They were uncomfortable and made a lot of noise whenever someone would turn in bed. Recommend the owners to invest in better quality bed linen

The queen bed mattress sags and needs replacing. It was not suitable for two people, and I had to sleep in the single bed on our second night.

Close to Hepburn Springs and Daylesford. Balcony with rural views. Great for families, simple and easy check in and out. Excellent experience.

Excellent heating options for the winter time as well. Amenities provided were ample enough—supply of the stereo system and board games. Overall very comfy with nice beds. The location of the fan for the toilet. It is currently located towards the middle of the washing area. Just a little brush up on some of the door fitments
