• Hope (9/5): Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and we would definitely return if we find we need to stay in that area again. - The property was located close to the hospital we needed to visit and it was close to good shopping centres and IKEA. The towels provided were cotton and everything was very clean. The pillows were a little hard and the garage was only just big enough to fit our car, there was only a few centimetres to spare. With a little guidance we were able to fit the car in.
• norhaida (8/5): Value for money. - House with extra bathroom & all the bathroom have bidet. This is big bonus for us. This property asks for deposit of AUS500 whereas no other property ask for any deposit. This requirement should mention in Booking.com details. Successfully booked & paid then only the property email & ask for deposit.

• Wai (10/5): I love this stay and absolutely no regrets. - Superb clean everywhere in the house. Basically I don’t think any guests will complain this place. All amenities are complete and good enough. Pillows are bit hard (or too firm). There are double sets of pillow in rooms. If one of the 1”2 sets could be softer then this place becomes prefect.

• Jocelyn (10/5): A cosy and warm house to stay in a quiet suburb. - Newly renovated home. About 1.7 km to shopping and not too far to the airport or city. Walking distance to the Indian Restaurant and pharmacy. Quiet and nice area to stay. Though we did not cook, the kitchen was equipped with oils, salts,etc. Thanks Roda for allowing us to check in earlier.

• Jasmin (7/5): Clean and spacious - Location is convenient and in quiet suburb, approx 20min away from CBD Place is clean and with free garage parking Free wifi is available Pillows were horrible, too hard and not comfortable. Double bed is too small and not comfortable. Bed configuration is 1 double, 1 large double, 1 single instead of 3 double beds advertised. No spare blanket for chilly nights and there is only 1 bin in the whole house. Would be convenient to have bins in the toilets and extra blankets.

• Wong (9/5): Good place near swan valley - This place was hard to beat for its price, cleanliness and location (near swan valley). The heater lights in toilets were awesome. The Lebanese restaurant recommended was certainly amazing. Home is modern with its simple furnishings. Some leftover food in fridge was not so pleasant if shared with visitors.

• Telma (10/5): Good location for appointments in Perth and plenty of restaurants within the area - The property was spotlessly clean with lovely fixtures and furniture throughout. Beds were extremely comfortable and our host provided ice cream, lots of ice and many other pantry items which was nice. Communication with our host was superb and they allowed us any early check which was very much appreciated.
• Shaneandjane (8/5): Overall a nice place to stay - Immaculately clean house and bathrooms. It's a pleasure going into a house that's so clean. There were no spare blankets or pillows in the house. Would have been good to know you would only send us door code ten mins in advance of check-in so we didn't have to ring the contact numbers.

Excellent wifi and Netflix accounts logged in ready for guests :-) Shops were a good few minutes drive away (that we could find) so not very useful if we didn't have car.

• Georgia (9/5): Cosy, clean getaway - It was clean, cosy, and there was plenty of room for our family. We had no issues and would stay again if the location works for future trips. The mattress felt a little hard to me but I don't always sleep great if it's not my own bed ☺️
