• Natalia (10/5): The space was amazing, just what we needed. 10000000% recommend! - Loooveeed this property! Very good location! Very safe! It was easy to get an uber or inDrive from there! Our host was very helpful! Loved her! The amenities and staff were amazing! The rooms were lovely and spacious! 24hr security and there are pharmacies, ATMs and gas stations close by. Definitely has no problem getting around! Everything was great! No notes, no complaints!

• Kayla (1/5): - Leaving The list is too long but ultimately it's in the middle of nowhere or by all the schools, need a rental car, Ubers get lost. Poor was slimy. Many things dirty or broken. We stayed 2\7 days and asked to be refunded for a portion, absolutely not. Had to call booking.com, waste of time. I documented everything.

• ANUAR (10/5): - La propiedad está excelente, con todo lo necesario dentro del apartamento. El estacionamiento, es muy estrecho e incómodo pero dejarlo afuera es seguro también.
• Raul (9/5): - Es un lugar seguro, instalaciones bonitas, es una residencial en circuito cerrado, hay una estación policial enfrente por lo que te sientes seguro, tienes tiendas de conveniencia y gasolinera super cerca. En general un muy buen lugar para hospedarse. La piscina estaba en mantenimiento y no fue reparada durante nuestra estancia, y justamente fue uno de los servicios que nos llamó la atención para reservar, ya que andamos con una niña y adolescentes.

• Shawan (3/5): Convenient location, but lacking attention to details. - The space was ample for our needs. Well decorated. Comfortable furniture. The linens were soiled/stained. There were no extra linens readily available for use therefore two of my guests had to sleep in the same bed where the linen appeared clean. I had to wash the linens myself the next day. There was an offensive smell coming from the shower drains. Toilets clogged easily. I didn't get check-in info until I arrived at the resort. Owner said that Bookings.com did not provide my contact information for communication through WhatsApp which delayed their ability to send information in advance. There was trash left in a wastebasket near the front door that should have been removed before our arrival. I had to empty before leaving so that I wouldn't get blamed for it. Guests have to walk trash to the front of the community (outside of the security gate) for disposal, not a huge deal, but an inconvenience. The biggest disappointment was that the owner did not reply to the complaints in a timely manner. Hopefully these things will be remedied (purchase new linens, call a plumber, talk with cleaning service about ensuring all waste has been removed...). No plans to return to this property.

• Yousef (10/5): Was peaceful and quiet. - Very clean and nice for the family with kids . There is groceries stories close bay and few restaurants. The is a small dog for one the neighbor making a lot noise when you pass by otherwise everything looks good .
• Jennifer (2/5): Bad management lets the place down - Good location from airport Management team of property is rude and looks for reasons to penalise guests, Faulty doors lock people into rooms or out of rooms and there are no spare keys in the house yet there is a refusal to change the locks. We couldn’t get internet in one of the bedrooms the entire trip and nobody responds from CS. We were locked out of a room overnight and then were told by the locksmith it happens randomly, we can see multiple people have forcibly opened the door in the past but when talking to the management team they said it’s not their problem

The only bad thing was the security, younger guy. Was rude, we ask for recommendations for food, he gave us a rude respond. To ask our phone. The older security guy was more friendly. The toilet on the master room didn’t work. Host responded fast and send someone to fix it right away. Pump was damaged. But the owner should have inspected before renting the house. Also the kitchen sink got clogged on the first used. Host responded fast again. But this shouldn’t have happen to begin. A concern was in the master restroom there was a blue circle rock or diamond in the mirror. Looks a little creepy like a camera. It needs to be taken out.
• Phyllis (9/5): Value for Money Spent - The security, amenities, pool for the kids, everything you would need in your own home and ease of access to the biggest stores and nearby malls, beaches, and hotel zone, etc. Noisy dogs next door that barked all night in some instances
