• Kirsi (7/5): Not 100%happy - Location, quiet, good breakfast, nice bed with view, close to airport. Early check in was not very wellcoming nor swift. Felt actually quite unwellcome with our 5 person party and 3 room reservation. Paid all upon arrival, however, the last person checking out next day had to pay tourist tax-fees and something extra again for whole party to be allowed to leave hotel. Double charge was returned later (card payment), but caused unnecessary stress, delay and irritation.

• Susanne (3/5): Obwohl ich über 50 mal in dem Hotel gebucht habe muss ich mir jetzt etwas neues suchen. - Der Check Inn Prozess in dem Hotel ist schon seit Jahren ein Problem. Doch dieses Mal dauert der Check in in Check out fast 30 Minuten. Es ist eine Organisatorische Offenbarung und die Mitarbeitenden sind völlig überfordert, auch wenn Sie sehr freundlich sind und alles versuchen.

• Tamara (6/5): Szép szálloda, kellemes környék, de a szoba kiosztással nem voltunk megelégedve. - Szép környéken, szép szálloda. Reggeli nagy választékú, finom volt. Éjszaka a kollégák gyorsak és segítőkészek voltak a check-innel. Vékony ablakok, minden áthallatszódott rajta, ami a hajnali gép indulások miatt nem volt kellemes. Tengerre, medencére néző szobát foglaltunk és egy hátsó (mozgáskorlátozott) szobát kaptunk, épületek mögött látható tengerrésszel. Mozgáskorlátozott szobának a kiosztását nem igazán értettük, mely a fürdőszobában volt kellemetlen (billentett tükör, wc formája stb.) Ár-érték arányban annyira nem érte meg nekünk.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meer/Poolblick bei und da war der Flugzeuglärm gering und hat uns gar nicht gestört. Unser Zimmer war das erste neben dem Treppenhaus/Fahrstühlen und dort war es sehr hellhörig und entsprechend laut; was sowohl früh morgens als auch spät abends doch sehr nervig war. Zudem wurden benutzte Wassergläser nicht ausgetauscht und auf Nachfrage einfach mit Glasreiniger gereinigt (in unserem Beisein).
• Eva (10/5): Einfach ein wunderschönes Hotel. - Ein wunderschönes "Adults only" Hotel mit einem modernen Eingang, bequemen Betten, wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Frühstück mit tollen Eierspeisen zur Auswahl, nach Möglichkeit unbedingt Halbpension buchen oder einfach abends dort essen gehen, denn das Buffet ist wunderbar, tolle gesunde Auswahl und leckere Gerichte inklusive einer Flasche Wasser im Preis inklusive. Die Zweierliegen am Pool sind mega bequem und das Hotel sehr sauber. Wir kommen wieder! Übrigens rechts nur 9km entfernt ist Palma und bis dahin eine tolle Laufstrecke und links nur 5 km entfernt die Partymeile, aber da bin ich nur vorbeigelaufen. Ganz nah am Flughafen, somit perfekt! Danke für alles.

Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна и имаше нещо, което ме изненада приятно - сутрин на закуска имаше 3 вида шампанизирано вино бяло, розово и синьо, много свежо и с приятен вкус. Персонала е много учтив и си вършат перфектно работата, така че гостите на хотела да се чувстват чудесно.

• Endre (8/5): Összességében jól éreztük magunkat, sok finom ételt próbálhattunk ki, kellemesen pihentünk 5 napig. - Hatalmas választék, magyar ízlésnek talán kissé sótlan, de igy legalább egészséges. A személyzet kedves, vendégcentrikus, de nem tolakodóan udvarias. Nyugodt légkör, csak a német vendégek hangosabbak a kelleténél. Jó lett volna, ha a medence vizét fütik az előszezonban, mert ha kint 17-19 fok van, akkor a víz hideg. Ilyenkpr a tengerben sem lwhet még fürödni. Beltéri medence nincs. A fürdőszobában nem volt tű és cérna, illetve fülpálcika.

Jedoch musste ich ewig Runden drehen bis ich einige hundert Meter weiter weg etwas zum parlen gefunden hab. Super schwierig! Habe es extra wegen "Parkplatz inklusive" gebucht. Das Zimmer war beim genauen hingucken leider sehr unsauber. Auf dem Badezimmerboden waren Flecken aller Art und Farben. An den Fließen und Türen auch. Ansonsten ok.

My Favorite Club no es recomendado debería incluir algún par de cosas más, es como un salón vip dentro del hotel (no incluye bebidas alcoholicas). La ubicación no es lo mejor si planeas conocer Palma a menos que rentes un auto.

• Stephanie (10/5): toller Urlaub, zentrale, aber trotzdem ruhige Lage - Ich war jetzt das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Beim letzten Mal nur für 2 Übernachtungen, jetzt, da es mir im Dezember gut gefallen hat, waren es diesmal 9 Nächte. Ich hatte bei der Buchung eine Wunschzimmernummer angegeben, das Zimmer habe ich auch erhalten, was mich sehr gefreut hat. Das Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption, im Service oder Reinigung, waren Alle durch die Bank sehr nett. Das Zimmer war für mich als Einzelperson groß genug, dass ich in den 9 Tagen nicht das Gefühl hatte, dass mir die Decke auf den Kopf fällt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Der Balkon mit direktem Meeresblick traumhaft. Ich hatte Halbpension. Frühstück wie Abendessen war in Buffetform und für Jedermann etwas dabei und das Abendessen in den 9 Tagen abwechslungsreich, so dass es sich nicht wiederholt hat. Es gab Animation mit Livemusik. Jedoch so angenehm, dass es ( mein Zimmer war im 3. Stock ) nicht zu hören war. Also kein Remmidemmi, was mir sehr gefiel, denn ich mag es lieber ruhig. Das das Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens ist weiß man eigentlich bei der Buchung. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Eine Bushaltestelle Richtung Palma, Arenal oder Flughafen sind in nicht mal 10 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Ein kleiner "Minizug" fährt regelmäßig in der Saison die Küste von Can Pastilla nach Arenal, hat viele Haltstellen, eine davon direkt am Hotel. Kosten kann ich nicht sagen, da ich den "Zug" nicht benutzt habe. Ich habe einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub im AluaSoul gehabt und komme mit Sicherheit gerne wieder trotz Auswahl waren die Kopfkissen für mich nicht geeignet ( zu steif und hart), aber das ist ein persönliches Problem und da kann das Hotel nichts dafür Was ggf gefehlt hat war ein kleiner Sonnenschirm für den Balkon, denn die Sonne ist von mittags bis abends da und es war selbst um diese Jahreszeit schon teils sehr warm dort zu sitzen

Tried to book late (paid) checkout. couldn’t confirm at check-in, told me to come back evening before, couldn’t evening before and told me to check in morning, checked the morning of and told no. Get you are busy over holidays but same as high season and then don’t post signs throughout hotel. Myself and several other guests spend a lot of time in lobby chairs on a rainy day with nowhere to go.

Only stayed the 1 night and 1 meal but as good as any 4* I've stayed at. Nowhere to park ! Had to find something and the concierge could have been slightly more helpful here but no big deal. • Tanja (4/5): Mit Hund eine Katastrophe - Ich muss meine Bewertung in zwei Dinge teilen Für Menschen ohne Hund und nicht Raucher sicher ein tolles Hotel. Für Menschen wie mich mit Hund eine Katastrophe. 45 Euro pro Nacht, aber der Hund darf nicht alleine im Zimmer bleiben, somit kann man alle Spa Einrichtungen nicht nutzen . Auch muss man draussen sitzen alleine vor dem Restaurant mit dem Hund..während gebaut wird, geputzt ein Saugroboter rum fährt. Und auch nach 2 Tagen kam es niemand in den Sinn, mir zumindest schon Mal den Tisch zu decken. Also Hundefreundlich ist dass alles nicht. Nirgendwo darf man rauchen, auch nicht am Balkon. Das Abendessen Buffet, ist schwach. Und der Koch ist definitiv nicht verliebt. Den es fehlt allgemein an Gewürzen und Salz. Kein Hundehotel.
• Hermann (9/5): Komfortable Unterkunft - Einflugschneise
• Stephanie (9/5): Ruhig und zentral gelegen - Ich war zu früh angekommen, mein Zimmer war noch nicht bezugsfähig. Mir wurde jedoch gleich angeboten, dass ich meinen Koffer abstellen könnte bis das Zimmer gereinigt ist. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wie auch im Speiseraum waren durchweg sehr freundlich. An der Rezeption wurde Deutsch gesprochen, im Speiseraum Englisch. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick. Herrlich !!! Der Balkon ist groß, man kann es sich dort gemütlich machen. Tisch und Stühle vorhanden. Das Zimmer selbst ist auch geräumig, das Bett gemütlich. Im Bad ist ausreichend Platz. Frühstück wie Abendessen werden als Buffet angeboten. Sehr große Auswahl und für Jedem etwas dabei. Das Hotel liegt an der Promenade in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen, aber auch nach Palma oder Richtung SÁrenal ist zu Fuß in gemütlichen 10 Minuten erreicht, ebenso ein Supermarkt mit guter Auswahl. Mir hat es so gut gefallen, dass ich demnächst Wiederholungstäter werde ;-) der Türgriff vom Balkon war leicht defekt und somit die Balkontür schwer zu schließen wen es stört - der Flughafen ist um die Ecke und man hört schon die Flieger starten. Ich war jedoch im Dezember dort, da war weniger Flugbetrieb, so dass es mich nicht gestört hat. Mag im Sommer anders sein
