• Стоян (7/5): - Нова сграда. Добре оборудван,модерно обзаведен апартамент. Не се щам да ми е липсвало нещо, освен закачалка в банята. Добра локация. Матрака в спалтята не беше удобен,в средата е по висок и имаш чувството,че ще паднеш във всеки момент. Трети и четвърти гост се настаняват на разтегателен диван,който скърца при всяко мърдане.

• Andrew (8/5): Good place to stay - The apartment is located in a safe location in Vienna. The apartment was clean and organized. The managers sent us a link where we could get all the information about the apartment, to include how to access the building and the apartment. Everything was done remotely. I would had enjoyed meeting someone at the moment of arrival.

Smeštaj je bio udoban i topao Cena smeštaja je bila previsoka, garaža je bila preniska za naš auto pa smo morali da plaćamo neku garažu u blizini Za cenu koju smo platili očekivala sam da smestaj bude perfektno čist

• jade (10/5): On y met les pieds et du même coup, tout s’apaise et on se sent enveloppé par l’ambiance qui y règne - Près d’un métro, en dehors de la ville mais tout près en métro Le plaisir de relaxer sur le balcon, la facilité d’accès au condo Plus reclus que ce que je croyais de tout, tant dépanneur, épicerie ou tout autre services de tout les jours. Ce n’est pas un grand défaut l’orque c’est le seul reproche ça veut dire que ce cocon était bien !

• Weinberg (9/5): Empfehlenswert - Öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe. Mit etwas Glück sogar vor dem Gebäude. Relativ saubere Wohnung. Sehr ruhig. Top ausgestattet. Bodenheizung. Perfekte Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Wir konnten um 1:00 Uhr Nachts problemlos einchecken. Kleinigkeiten die nicht weiter stören: z.Bsp.Die Schlafcouch war nicht benutzbar zum Sitzen, weil sie sich nicht richtig zusammenklappen lies. Drückerplatte am WC war nicht richtig montiert. Es gab keine Teelöffel.

• Ivan Enev (10/5): - Very good location, next to the metro station U6. It was clean and equipped with everything you need - feels like home 😉. The bed and the sofa(which is bigger than the bed) were very comfortable. 100% recommended!!! Everything was fine!

• Christine (9/5): Gemütlich schöne Wohnung in Wien 23 - Die Lage ist sehr gut, ein wenig am Stadtrand, ruhig und von grün umgeben, aber sehr zentral. Ziemlich gute Ausstattung. Balkon, Klimaanlage, hübsche Einrichtung, komfortabel mit 2 Fernsehgeräten, sehr gemütliches Bett. Küche ist auch ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Waschküche gibt es auch. Der Gastgeber reagiert schnell. U- Bahn Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Entspannte Gegend. Kleine Mankos wie kein Wäscheständer, kein Bügelbrett, kein Bügeleisen, Vielleicht mal eine neue Bratpfanne, Ein Couchtisch wäre super.

• Eva (5/5): Passable - It looks nice, it was warm and close to U-bahn. No technical problems, fast support reaction. The bathroom was dirty with hair everywhere. Especially the WC was very dirty and smelly - the cleaning staff must have had forgotten to clean it. It took 2 nights for the accomodation to send someone to clean it. Paid for 4 people, bed was ready only for the two of them, no sheet for the other bed - was delivered around 11 PM.
