• Nistikakis (10/5): Υπέροχο ταξίδι!! - Υπήρχε επικοινωνία με οικοδεσπότη για ότι χρειαζομουν σχετικά με άφιξη, μετακίνηση, αναχώρηση.Καθαρο δωμάτιο ,πλήρως ανακαινισμένο.Σε 3 λεπτά είσαι στη στάση λεωφορείων που όλα πηγαίνουν στο σταθμό Τιμπουρτινα Μετρό,ο οποίος απέχει 15 λεπτάμε τα πόδια.Η επιστροφή με το λεωφορείο 211. Όλα μου άρεσαν.

• Yulia (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay! The location is excellent, and the room was very comfortable. One of the highlights was having a private balcony where we could relax with our morning coffee. We were in Rome to celebrate my mom’s birthday and had requested something special to be placed in the room. When we arrived, there was a beautiful bouquet and a box of chocolates waiting for her - it was so thoughtful. The host is incredibly attentive and kind. I highly recommend this place.

Fin dal primo momento ci hanno accolti con calore e disponibilità, facendoci sentire non come semplici ospiti, ma come parte della loro famiglia. Sempre attenti e premurosi, si sono presi cura di ogni dettaglio, offrendoci consigli utili e assistenza in ogni occasione. La camera era confortevole, molto pulita e curata, ma ciò che ha reso l’esperienza indimenticabile è stata l’ospitalità sincera e generosa dei proprietari. È raro incontrare persone così autentiche e appassionate nel loro lavoro. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi desidera vivere un soggiorno con un tocco umano unico. The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there were nice touches like free coffee, tea, and even bottled water. The bed was very comfy, and the location was super convenient — just a 10-minute walk to Tiburtina station. The highlight was the lovely host, who waited patiently for us even though our evening flight was delayed. Her kindness really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

There was everything we needed in the room including towels, a kettle, a hairdryer and even shelves for storing our clothes. There is also an elevator in the building 👍🏼

• Oliver (10/5): Exceptional - Room was incredibly clean, comfortable and spacious. Hosts were helpful and available on a short notice. Location is close to the Tiburtina Train Station, which is a large transportation hub in Rome. No kitchen is provided, so eating is always out. Perfectly fine with us, but would like to point this out, in order to avoid confusion.

• Kriszti (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, with many services, near Tiburtina station. Our apartment was comfortable, clean, well-equipped and brand new. We had a nice balcony too. Perfect for stay for couple of days. There are restaurants, stores, cafés and the metro station nearby. The host, Sandro and Gaia are very kind and helpful, whenever you need help. Highly recommended guest-house. There was a renovation next door, but we were okay with that, because we got up sooner usually
