Chambre petite mais très propre et bien équipée avec sèche cheveux et télévision (Netflix). Nous avons également apprécié de dîner au pied de l hôtel au sein de la pizzeria Corto. D ailleurs, les clients de la résidence y bénéficient d une réduction de 10%. RAS

- Paul (7/5): The central location was really good, I would book again here. - We liked the location, the room size, No elevator, may have been a review or I missed it somewhere. I had two bags one weighing 21Kg up 3 flights of stairs. The noise from the street below at night, was okay, but Friday night it got louder and late into the night. No Aircon so window was left ajar. The room was large could have had a bit better furniture. Breakfast was on offer in the restaurant below, it started at 8am with a 4 year old we up about before then.

- Marco (9/5): Pleasant and good location, but beware the stairs as well as loud drunkards and bright windows at night - Fresh sheets and towels every day. Individual AC unit that could be controlled. It’s on a somewhat busy street, so there are some hooligans making noise outside at night, and the windows aren’t soundproof at all. The windows also have blinds that don’t block a lot of light, so the rooms can be somewhat bright all night long. Additionally, the stairs were brutal. I injured my knee due to them and put the rest of my trip at jeopardy

- Sophia (7/5): Super Lage, aber schlechter Service, Abzocke! - Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, man kommt überall fussläufig hin. Dadurch das es sehr zentral ist, ist es auch sehr laut nachts. Trotz geschlossenem Fenster hört man alles und jeden. Wir waren im dazu gehörigen Restaurant essen, dort war man sehr unfreundlich. Zum Frühstück bekommt man eine Liste vorgelegt, da darf man sich EIN Gericht aussuchen, was deutlich zu wenig ist. Zwei Gerichte sind nicht erlaubt. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Der Kellner hat auch telefoniert mit seinen InEars während er uns bediente. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.

- Carlos Alberto (9/5): Muy buena opción. - La atención del personal en especial de NINA, la recepcionista, excelente atención, nos colaboró en todo lo que necesitábamos, lo mejor del hotel. La ubicación es privilegiada, a pocos minutos caminando a todos lados. La única incomodidad es que no cuenta con ascensor y hay que subir las valijas por la escalera en forma similar a caracol con lo cual los escalones se vuelven muy angostos. Es para tenerlo muy en cuenta. Por el resto todo muy bien. Incluyen hervidor de agua caliente. Lo volvería a elegir. Falta de ascensor.

The hotel staff either was not there or was sleeping and did not respond on tim accordingly. Tha staff were talking and laughing to each other in the corridors early in the mornings. The room was not well equiped. No refregerator, no closet in the room.

La chambre était propre et la literie très correct Le personnel est très gentil et arrangeant Nous sommes arrivées tard le soir mais cela n’a pas était un problème, nous avons pu récupérer nos clefs et avons pu avoir un chauffeur pour venir nous récupérer à l’aéroport.

- Carmen (8/5): Beste Lage! - Beste Lage, sehr zentral. Wir konnten alle Hotspots problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Restaurants, Cafés und Läden gab es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Den günstigsten Baumstriezel gab es direkt um die Ecke. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es würde jeden Tag gereinigt und die benutzten Handtücher ausgetauscht. In unserem Zimmer gab es leider keinen Kleiderschrank oder Fächer für unsere Kleidung. Wir waren zu viert und mussten 4 Tage aus dem Koffer leben. 🙁 Die Frühstücksauswahl war gering und sehr eilastig. Man konnte zwischen 4 Frühstücksangeboten wählen: Omelette, Rührei mit Speck, Avocadobrot mit porchiertem Ei, Müsli mit Jogurt und Obst. Etwas Käse, Marmelade/ Nutella wäre schön gewesen.

The pizzeria downstairs is an authentic restaurant, and offered delicious breakfast Wifi is very unstable, hot shower water is unstable neither. Breakfast serves from 8:30 and reception is not available very early, if you would like to depart to somewhere very early it should be noticed.
