• FERNANDO (8/5): Excelente Localização. Voltaremos! - A localização é excelente, próxima as ruas mais atraentes da noite de Mendonza. Com diversos cafés e restaurantes nas proximidades, desde os mais econômicos aos mais requintados. Trata-se de um prédio antigo e que precisa de reparos. Mas o apartamento é reformado e muito bem decorado como no anuncio. A anfitriã ´foi muito atenciosa e se mostrou interessada por nosso bem estar em toda nossa estadia. Prédio antigo, precisando de reforma. Mas isso não foi relevante

• Miguel (10/5): Muy buen alojamiento 10/10 👌🏽 - La ubicación era muy centrica, todo queda a pasos habiendo supermercados, kioscos, la misma plaza san martin la cual tiene harto por visitar. Adicionalmente el ambiente estaba super limpio, todo muy comodo y tenía unas vistas espectaculares Hay que esperar unos 3 minutos aprox para tener el agua caliente del calefont y saber regularlo bien, lo demás todo impeque.

• Mabe (10/5): Mendoza 2026, por primera vez en la Vendimia - La vista que tiene, se puede apreciar la precordillera y la ubicación del departamento, accesible para todo. El baño no necesariamente puedo decir que no me gustó, si puedo decir, un poco chico y con poca iluminacion Lo demás estaba perfecto!

• SantiMf (7/5): Bien por lo que cuesta! - La vista del balcon es preciosa. La cama es comoda y el comedor / living es bastante amplio. el baño en si, el espacio de la bacha es muy pequeño y la luz no acompaña. La cochera es bastante estrecha, si no tenes sensores en el auto es complicado ingresar.

• Ezequiel (9/5): Nos gustó mucho - El departamento es tal cual como se ve en las imágenes, los espacios son muy amplios, nos esperaron con una botella de vino. La anfitriona no tuvo inconveniente en acercarnos la llave a las 23:30 hs. y cuando nos retiramos también fue puntual, lo que para nosotros fue importante porque teníamos un viaje largo. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, tiene la calle Aristides (con bares y restaurantes) a solo 3 cuadras, y a 5 cuadras esta la plaza Independencia (Plaza Principal). El parking es bajo techo, la entrada un poco estrecha pero accesible. Se encuentra en el mismo edificio que el departamento. El departamento estaba limpio, la anfitriona siempre estuvo atenta a nosotros. Lo único que no nos gusto fue el tamaño del baño, para algunas personas podría ser incomodo. Por otra parte el baño tiene poca iluminación.

The property could benefit from more crockery/equipment in the kitchen. The heater can also be tricky to use but otherwise it was great

• Elif (8/5): Very good - Location is very central. The host was really helpful to take care of our bags after check out given our flight was really late. You may or may not use it, but the sofa and the armchairs in the living room really need to be replaced.

• Freddy (10/5): Mendoza sunset - Host was attentive and kind. She welcomed us and gave us some tips on where to find empanada lids. The apartment had everything we needed. We enjoyed the decoration and ambiance of the place. The view was incredible and we catched a sun rise. The kitchen was clean with plenty of coffee. It is located a couple of blocks from the nightlife area. I recommend this place.
• Arlyn (7/5): Good - The location was great. The bus stop to and from airport (bus 680) is in front of apartment building. The apartment was clean. There is a closet in the bedroom with hangers. Only the room has air-conditioning and we had to request a fan to help cool the living room and kitchen. This was in early February. The apartment is on the 8th floor of an old building. It has an elevator. There is no TV but wifi was good so we just watched from our tablet. The bathroom is really small and water in the shower collects on your feet. It takes a while for water to drain. The room has a full bed not a queen bed. The curtain is thin and it would be nice if it is room darkening.
