• Jackie (7/5): Ideal location which suited our needs for a 6 day golfing break. Good communication from host - We had breakfast in the garage next door. Something different each morning Decent location as not far to get into the centre No safety deposit box available within the property so had to carry cash and passport on a daily basis. One of the patio doors didn’t lock so we were a bit concerned about the safety of our possessions while out. Only one set of keys available, one to get into the complex and one to get into the property which meant we had to go out and come back together. Another set, one set each would have been ideal

Good price consider the size of the apartments The area is very noisy during evenings/nights, a 24h open gas station as neighbour where big trucks stop by in the night for food/coffee.. and with metal load etc that can disrupt your sleep. Simple beds but ok to sleep in, one bed was broken (owner is notified). Some worn out interiors, maintenance/replacement expired such as kitchen sink

Además, la plaza de garaje era diminuta, me bloquearon la salida del coche. Me surgió salida de emergencia de madrugada,, teniendo q utilizar un taxi
• Martin (5/5): - Ubicación con respecto a la playa, La ubicación en si del apartamento está haciendo esquina junto a una gasolinera y la terraza posterior da a la autovía un ruido constante entre los coches, el autolavado y la cafetería. Camas bastante incómodas. La persiana de la cocina no va y entra un sol de justicia y la limpieza deja mucho que desear
• Alison Marie (1/5): Dirty, dated, never again. Spend elsewhere! - Nothing Dirty, dated, furniture broken, adjacent to the maln A7 right next door to a 24/7 petrol station so traffic noise 24/7. Electric trips every time you plug more than 2 items in. Had to throw a whole shop away as the place was riddled with ants. It was cleaner when we left than it was when we arrived a million times over!!

• Sally (7/5): Great location. Apart from the beds I'd go again - Excellent location. Really close to the beach and all la Cala has to offer. The pool was brilliant. Restaurants underneath were really good Beds were so uncomfortable

• Fields (7/5): Easy and enjoyable stay visiting my family living in la Cala - The space available was really good, the amount of bathrooms was helpful and the location in terms of being near the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is right next to a 24hr fuel station which is noisy all night long. The other rooms are over looking the very busy dual carriageway which is very very noisy at night.

Kept all 3 of us awake for two nights. We did mention it to the agent but it still happened. • Rosa (2/5): Don’t recommend. Great location but Zero cleanliness and host unresponsive - Location was great Large apartment I received it very dirty. The floor was filthy everywhere. Had to spend 2 hours cleaning it when I arrived with my 2 small kids. I have shared pics of how dirty the mop was that the. Leaning crew used to mop the floors. And my sons fee after walking barefoot for 2 mins. Unacceptable ! When I complained abt it I was offered to send the same ‘cleaning GUYS’ back to clean but at this point I had already cleaned and didn’t trust this cleaning team at all. I asked to refund the cleaning fee of 90€ but they just ghosted me. Had to raise a complaint with booking.com and they still refused. Very disappointing. Also the covered parking space offered is as big as a shoe box surrounded by 4 large pillars. Impossible to fit even a medium size car in it. Had to park on the street. The AC can be turned on for only 2 hours at a time. Great during the day to save electricity but a nuisance at night as I wake up sweating and have to get up to hit the AC button again 🤦‍♀️. Definitely can’t recommend. Especially because of the arrogant position of the host.

• Julie (9/5): Nice house with great facilities and close to everything - Great location - short walk into the village but plenty of bars and restaurants nearby too - close to beach The view of the BP Station is not very picturesque and the larger balcony at the back was quite noisy with the main road. However, we were usually out and about so didn't really affect us. Could do with a couple of sun loungers to take to the pool.
