- Sharon (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed this private, spacious home surrounded by fauna & flora. Perfect! We will return. - Private, spacious, home located in a beautiful bushland location with room to move inside and outside to a deck. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen to be self-sufficient during our stay. All indoor spaces enable you to be part of the stunning bush environment. Highly recommended. Flyscreens would be advantageous to keep the mozzies and flies out. Care and consideration has been taken and we thank you for the Mosquito Net above the bed,
- Robert (3/5): Definitely over priced wouldn’t recommend dirty - Nothing It was dirty have photos if interested out dated very hot with no insulation straight over the bed even with air con going over priced wouldn’t recommend couldn’t open windows no fly screens very hot
- Anonymous::: (10/5): Beautiful little tiny home - Was a chic little shack like home which we absolutely loved Clear roofing right above the bed had us awake quite early

- Dianne (8/5): On the whole we loved our stay at Flinders Lane. Convenient and value for money. - We really liked the convenient location of the place. Cooking facilities as well as a generous quantity of crockery, cutlery and utensils was great. Loved the coffee plunger and coffee provided as well as some other food supplies.
Loved the sunroom and the deck and the George Foreman Grill which we didnt have chance to enjoy due to weather and time. Also loved the extras like jigsaws and games etc. even thought we didn't have chance to enjoy. The main negative was the laser roofing which meant the light coming in around 4.30/5am.
While we are usually awake around 6am it was a bit early.
We adjusted the shower curtain so that spray didn't escape.

- Brian (2/5): Only for summer/warmer months and expensive as is - Location. More spacious than ‘tiny’. Very cold. Uninsulated and poor heating. Should not open/let during winter. Had to wear thermals and a wool hat in bed.
- Trevor (8/5): - Loved the quiet location and the wildlife that came up to see us Had everything we needed Shower was fabulous, bed was comfy Was handy having a washing machine Lots of puzzles, books and games Overall we were happy with this accommodation Toilet was open to the front road and no blind so couldn't have the light on at night Metal edges near the step to the bathroom and near the stove in the kitchen was very sharp Had a few saucepans that weren't clean Blinds were hard to close to the bottom
- Debra (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (7/5): Very pleasant. - Good cooking facilities, bush setting and comfotable. Nothing we did not like but strange layout of a house with bed directly next to kitchen island. Noisy roof when windy with leaves dropping on it.
- Jane (7/5): Good -
- Penelope (3/5): Poor - Needs a declutter and good clean. Mouse poo in the drawers under the bed not really acceptable.
- Victoira (9/5): Enjoy our peacful and serene stay - Love the style of rural and outback feeling and wallubees as neighbours!
Like the serenity Suggest : to have mosquitoes repellent provide on site will be an idea
- Evaline (7/5): This quirky, quiet, unique accommodation grew on us and we were very comfortable there. The concept is great, but the ex - Proximity to the bush and the bay; beautiful aspect looking out over the bush; presence of wallabies; excellent layout; quiet location; quirky; rustic; most white goods worked well; washing machine was very convenient; great shower with a brilliant outlook; lovely back deck and sun room; excellent crockery and cutlery options; island in the middle was convenient; comfortable bed; fresh linen Some things were unkempt and a bit dilapidated eg two chairs were old and in bad repair; several of the Venetian blinds were bent and some of the cords did not work; fridge made a weird ticking noise; door at bottom of laundry sink was bent and a scratch hazard; when looking for items to use such as cutlery and spare blankets we found some drawers contained a mess of personal items; unpainted and marked walls did not seem appealing to start with; net does not stretch over the bed and there were mosquitos; back deck needs some repair; wood pile underneath is very untidy; no real clothes line or clothes hanging space
- Monique (9/5): We enjoyed our stay very much. - Located at the end of a quiet street, the studio is unique. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the shower wall is glass so has a view of the bush outside. Air conditioning/heater is quiet. And handy to have the washing machine available. Nothing really. The cupboards are quite high so for a small person it was hard to reach the crockery. It would have been nice to have bedside lights.
- Chris (6/5): Comfortable but could be updated - Location was great. Wildlife around. Hot water fantastic. Bed comfortable. All the basics available. Dusty, like no one had been in a while. Dirty wine glasses - one with somethink hard on the bottom and the other had greasy fingers on it with traces of food. 1 pair of cooking tongs still had food on it. Needed to work out how to turn on the stove, as didn't realise there was a cut of switch. Whilst looking for a manual for the stove, I found the cupboards filled with lots of unnecessary item and junk. Studio and furnishings old but usable.
- Bretag (8/5): Tiny Studio Charm - Location away from noisy part of town
Good ambience, good set up. General look a bit tatty but the idea of using old and mismatched furniture works and gives the place its charm Could have better presentation, needs a tidy up and a repaint. Mirror in bathroom set too high, too small to be practical. Some windows faulty, blinds untidy
