- Dr.Shehab (1/5): - Nothing I called the manger 2 days before , he seemed friendly and told me one of the staff will call me to send me location , give me the key and instructions, on tje day of stay , no one called me , i tried to reach the manager , he send me that they will call me now , no body called me and i tried to call him many times he didnt reply, then he closed the phone , i had one hour to arrive , i contacted booking custmor service , they was helpful , tried to reach them then they send me that the staff couldnt give me my reservation for unknown reason , then booking intiate a full refund , and i went to another hotel ,very bad experience and i dont recommened those dishonest people for any one, thanks for booking for their value help and trust .
