• Steven (10/5): Nice safe area but very loud at night with passing traffic. Great size and would book again - The size was great. 3 toilets when you have a family is always a bonus We had to constantly ask permission to have the air conditioning on as it’s a central unit to the building as we were told.

• vincent (1/5): Horrible. - Il était assez proche des différentes activités proposées à Florence Les photos sont trompeuses, l’appartement était sales et mal équipé. Le site annonce 2 salles de bain, l’une est minuscule la douche coule sur la toilette et le plafond avait des traces de moisissures, l’autre n’est pas une salle de bain mais une toilette et un évier, la douche elle est dans la chambre et n’offre aucune intimité. Aucun porte serviette, il a fallu se débrouiller. Si on allume la cuisinière en même temps que la hotte , les plombs sautent. La machine à café fuit. Simple vitrage, pour la chambre à l’arrière ça fonctionnait, par contre la chambre sur l’avant qui donne sur un grand boulevard le bruit était insupportable, l’impression de dormir sur le trottoir. Une grille extérieure est censée donner de la sécurité, mais celle ci est fermée le soir entre minuit et 1h dans un grand bruit tout sauf respectueux. La location comprend une place de parking, mais à aucun endroit il n’est signalé que vous devez laisser vos clefs et votre voiture n’est pas accessible entre 22h et 7h, ce qui dans notre cas a perturbé tout notre planning. Enfin la climatisation est gérée par le bailleur, le locataire n’a pas de possibilité de la réguler lui même, nous avons eu très froid malgré les 30 degrés extérieur. Honteux pour une location a ce prix.

• Gabriel (5/5): - L’emplacement, près de tout!!! Les moulures au plafond! L’apparent était très spacieux. Malheureusement lorsque nous sommes arrivés les trois toilettes sentaient très fort l’urine. On nous a proposé de venir les nettoyer mais nous étions trop fatigués. La route passe à côté de la chambre principale et on entendait absolument tout la nuit, il était très compliqué de dormir.

• Timothy (6/5): Very helpful staff, place was good enough, walkable on nice days to Duomo and downtown areas - Was great as we needed a ground floor unit for a limited mobility place Showers and hard to find coffee pods that fit their coffee maker, ughhh!

• Knott (5/5): A 20 minute walk to most attractions and the grocery store! - The kitchen could use better utensils, perhaps a toaster oven. We asked for a kettle and received one the very next day! There was not a living room for our family of 5 to sit and watch tv in the evening. The kitchen is the only place we could enjoy each other’s company. I must say that the property mangers were fabulous! They answered our questions about garbage disposal immediately.

The willingness and all the trouble of coming to us. We enjoyed our stay. The place is ideal for religious Jewish families, close to the synagogue and kosher restaurants, together with the parking, it becomes a place that we would warmly recommend. harshoshanim Family - Israel The bathroom is inside the room with no privacy

• Mrs (8/5): Very good - Location is great. No soap no shampoo, no laundry detergent and no dishwashing soap. Bring your own. No AC in summer. You will be sweating. Otherwise great.

Room layout was as good as we hoped for Floors hadn't been cleaned for some time. We arrived a few hours late and the cleaners were still there getting the apartment ready. Some facilities in the kitchen were lacking.

• Marina (8/5): A lovely apartment, ample space for up to 6 people, within a walking distance from the main spots. - The two-bedroom apartment is spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms (one en-suite), a pleasant eat-in kitchen and a large hallway. The supersized beds are very comfortable. The ceilings are traditionally painted. The location has many advantages: within 12-20 minutes to most main attractions, 6 minutes to Carrefour supermarket, and within ca 10 min to a local train station Firenze Campo Marte, which offers a number of fast trains to Pisa per day. (You can also transfer to Firenze SMN in 6 minutes, but the service is not frequent.) The apartment has a great potential but needs a little more effort to sort out little comforts: in particular, no place to hang up towels in any of the bathrooms, no coat rack in the hallway, and not very practically arranged wardrobes. It is also right on the main avenue, Viale Antonia Gramschi, next to a busy intersection, so may get a bit noisy.
