• Julius (10/5): A wonderful, comfortable stay in a clean and spacious apartment with a very helpful host. - We stayed in this apartment for more than a week and had a really great experience. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and well equipped for a longer stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the balcony was lovely for having breakfast or relaxing in the evenings. One thing I especially appreciated was the large closet space, which was perfect for storing clothes and luggage during a longer trip. The host was also extremely helpful and responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others visiting Torremolinos.

• Frazer (9/5): Great apartment in a very convenient location with access to everything. We’d definitely return and recommend to others. - The property was well equipped with sufficient levels of kitchenware and bedroom storage for our needs. Despite the property being located in a residential part of Torremolinas it was a short walk to all the main shops, bars and restaurants and a few minutes further on to the beach. Buses and trains are also available just a short walk from the apartment. The third floor location made for a peaceful stay and our Spanish neighbours were quiet and friendly when we met in the corridor or by one of the two lifts that service the block. The swimming pool was an added bonus as was having it to ourselves most of the time. We hired a car for our entire stay and as Blue Badge holders had no issue parking in one of the 4 disabled bays right outside the property. Those without disabled rights would find a space near the building with a bit of patience. The bed was comfy and the security blinds at the window blacked out the room and led to a great night’s sleep after we racked up our steps walking along the miles of seafront in Torremolinas. We never met our hosts in person but our electronic interactions were pleasant and informative. In summary, we had a lovely stay in a great apartment in a town that does exactly what it says on the tin. Nothing springs to mind but in the interest of balance it is worth noting that the view from the apartment’s balcony overlooks a residential block in need of some work. That said the pool sits between the two blocks so acts as a distraction. If I’m going to picky we had to google how to use the oven and coffee machine as no instructions were present. This worked for the Krupps machine but we never got more than one ring of the oven to warm up. Not show stoppers but areas for improvement.

Nice host, Clean & tidy, fully furnitured - Everything was spotless and the apartment was really comfortable, clean and tidy, good internet, spacious balcony - including fully furnitured kitchen + swimming pool. Close to restaurants/shops/hospital/pharmacy etc. Moreover friendly and helpful host always willing to answer all your question. - The biggest problem are neighbours on the right. They are fighting/arguing during the night. You have to be aware one very important thing if you rent this apartment you have to deal with the woman yelling at her boyfriend/husband, almost every night (on different hours for example at 1 a.m./ 2:40 a.m./ 4.30 a.m. 5.15 a.m...) On the other hand in the same flat - the guy who lives there, he likes playing video games during the night or watching TV very loudly. They don't want to respect rules inside the bulding and there are no chance to find a solution. "You are just a tourist if you don't like it go home" :| - Problems with the elevator/lift, every 2-3 days - technical problems or broken elevator/lift - apartment is located on 3rd floor. - The beach isn't so close, but I couldn't say that's far away, you need more less 18-20 minutes on foot to get your goal. The route can be problematic especially at the end of the day when you are tired and have to walk almost all the way going up.

• Colin Smyth (10/5): Super Location, Excellent Apartment - This is a fantastic apartment, very well presented and equipped. The air-con in both the living room and bedroom was very beneficial. The apartment is modern, very clean and very comfortable, nice large balcony. The block entrance is beside a small bar / coffee shop and the keys are nearby for collection, all identified by the host. We used the other entrance opposite the school, its far nicer and more convenient for the shops and local restaurants. The host gave several options to try, all of which were very good. We found lots of options up on Pl Federico Garcia Lorca which is a 10 minute stroll, opposite the Catholic Church and Local Police Station. The apartment is within 10 minutes walk of the train station and from there its another 10 minutes to the beach. The pool area is very clean and well maintained, there are no sun loungers or chairs at the pool, but there is a large grass area to sit on. We bought two beach chairs to bring up and down and left them there for the next users. Staying in this apartment was a great opportunity to experience local life to include excellent value for eating and groceries. The pure tourist areas are close by if you want them. The bonus of this apartment was that at times we were the only people using the pool. Antonio is a great host and we will be back. The local train is very handy for the airport and also a day trip to Malaga is well worth it. There is a good outlets village 3 stops away with good value and choice. The trains run every 20 minutes, so check the times, it can get very warm on the underground platforms if you have to wait a long time. Nothing that can really be done about this, but there are a lot of cats around the roads in the area who like to mark their territory, and when the sun shines, its smells a little when walking around the roads. But the odd shower of rain will sort that out.

Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Niestety brak miejsc parkingowych bardzo utrudnia funkcjonowanie. Przy własnym samochodzie poszukiwanie miejsca parkingowego trwało zwykle 30 minut.
• Mikko (9/5): - Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Air conditioning in both rooms. Large balcony. Pool was large and clean. Short walk to the city center. Beach is further away but within walking distance. Small supermarket is around corner and larger market is short distance away. Communication with owner was easy via Whatsapp. No complaints. I could book this apartment again. Sounds from neighboring apartments were sometimes very audible.
• Mariana (8/5): - Apartamento muito bom, com ótima limpeza e super confortável. A piscina também era muito boa e num espaço agradável. É um local muito difícil para arranjar estacionamento. Um ponto negativo, que nao é diretamente com o alojamento mas os vizinhos passam a noite toda a falar super alto, o que acaba por causar bastante incómodo. A limpeza do prédio, deixava muito a desejar.

• Ann (9/5): Comfortable and clean apartment in a good location. - Well equipped clean and modern apartment with a very comfortable bed, a great shower and even an easy to use washing machine. Away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but just a short (though hilly) walk from the town. Virginia, who came to explain all the facilities to us was very friendly and helpful. The owner communicated with us through WhatsApp messages, which was helpful in overcoming the language barrier. There's also a very good small supermarket nearby, with freshly baked bread and all the supplies you would need. The front entrance is up a very hilly street,but the back entrance is much better, with just a few minutes walk to the local supermarket, a 24 hour pharmacy and a walk- in clinic for minor injuries. A small drawback: no English channels on the satellite TV. Everything else was good.

• Evelyn (10/5): Great apartment in Torremolinos - Beautiful apartment. Perfect for the two of us visiting for holidays. The apartment was spotless and very well furnished. Very comfortable bed and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool with seating. Bar under the apartment block that was excellent for coffee and breakfast on the way to the beach. It is great to have the facility of a washing machine in the apartment. Coffee Machine took dolce gusto pods, and there was a percolator in the apt as well. Very well equipped apartment. It is located in the Old District of Torremolinos, and there are lots of nice places to eat in the locality. Would happily book again. Was a long walk to the beach, but we discovered on week two that we could have taken the bus down from the terminal, so this was really our choice.

• Bruce (8/5): Owner did what was needed to ensure you enjoyed your stay - Location excellent. Furnished with care. Inventory of good quality. There was not a kettle, mentioned to owner who supplied one immediately. Very good air cooling also ceiling fans. Good washing machine. Nice swimming pool and grass are to relax. Needed a comfortable chair to relax on. Lift unpredictable but new lift being fitted whilst we were there.
