• Pavel (10/5): - Great host, there was also a lot of extra little things like different kinds of tea, fruits, breakfast buns, really comfortable slippers. The tram can be felt as it goes by, but it doesn't run late in the evenings
• Chris (10/5): Great stay in a perfect location - This is a really beautiful apartment, spacious and comfortable. I’ve never stayed in a place which was better equipped. The location is perfect for visiting the main sights of Sofia, within easy walking distance, and there are many restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets, banks, parks and other facilities nearby. There’s a tram stop and Metro station right outside and it’s easy to reach the airport and all parts of the city. Alex is very responsive and must be the kindest, friendliest and most helpful host out there.

• Miron (10/5): Classic hospitality with impunity. - As we were making our way out after we’d come back later to pick up the luggage left behind when we had to check out, the host bequeathed us two plastic spoons so that we could consume the Greek yogurt we transported from Thessaloniki and which we’d forgotten in the fridge. Any other suggestion would be underselling the kindness and attentiveness of the host There was nothing to dislike.

• Elina (10/5): Lovely and cozy - It’s an amazing, super cozy apartment right at the city centre of Sofia. The moment you enter, you already feel at home. It has all the amenities that you may possibly need for long or short stay. There is tram line at this street and if you have light sleep like I do, might be an inconvenience in the morning.

• Ashish (10/5): Absolute Gem of a Host & B'fully Done Up Apartment - It was an absolute Pleasure staying at Alex Place. Everything was just PERFECT. To start with, the place is located in the heart of City, just metres away from Metro station & Tram/Bus stations. Everything is within Walking distance. The place is done up so nicely by Alex, everything is done with absolute details & to the Perfection. You won't find even One Thing that's not in place or that's not available here. Finally, a word about the Host - Alex was one of the Most Wonderful Human Beings I have met, I have travelled extensively in more than 35 countries, stayed at Multiple B&B's, Homestays etc...but with Conviction, I can say that Alex has been THE BEST HOST I have ever come across. He took the efforts to personally oversee everything from guiding us in each step even before we arrived, came to pick us n drop us all the way to Airport, took us around Sofia in his Car...He was an ABSOLUE GEM. You won't regret stating at Alex Place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The building from outside is a bit old & was under renovation. But this might be temporary, the place from inside & the Host will More than Make up for it.

The wonderful owner and his assistant met me at the airport at night, and my flight was delayed, but they spent their time and even managed to tell a little about the city while we were driving. The owner himself made a map with important objects nearby, which is very nice.

• Dilyana (9/5): Would love to visit again next time I'm in Sofia. - Alex was a wonderful host. He picked me up at the airport in the middle of the night and drove me to the apartment. The place has everything you need and is located directly in the city center, from where you can easily reach any point of interest. The tram runs directly underneath the bedroom window, so sleep becomes hard after 5:30 in the morning.

• Sibel (8/5): Alex place is especially good for the families. - It’s a spacious, sunny, bright, beautiful apartment. It’s located in city center and so close to the monasteries, parks and museums that you would like to visit. Home itself has already been restored with 3 big rooms, a nice kitchen combined with modern amenities and a bathroom with cozy touches which make us feel home. Alex is wonderful, waited for us at the outside of the building, answer the phones and messages immediately, he was always reachable, kind, friendly. The only cons about the Sofia that I can say is the train noice wherever you stay, eat, walk. They are too old.
