• Seweryn (1/5): Worst, bad toxic smell basement Mold stay I ever been to! A Nightmare! Stay away! - VERY BAD toxic place, nothing good! Stay Away!! The place looks renovated, but in truth has Mold deep within it and a Bad toxic smell (basement) that caused constant coughing and suffocation as well as other very frightening Symptoms. Customer Service did NOTHING to change it. They did NOT offer me a replacement nor a refund. I booked for 12 nights and moved Out after the First one, very ILL of that place. The Symptoms calmed down once I moved Out. They tried to contact the owner, however there was No Response. WiFi didnt work AT ALL!! I lost all my Money. Don't stay there!!
• GAMBINO (1/5): Non ci sono letti ma ci sono i topi - Assolutamente niente. Dare "1" a quest' appartamento è quasi eccessivo. Al nostro ingresso in struttura abbiamo trovato tantissime problematiche: L'appartamento si trova in un seminterrato in una zona per niente consigliabile. Nella stradina adiacente è presente un accampamento di senza fissa dimora che rende impossibile l'apertura delle poche e piccole finestre presenti. L' appartamento era stato prenotato dal 18 al 21 luglio per tre adulti e due bambini e doveva avere due letti matrimoniali e un singolo. Di questi solo il letto presente nell'unica camera aveva un materasso, gli altri erano delle poltrone reclinabili che una volta aperte presentavano delle assi in ferro sporgenti che rendevano impossibile distendersi. Inoltre, avendo le assi in ferro centrali, le parti laterali erano scoscese (ulteriore aggravamento che rendeva impossibile dormire). Sopra uno di questi "letti" nel salone era presente una presa completamente staccata dalla parete che presentava i fili ben scoperti ed era ad altezza viso, esattamente sopra il cuscino. Al nostro ingresso in casa abbiamo trovato la lavatrice piena e accesa, con lo sportellino aperto. Una delle prese della cucina, esattamente quella dietro il bollitore e la macchinetta del caffè, non funzionava. La casa era sporchissima e nel salone abbiamo trovato una cacchetta (solo durante la prima notte abbiamo scoperto che apparteneva a un topo che ha ben deciso di mordermi il dito durante la prima e unica notte trascorsa lì dentro). Mi dispiace non poter inserire le foto ma è tutto super documentato ed è stato anche fatto il reclamo a booking per un rimborso spese completo, considerando che dopo la prima notte d'inferno abbiamo deciso di lasciare la struttura e prenderne una in un quartiere migliore e decisamente più pulita. Come se tutto questo non bastasse, abbiamo provato a contattare i proprietari per la questione dei "letti" e hanno risposto solo dopo 24h dicendo "siamo dispiaciuti".
• Laurence (1/5): - Vicino alla stazione di metro Victoria. Siamo arrivati di notte, entrando nell' appartamento (è uno scantinato trasformato in mini appartamento con finestre allo stesso livello della strada), abbiamo trovato scarafaggi sparsi ovunque!! Il mattino dopo, abbiamo informato del problema e si sono soltanto scusati con un messaggio e non sono nemmeno venuti a vedere la situazione malgrado i nostri ripetuti solleciti! Siamo stati quindi costretti a comprare l'occorrente e risolvere il problema da soli tutti i giorni!!! Sappiamo che possono capitare dei disagi durante una permanenza ma le rare volte che è successo, i proprietari erano sempre disponibili a risolverli. Sono oltre 15 anni che prenoto con Booking e non è mai successo disguidi del genere!
• Giraldo (7/5): Good - Convenient to the city attractions and near metro. It was well equipped. There was a roach infestation.
