• Flavio (8/5): Overall a good stay in Laureles - Good stay in Laureles, clean and spacious room with all essentials required. The neighbour in my opinion is the best where to stay in Medellin, filled with restaurants and cafes mostly frequented by locals or expacts but less touristy and messy than El Plobado Staff was friendly and professional throughout the stay. Breakfast was decent, not many variants but acceptable. I had an issue with noise in one of the rooms with patio which is on the main street and it become almost impossible to sleep especially morning after 5.00AM when traffic restarts. You can feel any car / moto going back and forth like they are inside the room I complained with reception and they quickly and kindly changed it to another room which unfortunately did not have windows or patio - but at least I could sleep at night Overall I appreciated their quick assistance, but they need to consider getting double glazed windows especially for this particular room with patio as it is not possible to sleep Noise (first room with patio) made my first night a nightmare

You hear everything your neighbor is doing. My light outside in hall never went out at night as the others and went right into my room. Not sure who was on top of me but their kids were stomping early morning and late at night.

El WIFI funciona muy bien El único problema (tampoco es que sea un problema) es que cada vez que quieres entrar se lo has de pedir a la recepción del Hotel, creo que el sistema se ha de mejorar sin perder seguridad

• THOMAS (2/5): Una empresa poco ética - Reservamos una habitación con dos camas a través de booking.com y recibimos una confirmación clara de que tenía dos camas. Cuando llegamos dijeron que solo tenían una habitación con una cama. Les mostramos la reserva y quedó claro que había un error, pero dijeron que no podían darnos la habitación que nos habían prometido. Pedí un descuento pero se negaron. Además, dijeron que nos cobrarían un 5% extra por usar una tarjeta de crédito — algo que definitivamente no se había declarado en la web de reservas. La habitación al menos estaba limpia, pero no podemos recomendar esta empresa poco ética que no respeta a sus huéspedes. Una experiencia negativa.

Se presentó un mal entendido en la reserva entre la página de booking y el hotel, ya que me solicitaron pago por adelantado, pero finalmente se resolvió y me pude alojar sin mayor inconveniente.

Meleg víz állandó jelleggel volt, a jacuzzi pedig csodás élményt nyújtott. A wi-fi, légkondi jól működött. A terasza is nagyszerű, ahova ki lehetett ülni kávézni, dohányozni. A szállás jó helyen található, a közelben számos bolt, vendéglő van. A reggeli kielégítő, ízletes, kérésre választható, a szemközti szálloda garázshelyiségében szolgálták fel. A szobában minibár is volt, hütőben lehűtött italokkal, kis kosárban előkészített ropi, snacks - felár ellenében ez is igénybe vehető. - A főútra néző szoba kissé zajos volt az úton elhaladó forgalom miatt. - A szállásra csak a portás rendelkezett beléptető kóddal, de kérésre bármikor készségesen kinyitotta nekünk a kaput.
