- Matthew (6/5): Was enjoyable for the view and location but house was lacking in cleanliness - The view is probably the only thing that sells this place, but I found the off street garage parking is good for a small car (Mazda 2 fits comfortably) The property was very unclean, straight through the door there was a broken cover on the skylight hanging from the roof, the master bathroom toilet lid was broken, there were spiderwebs everywhere and bugs all through the house when we arrived even though all the doors were closed. There was 1 spare bin bag even though we were expected to put the bins out for collection. There were also stains on most of the carpets. Other than that the house was in a great location and could be made better with a bit of maintenance.

Needed a deeper clean e.g windows dirty, cobwebs, sand on the staircase steps. Provided a fireplace with wood but no kindling or an axe to chop wood. We had to go to bunnings to buy an axe.

- Sue (10/5): Had a wonderful stay at a wonderful house. So great we're planning another trip already! - The house is beautiful and the view just wonderful, made all the better by spotting whales as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is large and extremely well equipped with great appliance and lots of extras. The coffee beans were very well received! Beds were all extremely comy and supplied with quality linens. The house is perfect for three couples (the master is enormous with water views!) and you each have your own bathroom. The downstairs area has a double bedroom and a twin bed, so perfect for a family to share with grandparents upstairs. Lovely spacious open layout with alternate seating areas so never need to feel crowded. Decor very cheerful and the beautiful accessories made it feel very welcoming and friendly. Not really a complaint but it should be noted the freezer is downstairs, so an ice bucket in the kitchen would be nice. Downstairs bedroom seems rarely used and the wardrobe shelves needed a wipe-over.

I have to clean the cooker top and I didn’t use the cooker, floors and dusting not great, needs a good clean all round
