- Julieta (5/5): Good value for the price - The room was OK, quite big and everything was perfect, I would avoid the breakfast though. They give you a tray with some old meat and yogurt that they take out of the fridge hours before, they don't know the word coffee either, we didn't wander around the neighbourhood to get something either. The view from the terrace is good though. We thought it was good value for the price anyways and decided to go back at the end of the tour and it was surprising to see that the doors were locked and then discovered that it was closed down by the police. They didn't let us know and when we called they told us to go to another hotel, 10 minutes away from there, they were nice enough to give us a better hotel for the same price but always check before getting there, our guide wasn't happy... The breakfast. Lots of street dogs barking, hard to sleep sometimes.
- Aaron (9/5): Personal excepcional cercano a las atracciones turísticas. - Diana y Basmala siempre estaban preocupadas por todo lo que podía necesitar, muy amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Debería tener folletos informativos sobre los tour aunque trabajan directamente con agencia de turismo. Y mejorar un poco la limpieza de la habitación que se haga todos los días.
- Olazabal Gamarra (5/5): - Las chicas de la recepción del hotel son muy amables, igual que los muchachitos, que las ayudan con las maletas no así los muchachos que atienden en recepción, la vista desde la terraza es linda. Lla limpieza no es muy buena y en la ducha de la habitación el agua no corría y como que regresaba el agua en mi habitación habían dos camas una de ellas con la sobresabana puesta de sábanas. Los chicos de recepción no querían cambiarnois de habitación, mi guía tuvo que decirles no se que cosas en su idioma pero no fueron amables los muchachos sobre todo
- David (10/5): Honestly had a great stay super chill place, clean rooms and awesome staff Would totally come back - The place was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay The location was excellent and close to important places, and the overall experience was peaceful and enjoyable Everything was good overall, only the internet could have been a little faster at times. Other than that, the stay was excellent

- Giulia (7/5): Vista stupenda, servizio migliorabile. - Vicinanza alle piramidi, la vista dal rooftop, la disponibilità dello staff e cibo tipico nel buffet al mattino. La pulizia della camera e le condizioni generali della struttura. Il personale ha cercato di soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze, ma bisogna fare attenzione alle tariffe dei servizi extra, abbiamo riscontrato incongruenze tra i prezzi richiesti per transfert e pranzo fuori e le tariffe online per le stesse prestazioni, pertanto lo abbiamo fatto notare al nostro host che ha cercato di scusarsi offrendoci una cena in camera. Abbiamo apprezzato il gesto, ma complessivamente non siamo rimasti soddisfatti dal soggiorno.

- Andrew (7/5): - Very good location near the pyramids and an nice, busy shopping area just a short walk in the other direction. Be aware that in 2026 at least the pyramid entrance is not nearby - you have a long walk or short taxi ride to get in but there is an exit only 5-10 mins walk away. I had a big room with windows looking out on the pyramids and the roof terrace has the same sort of view. They have put up glass barriers round it (for sand, dust, wind I assume) which midly interupts the view when sitting They had not cleaned the en suite toilet, I told them, they came to clean it but still hadn't done it properly so I had to call them again

J'avais demandé de pouvoir s'y restaurer le jour de notre arrivée, et après 1 heure d'attente, on nous a dit que ce serait impossible. Heureusement, le dirigeant a accepté que l'on prenne notre repas du soir le 2è jours J'attends encore ma facture demandée dimanche dernier !!

Las fotos que tiene publicado el hotel no son reales Me hicieron cancelar la reserva por booking para pagar directamente en el alojamiento

Mam na myśli że były to te same np sery, owoce które wystawiono dzień wcześniej. W bemarch jedzenie zimne. Obok mikrofalówka, która być może służyła do tego by sobie w niej podgrzać. Zamówiliśmy w restauracji zaraz po przyjeździe z menu dania, niestety wszystko zimne, mięso wysuszone, mimo że czekaliśmy na to ponad godzinę.

Rooms are OK facilities are reasonable , but view is superb. - Location …is a good location very good view from the rooftop to the pyramid if you’re only looking at the location only there for one night could use this order but if you’re looking for extra facilities, may choose something else Number of things we didn’t like first of all there was a bird nest inside the AC and the washroom was leaking. The bed were tweaking apparently the entire it was ok clean, but I could have been more better. Breakfast is worst or pathetic.

- Francisco (7/5): Vistas con muy buenas personas - El trato humano del personal del hotel, desde luego hacían por entender a los clientes y en todo momento muy atentos y cordiales El hotel es tal cual es de las fotografías, las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares. Después de un vuelo retrasado, llegamos al hotel a las 3/4 de la mañana, por lo que fruto del cansancio tuvimos un malentendido con el hotel, uno de los vecinos se quejó por el ruido y nos cambiaron de habitación. Al día siguiente el problema estaba resuelto.

- Michael (7/5): Das tolle Personal entschädigt für einiges. - Die Nähe zum neuen Great Egypt Museum und den Pyramiden / dem Sphinx ist sehr gut, wenn man für diese Attraktionen anreist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat mit ein paar kleinen Extras den Aufenthalt angenehmer gemacht. Es liegt mitten zwischen den Wohnhäusern mit den nicht immer guten Bedingungen. (z.B. Müll, Lärm) Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, was ich aber bei den günstigen Preis nicht anders erwartet habe. Es könnte trotzdem noch einiges verbessert werden.

Να αναφέρω πως χρειάζεται απαραίτητα να έχετε σύνοδο σε ότι κάνετε για την ασφάλεια σας και για να σας δείξει όλα τα αξιοθέατα και τις δραστηριότητες ! Θα ζητήσετε από την ρεσεψιόν τον < ΣΑΜΙ> εξαιρετικός και ευχάριστος και πάντα πρόθυμος για να σε εξυπηρέτηση , είμαστε 3 κοπέλες και μας πρόσεξε στο έπακρον ! Είναι ο καλύτερος που μπορείτε να επιλέξετε !

The hotel was in a different location than where it was posted. It was way too far from the pyramids.

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, which made everything so convenient. Honestly there are nothing to mention.

You can enjoy breakfast and other meals while comfortably looking at the pyramids on the rooftop, and you can even eat outside food. While I was resting in the hotel lobby, a man I didn't know, who seemed to be a hotel employee, suddenly started greeting me in Japanese, which was very unpleasant. If you wanted to greet me in Japanese, you should first ask if I'm Japanese or my nationality, but it's extremely racist and disregards nationality to unilaterally say whatever you want to Asians, who have so many countries and languages. On the other hand, I wonder if it's okay for a foreigner to suddenly greet an Egyptian in Israeli, Iranian, or Indian just because their faces look similar. When traveling around the world, I've seen Egyptians being particularly rude and behaving abnormally, far below global standards. I hope that the opening of the Grand Museum will be an opportunity to raise the standard of the people.

- Wataru (2/5): One of my worst experience ever.. - You can see the pyramid from the rooftop. I requested a cot for my child, but upon arrival, I was told that none was available. The staff seemed unaware of the dangers of a child sleeping in an adult bed, and despite my prior request, they simply said it was unavailable and no such thing in a hotel even there is a option to have a cot in a room. The room I had booked was out of order, and I was moved to a replacement room. I had sent messages in advance but received no reply, and I was only informed about the problem on the day of arrival. Even though I was given a downgraded room, the price was not adjusted until I requested it. The Wi-Fi did not work, and the staff claimed it was not due to unpaid provider fees. The toilet was unhygienic. The bathtub had a tub, but it had no stopper, so it could not hold water. Additionally, the shower pipes were leaking heavily. During my two-night stay, there was no room service and no housekeeping. The elevator was often out of service, forcing us to use the stairs. Construction next door continued late into the night, causing vibrations in the room until around 2–3 a.m. I cannot recommend this hotel. I hope this review helps prevent others from having the same bad experience.

Si vous voulez un séjour à petit prix cette hôtel est pour vous ! L’hôtel est en rénovation une fois terminée il sera magnifique !! L’accueil d’un chauffeur a l’aéroport est vraiment un plus Sameh est vraiment quelqu’un de bien et le petit plus il nous a servi de guide à des prix très correct 🙏 . Le wifi serait à revoir !

Some changes on the roof top since I last visited which are really nice. Considering the location this hotel should really consider upgrading the rooms. They are starting to feel a bit run down. 2nd time staying here and 2nd time didn’t get the room I paid for. View from window in room 304 is a wall. Wasn’t allowed to add children for a nights stay even though willing to pay for them, which left them feeling very sad. Ordered food which arrived cold and could not be eaten. Had to ask 3 times for the fridge to be plugged in. TV reception not working.
