• Thomas (10/5): - Staff and night doorman were the highlight of my stay - got embarrassingly drunk in patpong during my stay and ended up sick as a dog on the front steps of the hotel - so ashamed lol. A staff member came out and gave me water and a pat on the shoulder and stayed with me till I felt up to the lift ride. Doorman gave me a little hand squeeze and a reassuring smile as I came in which somehow felt so uncle coded - it really made me feel like less of a degenerate. Not to say being drunk and messy is encouraged - but it made me feel a lot less embarrassed about showing my face the next morning.
• philip (8/5): Comfortable room and decent price - Relatively quiet road, and only a 10 min walk to metro station and ferry terminal. It’s in the commercial gem area so a little non touristy, but didn’t bother me. Local market and 7/11 nearby. Don’t expect a pretty view from room.

• Katharina (8/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - Das Zimmer war geräumig und es gab genügend Stauraum. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Ales war sehr sauber. Pro Person wurden zwei Flaschen Wasser pro Tag bereit gestellt. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Badezimmer hatte eine komplette Wand bzw Schiebetür aus Sichtschutzglas. In dem Viertel ist für Touristen nicht wirklich viel Auswahl (Shopping oder Essen), aber mit Grab kommt man schnell in andere Zonen hin.

• Gladys (10/5): It was an overall comfortable stay. The rooms are hotrl-quality. Bed and pillows are new and comfortable. All the staff - Its a small boutique hotel. Offers simple, clean , basic comfortable rooms. Bed and pillows are new and clean. Looks small outside but inside there is lift and well-lit carpeted hallway. Staff are all very helpful, speaks good English. The location is in the business district, not easy to find the first time esp at night. But during the day, very accessible thru Grab. I think its far from BTS or other public transpo, but conveniently accessible thru Grab.

If you ever stay at the hotel, say hi to the resident black cat for me! - The staff was friendly, accommodating and took a good care of us. Hotel was overall clean, quiet, and location wise pretty convenient. There were many street food streets surrounding the hotel, many tourists and travelers, felt safe and welcome. If you expect breakfast, pool or gym, they do not offer those services.

The location was ideal for getting around and only a short walk (10-15mins) to get to the river where you can hop on the boat or jump on the train. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is spotless and I’d like to give a direct thanks to the house keeping staff as our room was cleaned everyday, and the drinking water & towels replenished, which was really great. It’s these small details that make a place feel welcoming and good value for money. Our room was comfortable and exactly what we needed for our stay in Bangkok. We would definitely stay again. The added bonus of a good shower, a safety deposit box and a fridge in the room was just the icing on the cake - the hotel ticked all the boxes for a really easy, pleasant and comfortable stay in the city. There was nothing to dislike. Highly recommended hotel. It was brilliant.

• Stephanie (7/5): Despite first impressions, Aspira exceeded my expectations - making it a place I would stay again! - I chose Aspira because of the high ratings for cleanliness, comfortable beds, and the fact that it’s a no-pets hotel—important because I’m allergic to cats. However, when I arrived, I was surprised (and disappointed) to see a cat on the premises and noticed a smell reminiscent of wet fur. At that point, I almost decided not to check in, even if it meant forfeiting the money I had paid for my four-night stay. But I gave it a chance, and I’m glad I did. While the room was small, it was exceptionally clean and updated (very modern) like a newer hotel. It was also very quiet. I could not hear my neighbors, people in the hallways, or outside noise (which is VERY important for me-especially after such a long-flight when you just want to relax in peace). The floors were neither gritty nor sticky, and the bathroom was spotless. The sheets and towels were fresh, soft, and bright white—much better than I had anticipated based on my initial impression of the reception area. My view was of a brick building, but that was fine since I had planned to spend most of my time exploring the city anyway. Surprisingly, the location turned out to be excellent. While it wasn’t immediately apparent when stepping outside, by the end of the first day, I realized I had prejudged the hotel based on the reception area and its surroundings. Overall, despite the rocky first impression, this turned out to be a great place to stay—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The location turned out to be fantastic, though not immediately obvious. A little research revealed plenty of upscale resturants nearby, and the hotel is conveniently situated between DMK and BKK airports, making transportation easy. I would honestly stay there again and would reccommend it. Staff were EXCELLENT-very friendly (including security and housekeeping)!! The ONLY thing I didnt like was the stinky smell in the lobby (smelled like wet cat) and the cat laying around the furniture.
