Guest Reviews
- Ortrud (8/5): -
- Karen (10/5): Brilliant thank you - The views were spectacular and the beds and pillows very comfortable. Not enough seating in lounge area. Uncomfortable seating.
- Lisa (5/5): Great apartment, great views, fsir value for money - The view was ah-mazing! Only one key for the room
No access to any other pool than the one on level 66 which isn’t that great would have liked to hsve gone to rooftop pool or any others
- jodi (7/5): Beautiful apartment! - Stunning apartment, very spacious and modern. Portacot provided, even a toy “market stall” for bub to play. Has a bath for the kids. When we finally found it, the pool was beautiful. Stressful and difficult to “self check in”. Images supplied were confusing and not accurate. Horrendously hot in lifts and hallways. A few marks on walls and carpet, blood stains on spare doona.
Tv needs to be on the wall for safety of toddlers. PowerPoints are low and enticing to little ones too and no protectors in place.
No flexibility at all if needing to change booking due to unforeseen circumstances, even with the offered “insurance”. Money would be lost. Extremely disappointed in the lack of empathy around this when the booking was for a Monday (low demand) night.
- Alieta (10/5): -
- Donna (5/5): The view and location was brilliant - View Needs a clean and updating. With some more furniture.
- Kristen (10/5): This is the only apartment that I've stayed where I'm thinking about when I can return before I've e - Amazing view that takes the breath away, spacious and modern kitchen with absolutely everything, immaculate bathrooms that invite you in plus a huge living modern area. Did i mention the panoramic views from the bedrooms that give the illusion it's just you and the bed looking down on the world below .... hypnotised by the infinite lights and movement, it's hard to ignore. Almost therapeutic 😀 Not being familiar with accessing the key and not understanding the actual set up, confusing.
As much my fault for assuming instead of reading the instructions properly. All good now👍
- Rachael (10/5): - The views and comfy as beds!
- black (10/5): - Was a wonderful little set up with veiw being the highlight

- Rachael (10/5): Thank you for our stay. We enjoyed our time & loved waking up the beautiful sunrises. Just special. - Great location, great views.. sorry, AMAZING views, spacious, clean, comfortable, great communication with host. The property was fantastic! We were completely happy 😃
- Aaron (3/5): Read all reviews before booking - The location and the view would have to be in my top 5, Couldn't beat it. Large apartment, 2x bathrooms. Parking underground included in the price is an extra bonus This place has so much potential,
Once I booked the place, I began to be flooded with messages. You need to txt message a photo of your drivers licence to a mobile number they provide which I didn't agree with. They also send you a link to a 3rd party site to make a security deposit. In their defence, it does say you need to make a $300 deposit which I was more then happy to do, but I thought it would be handled through booking.com, not a 3rd party site. I queried this through booking.com who did not get back to me, so I was in a position to either cancel and lose my initial non refundable booking fee or give them more money.
Check in was a nightmare. Had to park in a spot to access the keys which took way longer then expected so I'm waiting for the parking fine for that. Once access was granted into the building, there were 2 other groups trying to check in at the same time. All trying to phone call the property owner for assistance. Once it was my turn, the lock box code was incorrect. After many messages and phone calls, the correct code was provided.
The provided car park was a little confusing to find but manageable, the numbers aren't in order so keep your eyes peeled.
There are 2 different sets of elevators within the car park, you need to go to the furtherest ones, don't make our mistake.
45 minutes from arrival, we finally accessed the room!
Initial thought was holy sh!7 this place is filthy and stinks, carpet pretty much needs replacing at this point. Our bubs overalls had brown marks on her knees after 15 minutes.
There were many marks on the walls and a good chip in the gyprock near the entry door/ kitchen. Under the beds we found rubbish and a used cotton bud. Door stop missing in main bathroom letting the metal handle hit the wall, its a cracked wall tile waiting to happen. Felt the need to start taking photos and videos with a time stamp as the trust was already slightly broken pre check-in.
- Debbie (8/5): Very nice would like to stay again - If you could leave your cases after you have check out if you have a later flight in the afternoon
- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adriana (1/5): Cheap - Clean sheets. It’s took as almost an hour to find the key for the apartment. There it’s cheap toilet shampoo and there it’s not much in the kitchen. They also took $300 on top that I pay for bond and said I’ll get it straight away after checking out but they lie.
- Sachin (8/5): It was good -
- Darren (9/5): Great location & amazing views. - The view was amazing The carpet really needs to be cleaned and a little bit more decorating for such a nice building. Also the parking is shared with general public so although you have a nominated parking location, we never could use it.
- Kayla (5/5): Views and room were nice. Access to get in and communication with hosts was below average. - Communication regarding access to property and ensuring information had been received prior to arrival, especially when you don't use the booking.com app.
- Melanie (8/5): Very good - Fabulous view....can't be beaten!! Fantastic location. Good and quick communication. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Lifts were quick, no long waits. Carpets need a good clean. Walls a bit marked and need a wipe down. Someone else parked in our car park space on arrival. More than 1 key and swipe card would be great.
- Claire (7/5): Overall great stay - Beautiful view
Comfortable bed
Had everything we needed The bathrooms weren’t very clean
Soap scum all around the edges of the bathroom area
Check in wasn’t organised properly, they forgot to send me the code to get into the lock box.
Would be easier having someone working behind the desk to give you keys and pass on details
- Summer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yu-shiuan (7/5): Good -
- Claire (10/5): Amazing views! Super helpful hosts! - Views from living and bedrooms, the bath was AMAZING The master bed was way too soft for my liking, I ended up having to sleep with my son in the other room
- Harmanpreet (1/5): Do not book it if you don’t have $300 deposit on top of the rent to give to strangers . - Nothing . They take $300 deposit after I paid full amount to booking.com in a random account before sending details of the check in .
They should be banned from Booking.com .
Toilet under repair
Dirty linen .carpet full of stains .Blocked sink .
Parking card broken .
Gave me instructions to check in 7613 but gave the keys of 7601.
The key not present where it should be and drop the key at other location.
It’s a nightmare.
Someone else parked in my parking spot .
- John (5/5): Pros and Cons - Location, comfy bed, clean bathrooms Entry was locked at night so had to wait for someone to come in/out to get to the keys. The space wasn't very clean except for the bathrooms. Lots of pressure put to get the check out done by 10am with mention of being charged extra if not. Deposit of 300 was a bit much too.
- Anna (10/5): Close to everything and unbeatable views. - Incredible views, lot's of space, and excellent location. Close to the city centre and South Bank.
- Amy (7/5): Big apartment with a beautiful view but could have been cleaner. - The location was amazing! We had the best view of the city. It was a beautiful big apartment, plenty of room. The build was surrounded by great parks and restaurants, everything was within walking distance. The bathrooms didn't look like they had been cleaned, we found all chewing gum, there were used tissues in random locations. The blind in the master bedroom didn't work, so I hardly got any sleep. We brought all our swimming gear with us, but the pool wasn't heated, it was freezing cold.
- Matthew (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (8/5): Great location for short stays in Brisbane. Central to everything. Amazing views - Excellent central location with great views. Comfortable beds. Basic kitchen equipment but enough if your eating out. Aircon Some of the photos explaining things need updating. One shower overflowed/drained slow and the overall cleanliness could have been a little better. Blinds in bedrooms broken which made blocking out light difficult
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
