• Sinead (10/5): Fabulous apartment in amazing location - Stunning apartment in the Marina ! Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and bright apartment with great compact kitchen ! The sunny terrace is fabulous with the most beautiful views. Loved the pool and terrace on roof. Great communication with property manager. Nothing negative to say at all! Would love to return

• Jillian (4/5): The apartment has potential if the owner or property manager gave a shit about the apartment. As an owner of many units - It was an adequate apartment. Not too run down. Nothing special, nothing modern. The TV is at least 15 years old without streaming services and I suspect the mattress is the same. The kitchen doesn’t have any useful cutlery and some of it was dirty. It was all just very basic. The bed didn’t have a view it faced a wall. The set up is bad. It was an adequate apartment. • Ulla (10/5): Ainutlaatuinen sijainti ja rakennus - Ihana iso terassi, johon paistoi koko päivän. Kattoterassi oli mahtava näköaloineen. Asunto oli oikein siisti ja puhdas, kalusteet uusia ja originellejä. Kaappitilaa tarpeeksi. Ainutlaatuinen sijainti. Sänky oli melko kapea kahdelle.
• James (5/5): Was an okay 4 day break - Location No English tv limited hot water to shower and the shower was small and leaked also that I had to pay 35 euro as we arrived 4 mins past 11 pm
• Eric (10/5): Excellent stay, will deffo stay there again. - Excellent all around, lovely place, people and very easy to contact. Kept me updated all the way. The apartment could do with a little freshening up, small things like chips on the skirting board, nothing major, but very small things that, after time, if not treated now, will end up making the apartment shabby and out of date.

• Tracey (10/5): Fantastic apartment location - The apartment was amazing very clean , had all you could need just lkke a home from home. The scenery from the rooftop was outstanding the location of the apartment was great right in the middle of all the marina and ebwrthing on your doorstep. Sandra our host was brilliant. I would highly reccomnend a stay here and look forward to our next visit. I couldnt fault anything.

Very very minor point but the only thing that would have improved our stay is an umbrella to shade from the sun by the rooftop pool. Plenty of comfy sunbeds but very little shade up there. Wouldn't stop me from booking here again though as it's a great place with a lovely view of the marina (photo taken from rooftop pool).

• Manuel (10/5): - Todo genial la ubicación inmejorable , muy cerca de todo: restaurantes, heladerías ,centro comercial ,playas … Aparcamiento en el mismo puerto deportivo por 10,80 € el día completo. Hacer especial mención sobre Sandra , un encanto siempre atenta a lo que nos hiciera falta. Nos dejamos un AirPod y nos lo a enviado por correo certificado. La piscina una maravilla en la azotea con vistas espectaculares .

• Chelsea (10/5): Exceptional - 10/10 on this little studio, clean & balcony was literally a sun trap from noon to 8pm, the bed is also comfortable to sleep on which made the stay even better will definitely be back ☺️

Sandra was very easily accessible if I had any questions and very fast reply .we love the marina and have visited many times, but this was definitely our best stay yet everything so close nice restaurants and shops and beautiful beaches a short walk away we would definitely recommend Benalmadena and hope to be visiting again soon thank you Sandra for a lovely stay.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a great outdoor balcony. The roof terrace with swimming pool was fabulous ❤️ Nothing

She let us drop our bags off early as we had early morning flights and then texted me to say the apartment was ready. I was able to text her if I wanted to ask her anything. The pool area was perfect, too. Wine and water were there on our arrival. Beds and pillows were the best memory form! Air-conditioning was fantastic, too. Like i said, perfect! Would definitely stay again. Thank you, Sandra.

• Samantha (10/5): Perfect location, lovely apartment & Sandra was great! - Perfect location right on the marina! beautiful views from the balcony. Lovely, spacious apartment with everything we needed. Sandra is so friendly and helped us to find the apartment, she was available to contact the whole time. We would love to return some time!
• Robert (6/5): Very pleasant holiday which could have been fabulous if it had been as advertised. - Sandra was very helpful from the initial booking until our departure. The roof top pool area is closed for major refurbishment. The absence of this facility and the ongoing disruption from workmen eg cement buckets in the one and only small lift should have been made clear in the advert and it was not and still is not at the time of writing. The pool is immediately above the apartment which gave rise to two things, Firstly the noise of pneumatic drilling was excruciating but thankfully this only lasted for about three hours or so. Secondly, following 36 hours of heavy rain, we were rewarded with a leak from the ceiling in the kitchenette which necessitated a bucket to collect the water. Cooking dishes and basic cooking essentials were missing eg meat roasting tin, salt, pepper, dish cloths etc. On a more positive note the position and orientation of the apartment is lovely and despite the shortcomings we did have a very enjoyable stay.
