• Sandra (5/5): Uns wurden fremde Schäden angelastet 👎🏼, leider nicht tolerierbar ! - Die Wohnung ist für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut gelegen und sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Einen Parkplatz fanden wir in der Straße der Unterkunft. DIe Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, wir hatten fast alles was wir brauchten. Die Betten waren bequem, die beiden Bäder für uns perfekt und die Wohnung war sauber. Nur der Geruch vom Kanal war manchmal ganz schön intensiv und die Waschmaschine müffelt leider auch, weswegen wir sie nicht genutzt haben. Ein bisschen abgenutzt ist es hier und dort (zb hängende Schranktüren in der Küche, gewöhnungsbedürftige Fenster/Terrassentüre, hier und da Flecken an der Wand, und so in der Art - aber alles nicht arg schlimm) Wir fühlten uns alles in Allem eigentlich sehr wohl. Jedoch, böses Erwachen daheim, wurde uns am Ende unseres Urlaubes von der Unterkunft ein Schaden in Höhe von über € 310,- für mehrere Brandlöcher am Aussensofa in Rechnung gestellt, was leider eine ganz miese Abzocke ist, da wir beide Nichtraucher sind!!! So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert. 😤 Ich weigere mich diesen Schaden für jemand anderen zu übernehmen!! Diese Vorgehensweise finden wir sehr schade, denn wir wären durchaus gerne wieder gekommen. Aufgrund dieser Sachlage werden wir allerdings in keiner einzigen Unterkunft dieser Firma je wieder eine Buchung vornehmen. Eine Empfehlung kann ich hier, trotz der eigentlich wirklich tollen Wohnung und des bis zum Ende des Urlaubs freundlichen Kontaktes, aufgrund dieser enttäuschenden Entwicklung, leider keine aussprechen. Es muss jeder selber wissen, ob er sich darauf einlassen möchte eventuell nicht getätigte Schäden angedichtet zu bekommen. Der Geruch in der Wohnung war manchmal (Kanal?) sehr unangenehm. Der Geruch in der Waschmaschine - ekelig, würde ich nicht benutzen. Absolut nicht in Ordnung ist die Vorgehensweise, dass wir für Brandlöcher aufkommen sollten, obwohl wir (beide Nichtraucher!) in dieser NICHTRAUCHER-WOHNUNG (!) selbstverständlich nicht geraucht haben!! Ich bezahle hier sicherlich nichts! SCHADE, die Wohnung wäre durchaus für mehrere Besuche geeignet gewesen.

• Zoltan (2/5): Disappointing - The view and the balcony. We had to wait 3 hours at check in because the apartment cleaning was not ready. Finally we were able to use it at 7pm. On the second day of our stay it was raining and one bedroom and bathroom was full of water. We had to move out. Luckily Booking found us a good replacement, and we got a full refund.

Very clean and within walking distance to the beach. We didn’t use the pool as the water was too cold in December. The apartment is close to the motorway, but the noise level is very low and did not bother us at all. I would definitely come back. A bedside lamp in the second bedroom would be useful, and the large bathtub is not very practical as the hot water runs cold after a few minutes. In any case, in Tenerife it makes more sense to save water rather than waste it on a big bath.
• Aulis (8/5): Hyvä perhelomapaikka - Huoneiston iso terassi oli erinomainen ja sieltä oli hyvät näkymät merelle.Ympäristö on rauhallinen moottoritietä lukuunottamatta. Vaikka kohteessa oli korjattavaa, paikan hallinnoija hoiti esille tuotuja asioita nopeasti eteenpäin. Kuumalla ilmalla huoneisto kaipaa ilmastointia,pyörivät kattopuhaltimet riittäisivät tässä sijainnissa. Kuumalla kelillä on pidettävä makuuhuoneen ikkunaa auki ja silloin moottoritien äänet kuuluvat hyvin sisälle. Kohteen porealtaan viemäri oli rikki, ja sen korjaus kesti koko oleskelumme ajan, valmistui lähtöpäivämme aattona. Pitkään jatkunut ongelma on nyt poistunut,uudet tulijat kiittää. Uima-allas meni remonttiin toisella viikolla, joten allasta ei päässyt käyttämään.

• Mark (9/5): Good relaxing stay - Location was good. It was a 15 minute+ walk to the beach but not too far. Apartment was really good. The best part is the private terrace. Two sun beds and seating at a table for 4. Extendable sunshade so you could be in sun or shade and sun on the terrace from about 10am to sunset. Didn't use the pool but did go to the beach. There is noise from the road as expected but it wasn't too bad. Just not super quiet. We would stay again
