• Cath (8/5): globalement satisfait, la note aurait été plus élevée si le pb de l'ascenseur n'avait pas posé... - petit-déjeuner copieux servi sur le toit-terrasse Accès par une petite rue où il n'y a pas de circulation donc relativement 'calme' pour Gizeh (toutefois, il reste un espace entre les fenêtres et les murs, donc peu d'insonorisation) ! Literie confortable, chambres propres mais l'état général de cet hôtel qui semble pourtant récent laisse un peu à désirer (joints de douche sales ou absents / chauffe-eau non raccordé dans une chambre à notre arrivée par exemple = mais problème solutionné). Pour nous, le point le plus pénalisant est qu'il est noté la présence d'un ascenseur (dont j'ai pris la peine de me faire reconfirmer l'existence par message) = il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Certes le personnel est disponible pour toute assistance ou aider avec les bagages, mais pour nous, pour des raisons de santé, c'était un impératif, nous avons donc été très déçus que l'on nous ait menti ; les chambres ont été attribuées au 1er étage, mais la terrasse pour la vue et les repas est au 5ème... Terrasse d'ailleurs peu sécurisée, attention aux travaux en cours (pas de garde-corps autour de la cage d'escalier sur la terrasse).

Je me suis retrouvée au 4eme étage, l’étage de la cuisine et donc très bruyant le matin lors de la préparation du petit déjeuner. Il a fallu que je me lève à 6h pour demander le calme…

• Marian (10/5): - Das Hotel war sauber, das Frühstück super und die Lage perfekt, um Giza zu fuss zu erkunden. Nah zu den Pyramiden, ca. 20 min mit dem Taxi ins Zentrum von Kairo. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das schönste ist, man kann das Frühstück mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Pyramiden zu sich nehmen.

La vista de las pirámides es, sin exagerar, la mejor que se puede tener. Despertar y ver las pirámides allí mismo es una experiencia mágica, Pero no se trata solo de la ubicación. El hotel es moderno, impecablemente limpio, y la decoración es preciosa y de buen gusto. Se nota la atención al detalle. El personal siempre es amable y atento. • YU HSIN (2/5): 房間舒適但工作人員英文程度不佳，溝通起來很費力，吃個早餐簡直吃法國餐一樣等超久！讓人生氣！除了金字塔外這裡沒有其他的了。 - 1.房間的視角可以看到金字塔（但冷氣很吵，冰箱也很吵，如果要開就得戴耳塞才能入睡，有點麻煩） 2.老闆們是個幽默的人但開玩笑很沒有限度，會動手動腳的。 3.走出去就是超市可以買東西，很方便。 優點就是房間算很新。但吉薩是個無聊的地方，其實從開羅一天Tour都夠玩了！ 這裡只有金字塔跟大埃及博物館，沒有其他了 如果你是想逛開羅的人務必住開羅，吉薩不適合，這裡沒有任何可以玩的景點。 1.房間裡面沒有椅子，得坐在衣櫥上.. 2.有兩個年輕的櫃台接待員欠缺訓練，英文不是很懂，常常都要使用翻譯機溝通很麻煩！如果用信用卡付費還得多加3%刷卡費，要小心，這點不太合理，booking是寫多少錢我就是付多少，沒有什麼還得付刷卡手續費這種事情！ 3.有附早餐，但吃個早餐得等30分鐘起跳😫，我不懂為什麼明明沒幾個客人甚至只有我，但是早餐卻要等非常之久，真的很讓人惱火，而且準備早餐的人完全不會一句英語.....很瞎！所以每次溝通等要很辛苦，主要要等非常久，如果你是吃完早餐要趕行程的人，你會來不及，準備早餐的傢伙很糟糕，好不容易早餐來了，結果等一杯茶又要再度等30分.......😡 1 minutes = 30 minutes 4.看到客房清潔人員跟她說要打掃，她說好好好，結果等到她下班為止也沒來幫我掃，後來我只能到樓下跟他們老闆反應，因為房間很髒，很多天沒有清理了，在埃及務必只在你在房間時才讓清潔員進去，確保你有價值的東西安全。 5.吉薩這裡去到開羅其實很遠（而且很塞車），每天來回要兩個小時，但其實吉薩除了金字塔，沒有什麼其他的了，所以建議住開羅更好，省去每天昂貴的打車費用跟耗費時間。 6.定位很難找到住宿，還得定位隔壁Rizk pyramid view 這家民宿，否則找不到這裡，民宿也未留電話。 7.如果你趕時間早餐你就別想了，絕對等到你來不及！氣死！ 8.櫃台都是男的，對於異性不太有界線，甚至一個男櫃台服務員還直接摸我的腰！真是噁心！這樣都已經是性騷擾了！ 9.退房時間是12點，結果11點的時候一個男櫃台就叫我準備退房了！這名櫃台從頭到尾態度都非常討厭！打低分也是因為他的關係。 10給予極低的分數，因為酒店的員工素質真的太差，而且不應該随便觸碰女性客人！這點教育都沒有教好，真的很失敗。裡面兩個捲毛櫃台小夥對異性實在沒有分寸！

• Rashchupkina (10/5): - Another absolute plus is the silence in the room. No sounds from the street at all – no honking, no noise, nothing. If you have trouble sleeping, this is the quietest hotel in Giza. We came first for few days, till i find something better. But just been rebooking every day till our time to go to Sharm El Sheikh.

• Rashchupkina (10/5): - The hotel is just perfect for the price–quality ratio. It’s new, very clean, and the staff are extremely hospitable and always ready to help. They never tried to sell me anything, which is especially nice for Egypt. My stay was peaceful, comfortable, and safe. I truly felt completely secure, which is very important for me. The room is simple yet comfortable, with everything you might need. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the pyramids, with a lovely garden of date palms and mango trees right in front — such a refreshing touch of greenery. Another pleasant surprise was the nearby fruit seller: he sold us everything at regular prices, no bargaining needed, which was unexpected and really nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. For the price, it’s excellent! However, there are some downsides. The hotel has no elevator, so I wouldn’t recommend it for people with joint problems (like me). The Wi-Fi signal is not very stable (which is quite normal for Egypt). The biggest drawback is that there is no connection at all on the rooftop terrace — I would have loved to work there with the pyramid view, but it wasn’t possible. The rooftop restaurant also still needs development. The area itself is truly beautiful for sitting with a drink or working online, and it would be wonderful if this could be improved.

• Pawan (1/5): Bad - We had booked a double delux room but were rather accommodated in triple room. No double bed was provided on request also. On being asked that we were ready to pay extra for double deluxe room as booked by us, we were told the room had already been booked for someone else. No official check in was done for our stay and payment was also asked only in cash.

• Neda (3/5): Poor - I woke up in the middle of the night, because of the RAT in the room - it was utter horror and we have been moved to the different room. There was completely lack of understanding of gravity of situation, at reception they barely apologize, and instead of offering some compensation, situation was ignored like nothing happend. Sheets in the room were not clean, full of hair, and surfaces in the room covered in dust (floor, furniture and the curtains). They gave us room that was obviously not used and cleaned for long time, with not proper operative window ( window net was not attached properly and falling down), although hotel was almost empty and many other rooms were available. Good things - simple, but tasty breakfast; hotel is new (although not properly cleaned and maintained), tour guide and driver are ok. I advise you to escape this whole area and neighbourhood if you can, as it's dirty and dodgy. Only positive thing is proximity of pyramids and not spending lot of time in traffic.
• Iris (10/5): Wonderful - We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean and had everything you need, the breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part about it was the rooftop terrace - they cooked breakfast for us here and the view on the pyramids was amazing. We arranged a Nile cruise through the hotel one night, which included transport to and from the cruise, and it was a lot of fun. We even got a breakfast box two nights when we had to leave very early. Would definitely recommend! The room was not super big, but considering the price this was not problem at all. Also, watch out for scams in the area: when going back to the airport we arranged an Uber but the driver stopped us on the side of the road, demanding more money and said we'd otherwise miss our flights (this happened two times and then we decided to just pay). Would recommend arranging a taxi through the hotel on your way back to the airport since this was very stressful!

The staff is very nice, they make sure that we fell comfortable during our stay. The rooms are clean and they have upgraded. The breakfast is very nice

• Jamgatino (10/5): New hotel by the Pyramids - I've been in Cairo more than 10 times, and this is by far the best hotel, I've ever been in the city. And for the best price. The staff are really nice people. And the breakfast wonderful!!
• Stevie (10/5): Great value for price - Rooms were modern and well equipped, same with the bathroom. Toiletries, fresh towels. Room had a fridge including water, and a kettle with tea bags and glasses. Staff was very forthcoming and helpful. Breakfast was Egyptian, on my last day it was intercontinental. Great. All in all, the value you get for the price, is great. I have been at other places during my stay in Egypt for around the same price, and more expensive and cheaper, but this one has the best price - value ratio. It is located close enough to the entrance of the Pyramids, but at the same time further away from all of the noise from the big road for example, so it is not as noisy there. Stores and Taxis in close proximity, basically not a minute walk away, an ATM right at the corner. And another big plus for me: As close as it still is to the entrance area, there you would rarely get bothered by hustlers trying to sell you things or whatever. So I can only recommend this place and this is the reason for why I had repeatedly stayed here. My thanks to the friendly staff and managers. Doors are hard to close silently, especially at the beginning. Takes some practice, but many guests don't figure or care. Maybe, some dampers between doors and frame would do the trick?

• Hyungmin.p (9/5): Come here - If you go to Giza for the Pyramids/Necropolis and the Grand Egyptian Museum, there is no better place than this hotel. This hotel seems to be new, modern and clean both from the outside and inside. Pyramids are just around 15 minute walk distance, the neighbourhood is full of intetesting places and kind people. The rooftop terrace has a great view of the Pyramids 24 hours. You will fall in love with Egypt from here.
• Ioana (10/5): Extra quality - When I decided to book a room in this hotel I couldn't imagine it will be like this.The price is much lower than the wonderful services that you can have there.Is very close to the pyramids,and you have a wonderful view.Every morning you can have a great breakfast on the roof and the coffee is excellent.The people from the stuff are unbelievable.They helped me all the time I was there and if I was asking about something they were willing to help.I was a solo traveler and being a woman they took care to be as good as possible.They also accepted to made a very late check out without any extra money.So if you want a low budget holiday and have great services,try this hotel and you will have a great time

Rooms are well equipped, fridge, TV, kettle, etc..Beds and linens are exceptionally comfortable .The bathroom is very nice with a great shower!!! From the terrace you can perfectly see the pyramids, since there aren't buildings in front the hotel, just a garden with palm trees, even from my room in a second floor I see perfectly the pyramids!! Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast great!!!

• Harun (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed in Egypt for six days. This hotel is the best hotel among the hotels I stayed in. Both the view, the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff's attention were incredibly beautiful. During this process, I changed a few hotels. I stayed in a hotel a little above the Egyptian pyramids on ninth street. The first night the hotel had no view and no roof. I could only see the pyramids a little during the day but they were far away from the pyramids. Later, I wanted to move closer. I found a place very close to the pyramids. I stayed there and the fee was a little high. This hotel, which is close to the Egyptian pyramids, is in complete chaos. The surroundings smell of animals. So I changed it at the second hotel. Then I found this hotel, Night Pyramids Inn. I am sure that this hotel offers you a view and price-performance in terms of the services it offers. As a person who visits the pyramids, it is the best hotel you can find. It is far from the chaos at the bottom of the pyramids and things like horses, animals, camels and garbage. The market, shops and people next to it have an incredibly comfortable experience in terms of ease of transportation. If you are visiting Egypt just for the pyramids like me, do not miss the chance to stay here without wasting time looking for another hotel. about hotel nothing.
