, thinking they were on the ground floor, when in fact it was our apartment after we had called the lift to go downstairs. This is a serious safety concern and deeply troubling. It should be addressed as a matter of urgency. No guest should feel unsafe while staying here.

• Pip (6/5): - The location of this property to public transport / and or the city is excellent. The noise at night from the streets is very loud. We also noted that the clothes horse in the apartment was not functional and asked if it was possibly to get one during our stay. The communication was prompt but the new clothes horse was never delivered.

• Kellie (9/5): Great two week stay in fantastic location but there needs to be a better check out system in place. - The apartment was spacious and very clean and there was everything that you needed for an extended stay like ours. The laundry, internet, TV, kitchen and bathroom facilities were all fantastic as well as the security of the building. The location was great for my husband who was working in the city and for me to explore the local area with great public transport options. We were very disappointed that the balcony was not cleaned. We had to clean it ourselves before we could use it as the balcony floor was extremely dirty as well as the furniture. Also the check out procedure needs to be changed. We did everything that was asked and left the second set of keys in the dish in the centre of the dining table only to be told some few hours after check out that they were not there. Unfortunately we did not take a photo so it was our word against there's and had to pay $180 for another set. Either take a photo or leave both sets in the lockbox on departure. Don't make our mistake!

• Meredith (10/5): Excellent - Location Value Cleanliness There was an issue with building design that concerned us with leaving our teen children alone there. Staff and booking.com over the issue- but something that was outside of their control. But when raised with them their response was exceptional

• Christine (10/5): So convenient to all the transport and sights - Everything was just a few minutes walk - transport ( bus, ferry and light rail), grocery stores, coffee shops and so many restaurants AND just 15 minutes to Sydney Town Hall and the train. The apartment was very well equipped for cooking meals and relaxing after busy sightseeing. Everything you need. Really very happy but if I had to nitpick the ironing board cover was disintegrating lol

• Egidio Donadio (9/5): very good - good Location, inside the Apartment there is about everything you need, beds were very confortable, all the areas were extremely clean As every apartment, you have to colelct keys from some locker, wifi was so and so. a bit noisy, it's in the city but maybe a bit more acustic isolation would help.
• Joanne (7/5): Adequate - Great location. Only one bathroom. No carpark. Was smaller than it looked in photos, very basic so felt expensive for what it was but I guess you are more paying for location perhaps.
• Jaehyuk (10/5): - Very well equipped apartment was very spacious. It was a great location to catchable attractions with light rail stop "Convention" (within just two minutes walk). "Coles" is also located nearby, it was very useful! It was a fantastic stay to my family's 8-day stay in Sydney. The blanket covers was not good. Plz consider them into pocket or zipper style. And, if a small hand wheel cart is prepared in the apartment, it would be very useful for Coles shopping.

• Milos (2/5): Nice apartment, ruined by poor customer care. - Very disappointing stay at Urban Rest Pyrmont Apartments. The air conditioning, which was clearly listed as an amenity, was not working at all during our five-night stay. I reported it immediately and followed up several times, but the issue was never fixed. After four days, they finally dropped off a small evaporative fan—which is not an air conditioner and did nothing to cool the room. To make it worse, it was obvious they already knew about the issue before we checked in, as two cheap Kmart fans were already placed in the apartment. It’s a real pity, because the apartment itself isn’t bad. But the way it’s managed completely ruins the experience. Poor communication, no accountability, and no real effort to make things right. Would not stay here again.

• Farooq (8/5): Great location and good stay. - Great location and overall facilities at the property were good. Needs a bit of TLC, the air conditioning wasn’t as effective and some of the appliances need replacing like the toaster. The lobby area was untidy with leaves and debris from the street. Not sure if the other apartments were managed by the same company (Urban Rest) but one of the other apartments had someone smoking cannabis every day, which then flowed into the shared lift (as this is the direct entry into each apartment) and into our apartment. Not pleasant.

• Margaret (9/5): We had a fabulous time in Sydney. - We supplied our own breakfast. There were some coffee pods left but they were awful. If you are going to supply coffee please use a different brand. (Not sure if a previous resident left them.) We enjoyed the chocolate! We found the dishwasher a bit complicated. It would help if there was a simple set of instructions. Neither of us had the same brand of dishwasher.

• Andrew (10/5): Great apartment, great location, great price - Location was fantastic, once we worked out there was a bridge 2 mins away to cross over to Darling Harbour it made the trip to the center much easier, but thats standard about any new place you visit. Apartment was clean, had everything you needed, 2 nice sized bedroms and a nice bathroom and a very nice hot shower. Kitchen has everything required, IGA just a few doors along for everything food wise. Nothing, the place was perfect.
